This lovely home is perfect for 2 families. The two storey home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two separate living areas; upstairs lounge has a pool table and guests can use the garage. ALL LINEN PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY Relax and enjoy a BBQ, go for a bike ride down the quiet bush lined tracks. This home offers all the luxuries to make your stay a memorable one. Foxtel is available, NO WIFI Pets allowed ONLY at the Owners discretion. We request a bond of $200, which is returned once the property has been checked for digging/scratches/poop/hair/damage etc. PETS ALLOWED ON OWNERS APPROVAL - Pets allowed ONLY at the Owners discretion. DOG BOND PAYABLE : $200 Property can sleep up to 11 guests. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite, (spa bath out of order) Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Downstairs: Bedroom 3 - Queen bed & single bed Bedroom 4 - Queen bed Bedroom 5 - Queen bed. The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment. Linen is Provided at this property GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property. Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond. CANCELLATION POLICY 2023 Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL. Thank you for your booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is good and property is a good size. We were not impressed with the accommodation especially when it comes to cleanliness. We have already sent our feedback to the property management company

This property is roomy and well appointed. It's in a great quiet location with a local store only two doors away. A 2km walk into Cowes can be done along the beach or straight up Settlement Rd into the heart of Cowes. The double lockup garage is excellent. The kids are well catered for with electronic gaming machines in multiple rooms, and for the adults a nice pool table upstairs is just perfect. The beds are on the firm side but the rooms are large and there are three full bathrooms. Everything you need is provided. The kitchen is well appointed. Overall, I would stay there again with no hesitation and my traveling companions agree. The agent, First National, is very good to deal with too. Recommended.

We stayed for my 50th girls getaway with 10 of us, and it was very comfortable . It would be nice if the spa worked but we had a great couple of night here !

Typical old beach shack for a large group - games and pool room was a huge bonus. Really great spot so close to beach, friendly neighborhood. Not very clean - floor dirty/sandy, smudges on everything, cobwebs and daddy long legs everywhere. Kitchen dinnerware could use an update, drinking and wine glasses not great, no champagne glasses provided. Spa not in use and benchtop grill in kitchen was also not in use. Also had to fill up the empty gas bottle (late BBQ dinner as a result) and organise a refund through the estate agent which is a pain in the backside with supplying bank detail for refund etc, should have just given cash over when handed back key.

This is a beautiful property. We had arranged linen through the Real Estate Agent, this wasn't at the property on the Friday then had to go into town and pick it up as they didn't respond to emails till later Saturday. Would be nice to know that the property DID NOT have soap and normal necessities. Couldn't use the spa nor 1 of the cook tops. The place is lovely and quiet area. Agent let the property down not the owners. Thanks to the owners for a box of chocolate.
