We had a nice vacation over Christmas. We love this area and Indian Rocks Beach! It is a laid back area with a cozy vibe. The people are nice and it is very family friendly. It is kind of like going back in time. There are certain shops and restaurants we are sure to include upon return. This is our third stay near IRB! Elkin had the cottage very clean and organized. He had everything you needed in the kitchen, as we ate in most of the time. It is very close to the wonderful beach we love. Thank you for a nice stay. Our week sped by and we appreciate the extra touches to make our stay special.

We were very pleased with the house on 22nd Avenue. The hosts provided extensive information on the house and area for us. We were repeat visitors to the St Pete/Clearwater area and wanted to check out this part of the metro area. Great spot with plenty of beach and dining options, which were our priority.

The home was beautiful on a large piece of property we could explore. It was maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach. Property was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked with items we might need and the host was very responsive when we had a question.

I recently rented this property for myself, husband, and one year old. Check in was very easy and the home is extremely clean. We loved how close it was to the beach and how it was within walking distance to several restaurants. I would highly recommend renting this home and will definitely stay again.

This property is across the street from the gulf side, but is accessible by a very short walk down the road. We really liked the location. The property was VERY clean upon arrival and had all of the necessary items you would need for your stay. The backyard was also very big and would be excellent for children to play in. Unlike others, we did not hear the construction noise from next door, but they were there daily working on the property. My only concern was the temperature of the bedrooms. They seemed to stay much warmer than the other areas of the house.

We enjoyed this little off beach house. It was nice, clean and had everything you needed. 3 minute walk to the beach! House renting is the way to go if you do not require an ocean view.would definitely recommend this property!

The managers were very kind and followed up in a very timely manner, provided all the tools for a successful visit and clear instructions for organization! The property is good. The location is in immediate proximity to the big housing complex construction. When on vacation, one do not expect and appreciate all that construction noise - hammering, sawing, drilling and grinding concrete with all dust blowing towards the property and its backyard.

This house had the perfect location! Close to beach access and restaurants. Had all the amenities needed. Nice yard with front and back porches to sit out and listen to the birds and relax for the evening. We wanted to book for next year but others beat us to it. Definitely a great stay!

Best feature of this rental was that it was an easy walk to beach and was tucked away on a quiet street — except for the construction noise next door which unfortunately detracted from the atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We knew there wasn’t a water view so we were happy to be able to use the beach chairs they provided to walk to beach and enjoy sitting in the sun. Biggest issue for us was the only lights were ceiling fan fixtures with glaring lights in every room. No side tables with lamps to provide a softer relaxed feel or the ability to read before going to sleep at night. This is an easy fix that wouldn’t cost much and would really enhance the comfort of this house. All in all, a very nice rental.

The property was clean and had updated amenities. Short walk to beach. Only problem I had was the new ongoing construction on the adjacent property. Hammering and drilling starts at 7 am and the dust covered my car so unable to sleep late. Saturday and Sunday was quiet.

Great location!!

We had the best time and loved the place! It was so close to the beach and restaurants. Had everything we needed to cook when we wanted. Also had all the things a young child needs, Pack n play, high chair, beach toys, etc. The beach was not crowded when we went and the location was everything. The neighborhood was quiet and people were very friendly. Awesome place!! Would stay here again!!

This house had everything we needed and is so close to the beach! The 3 minute walk was nothing. You do cross a busy intersection and cars don’t stop so be careful. Where we are from cars do stop but not here! Location is everything. My only suggestion is it would be nice if the owner supplied a wagon for taking things to the beach, however, we made do fine without.

Stayed with a group of 4 women. Excellent location. Plenty going on, while still offering a quiet getaway and a super safe location. Beach was gorgeous and a close walk from the property. Elkin was responsive to all questions. Crabby Bill's was a must do experience, and the Cafe De Paris has fantastic breakfast croissants. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect! We have never been at a more clean, organized rental than this one! It is just a 2 minute walk to beach. There are eateries within walking distance also! We plan on renting this house again next winter!
