We have plenty of parking for all your vehicles, and even your boats too! Its not just the outside space that is the only impressive attribute of Lands End, but rather the inside space boasts over 6000 square feet of living space as well. Easily sleeps 34 with room for more... 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 refrigerators and freezers, 3 washers and dryers, 13 TV's, 10 private balcony decks, 3 large decks overlooking pool area, and an outdoor closet stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, yet another fridge/freezer and much more! At the beach directly across the street we look for shells and sand dollars on our early morning walks. We also catch a lot of whiting, pompano, redfish and flounder for dinner right off the beach while the kids play in the sand, ride the waves, and the ladies soak up the sun. Cleaning fish is a breeze at Lands End because we have a covered fish cleaning station with running water, electric and even our own fish hanging bragging board for awesome fish pics! The little lagoon has great flounder, speckle trout, and redfish fishing. Especially fish the lagoon lighted docks at night! Or on a calm day head out the lagoon pass to the entire Gulf of Mexico and its many oil rigs within eyesight of the pass! Great stay! There were 23 of us and there was plenty of room. The house was updated nicely and the beds were comfortable. We used the basketball and pickle ball court daily, nice addition. We would stay again.

Book this place for sure if have a large family and wide age ranges. It has it all! We had 30 in our group ages 10 months to 72 and the teens and adults played a lot of volleyball, basketball, pickleball, swam in the pool and of course the beach! House stayed nice and cool and owner replaced a fan broken on arrival. Kitchen well stocked but just a heads up to maybe even things out between them (ie: spatulas, pans etc) on day one as we didn’t realize how much was over in the other two and would have been eaiser initially. Hard to keep that organized between guests I’m sure. Lots of fridge space! 4 total! House good condition overall for multiple families in and out all summer. Justin was great as a host too! Would love to stay again.

We had 23 people aged 13-51 in our group. Lands End 2 is divided into 3 sections, but are open and connected. This was great for our large group. Each section has it’s own kitchen and large refrigerator. 3sets of washers/dryers. There is a large refrigerator on the lower level accessible from the pool. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were all comfortable. It was extremely hot the week we were there, and we were impressed that the cooling system kept up with ease. It’s located a short walk from the public beach access and close to bars/restaurants. Overall had a great experience. The contact person, Justin was excellent. He replied within minutes every time we had a question.

The pictures are a bit outdated. A variety of repairs are needed in the condo. Frig & kitchen lights burnt out. Beds broken, shower heads falling out of wall. The condo could use a bit of TLC to get it up to par. The pool cleaners need to clean the walls, heard twice the sprayer was broken & would be back. The outdoor bathroom was not cleaned prior to our move in & was a disaster. We made the best of it. As rental owners, we get things happen. Tons of dishes, pots & pans. The Laundy areas were great & convenient Many toys & chairs in the closet to use during the stay! The property owners were great to communicate with & fast to respond.

It was amazing! We had 18 in our group for this stay. A mix of Family friends and business partners. The place was amazing! Will definitely stay here again. It offered so much that we didn’t really have to leave the property. No one felt like they were on top of each other. It was awesome!! Thank you for creating such an amazing place

Overall we had a great time. We enjoyed playing pickleball, tennis and basketball. The cornhole was good but the bags need replaced as they’re really dusty when you throw them. The kayaks were fun but there was one paddle missing. The pool was great and the hot tub was ok but there was hardly any force coming out of the returns and they had no adjustment. It had a bad dirt ring around the top. I was told before renting there were three bikes available. There were none. We also had no needle to blow up the balls. I reported the one bathroom lock was broken and you couldn’t lock it and one closet bi-fold door was falling off. No one came to repair these problems. We all wish there were light blocking curtains in the bedrooms. The lack of bathrooms in two of the upper bedrooms was an inconvenience with 25 people but we managed to share! Keep in mind that the three units are connected on the first floor only. If you want to go from unit 1 third floor to unit 3 third floor, it’s a bit of a walk! The most disappointing thing was the house had roaches. We stopped counting after day 2 and we’d killed ten. Some were lying upside down so maybe the units had been treated but it was gross! There were a few other things like screws loose on the stair bannister. The house needs a little attention. We had strangers come play on the tennis courts since there’s no way to lock it. We also had strangers swimming in the pool one night which again can’t be locked.
