Nestled in Vineyard Haven, this lovely house for $930 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our bright, sunny and newly expanded 4 bedroom house is 2 blocks to the public beach, borders the West Chop Woods and sits on a quiet 1/2 acre lot. Walk to the beach, town or ferry! Unwind and enjoy the best of what the Vineyard has to offer. Our house has a new high-ceiling kitchen and den, house-length screened in porch, and 2 newly renovated bedrooms. There are two other bedrooms downstairs. Tons of separate sitting/chilling areas, amazing light and a haven for peace and happiness - the house is ideal for a family or two, or group of friends. We love our clean and welcoming home and hope you will too! Available for first time since 2021! When you enter the light-filled main house, you’ll be greeted by a comfy living room with cozy alcoves perfect for reading or napping and an open dining room. The dining room has a lofted ceiling with a fireplace flanked by two bookshelves stocked with books and games. The new high-ceiling kitchen includes marble countertops, new stainless appliances and an island with seating for 5. The kitchen leads to a screened-in porch that extends along the back of the house with ample seating and a second dining table. Beyond the porch is a large private yard mature beds - perfect for whiffle ball, badminton or more! This house is great for entertaining! The main house has 4 bedrooms, all with great light and with the two upstairs having high ceilings: Bedroom 1 (upstairs) has a king bed; Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has queen with a twin futon; Bedroom 3 (ground floor) has a king bed; and Bedroom 4 (ground floor) has twin beds and also houses the washer/dryer. Each bedroom includes sheets, comforters, blankets and pillows. There are 2 bathrooms - one on each floor and each with a skylight. There are four TV’s, one in the main living room, one in each king bedroom and one in the twin bedroom. Also - we can’t forget the large detatched outdoor shower - pure bliss! Our house has a soothing front yard with a mature garden. It is set back from the street and offers parking for three cars. There are beach chairs and kids beach toys. The house has cable and Wifi. What we love about the house: * Being close enough to town to walk in 15 minutes but just far enough away to feel secluded from the hectic summer crowds. * The house is set up so that your group can sit together or spread out -- with plenty of seating areas indoors or outdoors -- and enjoy the privacy. * The feeling of privacy that comes with being on a large tree-filled lot while still getting lots of natural light in the house. * Enjoying morning coffee on the back porch while listening to birds singing in the tall trees that surround the property. * Large yard with plenty of space for entertaining or games of croquet or wiffle ball. * Porch that is designed for entertaining or family dinners. * Large detached outdoor shower * Walking 2 blocks to Grove Street Beach and jumping in the Sound. * The West Chop Woods trailhead is around the corner from the house. * Walking to the West Chop lighthouse .8 miles away. There are sidewalks and beautiful views of the Sound and the Cape. ** Please note that the owners stay in the private separate guesthouse on the property. They are friendly and helpful and can offer helpful tips about what to see, do, eat and enjoy while on island.

This was a fantastic house that was exactly as photographed. Owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and overall, great hosts. We visited for a week (two couples with children) and we felt we had our own space with a common area/outdoor space to convene. Wonderful stay!

A group of 6 adults stayed in this beautiful property and we did not want to leave. Its the quintessential vacation house. One of our favorite features was the large screened in porch, coffee in the morning, hanging out in the early afternoon or dining outside. Due to the current pandemic situation we spent almost all evenings in cooking and the kitchen/dining area/living room provided a perfect space for us to hang out - many rounds of UNO were played. I've always been fond of Vineyard Haven - house is a short walk to downtown, easy walk around West Chop or down to the beach. Tashmoo is only a short drive Our hosts were wonderfully accommodating and we hope to have an opportunity to rent the property in the future.

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. The home was spacious, cozy and clean and was the perfect getaway from NYC during a difficult summer. The hosts were actually staying at the guest house and were very easy to communicate with and accommodating; when we couldn’t get the upstairs TV to work they moved one from downstairs that no one was using for us. The property is conveniently located with the town and the beaches within walking distance or a short drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this home. The location is ideal for relaxing, long walks, access to downtown Vineyard Haven shops and restaurants, and many lovely beaches. We enjoyed exploring all of Martha's Vineyard with the tips that the owners provided us for secret beach locations, great hikes, and good restaurants. The yard is lovely and we ate dinner on the screened-in porch. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed. We spent a lovely two weeks at this charming home and we would definitely return. Liz and Zack are most helpful and very gracious and accommodating hosts.

This was my third visit to Martha’s Vineyard, and this was the nicest house and best neighborhood of all of my visits. The house is a very comfortable and well furnished cottage nettled on a beautiful lot surrounded by nature. Loved the large screened in back porch. It’s a great place to hang out on cool summer nights. The hosts were very accommodating making our visit even more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Vineyard Haven home. The house is truly charming and comfortable. We rented the main house and it suited my family of five adults perfectly. We especially enjoyed the large screened-in porch which meant relaxing and reading "outside" was bug-free (always a plus on the Vineyard)! The large back garden and deck were also just great. We found the location close to both Vineyard Haven and West Chop to be very convenient for everything we like to do on the island. The owners were welcoming and helpful. All in all, we had a great stay and we plan to visit again! .

Our week In the Vineyard was magical. LIz and Zack’s home was extremely comfortable and well equipped for our family of 7. Everything went very smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking, sleeping and hanging out at the house and yard. Most of our time when we were at the house, we spent time on the incredible screened porch. Totally delightful!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Liz & Zack were super friendly and very solicitous in making our stay enjoyable. They immediately addressed a minor issue, wanting to make sure our stay was as hassle free as possible. With pandemic restrictions still in place, we spent many happy hours on the the huge, fantastic porch with cooling breezes and a view of their lovely yard. We even used the swings! The separate cottage with extra space and its own WiFi was a bonus, as one of our group had to work a few days. Could not recommend this more! MV is an island wonderland.
