Newly Remodeled 3000 square feet house only 5 min a way from Table Rock lake or Taneycomo and famous 76 strip waiting for you folks(save your time for fun not for driving),4 Bedrooms/3 Bath and a furnished basement with an antique (75 years old) nine foot pool table. Large parking area( can park 3+ boats). Master bedroom has a jetted tub. There are 2 King beds; 1 Queen; 1 Bunk bed and 4 futons. There are 4 TVs with cable,PS4 with games downstairs. Separate GAMEROOM with QLED TV and PS5, Foosball Table, Wall Dart Board.Direct TV (ESPN,ESPN2,Fox Sport).All beds have memory foam mattresses. The brand new kitchen has the most updated appliances and granite counter tops. The huge dining table has room for 10 people with 3 additional seats at the counter. There are 2 LED fireplaces for warmth and ambiance. Dog fee $25 per night (25lb max). The house also has a brand new washer/dryer, everything you would need for a carefree vacation. Great property to stay at for a family. The house is a wonderful size and very clean and beautifully done. Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious. Couldn’t ask for a better location and the host was easy to work with.

This home was perfect for our family. The kids could not get enough of the pool table. Kitchen is well stocked and the counter top ice maker was a hit! Home is very clean. Great space for parking. We loved how close it is to the strip. We would definitely rent this home again!

Everything was nice. You might want to check the hose on the grill. It is restricting the gas flow. Which takes it some time to light. You have to use a striker. It could bea risk if someone leaves the gas on long enough to light

Property is clean and well-decorated. Anton was very easy to communicate with and is an all-around good guy. Check-in was hassle-free. It's very close to The Strip and everything else in Branson that is worth doing. Neighborhood is quiet. Backyard is fenced-in; this was great for our two dogs. Highly recommend!

This is a great property at a good location. Within 10-15 minutes to everything in Branson. The house is split into two levels, the stairs can be a challenge if you are older, but the house is setup to where you can enter the property via two doors. You don’t have to use the stairs unless you wish to go to lower level. The host was amazing, highly responsive, and cared about helping you with anything. The downstairs area with pool table is an awesome spot to hang out. My only negative was the beds were pretty stiff. Might not be a problem for some people. I highly recommend this property.

We booked this property since many of the hotels, cabins, and other properties were more than what we wanted to spend or didn't allow pets. The property was great. The beds are outdated meaning uncomfortable. The bunk beds you sank in, and had no cushion to it. The bedroom downstairs is an old sprung mattress and the bed made noises when we tossed and turned. That bedroom window faces a busy street so we heard cars through the night. The upstairs bedroom had no night light, the jacuzzi tub where the jets are had yellow grime inside so we didn't use that as no cleaning products were in the house. I would suggest night lights in the 2 bedrooms downstairs since they had no windows. The food truck that people talk about behind the property is closed their phone number is disconnected. The only access to the back yard is from the kitchen other than going all the way outside then to the yard. Nice fenced yard and fire pit. He also has firewood for you to use. They have nice updated appliances and even an ice maker. The pool table was a great hit we used that multiple times a day. We should have spent more time at the house instead of waiting money going out. We washed all towels, wash cloths, and started one load of bedding before we left as requested. He is a great host and the property as well. Recommend staying here, but not with elderly since there are stairs in order to access the house that has the pool room which most of us hung out.

This property worked well for our family of nine adults. Large kitchen and dinning table plus lots of extras, basics cooking supplies. Pool table in basement was a bonus. Two large bedrooms, other two bedrooms were smaller. Lots of parking. Wished weather had been warmer cause there was a nice fire pit with wood and seating . Location was minutes from all attractions and easy to find. Would definitely rent again.

The cleanest and best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. The owner, Anton, was very communicative from our first questions (prior to rental) to our check out. We never needed anything......everything you need is provided. Terrific location to access all Branson has to offer. Extra bonus of being next door to "Shimi Food Truck/Cafe" which is an outstanding burger place (has indoor seating and other food items). We will definitely stay here again!

It’s our third time staying at Anton’s property. It just keeps getting better. The location puts you anywhere near the action in less than 15 min. The home has everything you need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 large masters. 3 baths gets everyone ready to roll efficiently. The pool table and bar gives an alternative to a rainy day. It’s the only place we’ll stay in Branson.

My friends and I stayed for 5 nights at this property and would definitely choose it again. It was located within 10 or 15 minutes (depending on traffic) of most venues. The home was lovely and very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen including numerous spices. Our host Anton was immediately available when we had a question about the fireplace. We were very pleased overall!!!

This accommodated our family well. The side street had a good amount of traffic & little view - but upside was quick to get to 76 without heavy traffic and the burgers next door were awesome. Would book again !

Being in my 70's, the Stairs were a Challenge when we went to play Pool... But... Plenty of Parking, upper and lower... Drive down and drive up for Playing Pool.. Overall, the place was great and we would go back....

Because of airline delays we did not arrive at the property until almost midnight. We walked in to a game room with a pool table and bar, colorful rope lights smiling at us, and just a total welcoming feeling. This home has been redone nicely. Large kitchen with everything and more than you would ever need if living there permanently. I even saw a big turkey roasting pan. Nice porch. Grill. Fire pit. Everything you could want. Close to everything we did while there. Bring you own shampoo and kleenex and enjoy.

Great location just minutes from everything. Right off the road and next to the nicest people with the Shimi's food truck and restaurant. We ate there for breakfast and dinner several times. The property was clean top to bottom. Plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. Pool table was a hit and the bar area. Lots of space for a big family or multi family to stay and enjoy Branson. We really enjoyed staying here. The house is large and well equipped with everything you need, and plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pool table and bar. Plus, it is away from the busy tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood, yet only 5-10 minutes from all the Branson attractions. There are lots of beautiful rides in the area too. We will definitely be staying here again!

House looks as good as the pics. Perfect with 2 living areas. Kids loved the pool table downstairs. The shows we saw were no more than 5 minutes away. Perfect location. Large fenced yard for our dogs. There were hot dog sticks and firewood for the firepit. Too bad it was 105 the week we were there but we had to do the smores thing with the kids. Anton, the manager was very friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs. Just note there are 3 large beds, one room for 3 kids and anyone else will be on a very uncomfortable futon. We used blankets for padding. 5 futons in total throughout the house. Very nicely decorated. Perfect, perfect location!

This property had a great location! Away from the busy-ness of the strip but still close enough to do activities. Check in information was provided timely and simply. We cooked in the kitchen every day and it was well stocked. If you have children, I would suggest bringing plastic cups, as those were limited. We enjoyed the entertainment area in the basement with pool table and video games. As ceiling fan lovers, that was the biggest displeasement with downstairs bedrooms, but there was a box fan and pedestal fan to help. All of the beds were comfortable but the downstairs king bed--it could use a mattress pad. Overall, we would stay here again!
