Very efficient and spacious feeling 760 sq. ft. condo with additional 200 sq. ft. of outdoor living space. Property is ideally located in small 3-unit complex on Gulf Boulevard with short 2 minute walk to the Kooky Coconut and beach across the street ... Just a short 5 minute, 2.5 block walk to downtown with Crabby Bill's, Splash Harbour Waterpark, Slyce and all the other coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Renovated, nicely appointed 2 bedroom (with 2 king beds), 1 bathroom ground floor unit with your very own expansive, enclosed, private deck with Tommy Bahama beverage center/cooler/bar and outdoor dining … everything you need for entertaining outdoors 'Florida style'… including your very own palm trees! Unit has high-end furnishings and is decorated with contemporary beach flair. Free WiFi, wall-mounted flat screen Samsung Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms, complete with Direct TV. Or, if you like, listen to tunes with Alexa. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bath with new cabinetry, as well as crushed shell and concrete counter-tops in the kitchen and granite counter-top in the bath. Kitchen comes completely equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and upgraded cookware. Bathroom has glass enclosed spa-like shower and comes stocked with premium towels. Bedrooms are well appointed with luxurious bedding, and closets have been nicely remodeled with plenty of build-ins and storage. This beach retreat has easy beach access (public beach access right across the street) and comes with everything you need for an outstanding beach vacation, including plush beach towels, beach chairs, big beach umbrella, and portable cooler. 'IRB' is one of America's best kept secrets … a true 'laid back' and friendly beach community that is minutes to groceries, a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, golfing, boating, sailing, fishing, jet-skiing, biking, every activity imaginable. It is centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino and Busch gardens just a short drive away. What We Provide: The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and depending on the length of your stay, you may have to purchase some additional supplies. Cleaning: A departure housekeeping fee is included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Our housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures are in line with CDC guidelines, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and the use of bleach-based cleaning solutions. Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs: We will notify you if your unit is ready before our standard 4 PM check-in time. If you would like a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to rent an additional night. Check-out time is 10 AM, and we are unable to offer later check-outs as we need the time to prepare the unit for the next guest.

Exactly, if not better, than pictured! Great location, steps from the beach. Love the extra touches like Alexa in the living room and bedrooms, extra large bath towels, and beach items. Wish our trip was longer!

We truly enjoyed our 10 day stay here! This is a modern unit with great outdoor space. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable King size beds and adequate storage in closets. We loved the proximity to the beach:)

The property is exactly as advertised. It feels brand new and it has great amenities (kitchen outfitted, laundry, entertainment, etc). The location was perfect for us with my family staying on the gulf and just a few minutes walk from us. The proximity of the Kooky Coconut was a plus! On the flip, if you need to drive, backing out onto Gulf Blvd is a challenge. On the downside, we rented this property because it takes dogs and the place my parents rented for our extended family did not. Unfortunately, our 14 year old lab passed away the week prior to our trip, which was too late to cancel the rental and recover any fees. I shared this news with the owner, that we would no longer have a dog with us and only 2 adults on the property. It would have been nice to get the pet fee refunded considering there no longer is a pet (adding insult to injury), but she didn’t even write me back. This came off rude to me, but maybe not other people. In general, I would stay here again. It was a nice property and a great location if you need a single level and don’t mind not having a water view. I would also hope that next year the construction next door that started at 7am with hammering and drilling wouldn’t be an issue.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Beth’s property well kept and beautiful. She has modern furniture and amenities. We loved having access to beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler as well. The walk to the beach is easy and quick. Beth was also quick to respond to questions and offer suggestions for the area. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

My best friend and I wanted a relaxing weekend away to celebrate our birthdays and this was the perfect spot. Neither of us had been to Indian Rocks before and now we can't wait to come back. We had a wonderful time. We brought our old dog. He loved it as well. He liked just hanging out on the deck or walking to the park just a few blocks away. It was nice to make our own meals, walk down and hang out on the beach and just relax.

Loved this 2BR property just a short walk to the the beach and several highly rated restaurants. Our unit was in pristine condition with all amenities for a comfortable stay. The patio area was a real bonus. Communications with the owner/manager we’re timely and kept us well informed as we checked in and exited. Could not have been more perfect.

My family and I had a great time on our vacation. The property is really close to public beach access and a variety of restaurants. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Communication was always quick & easy with the property manager as well. We also loved the convenience of having beach chairs available for use. I would definitely recommend :)
