Located in Fraser, this lovely condo for $273 per night is a great choice for your next break. You won’t beat this beautifully upgraded 3 bed 3 bath first floor condo just steps from Hideaway Park! Trailhead Lodge is within walking distance to all the downtown shops, restaurants, Hideaway Park (concerts), sledding hill and the Visitor Center- it’s in the heart of Winter Park! Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, flat screen TV's, DVD player, high end finishes along with designer touches will surround you in luxury during your stay. The fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities of home and will allow you to cook that gourmet meal that the whole crew. The deck includes comfortable seating for entertaining and lounging. The primary bedroom offers a king bedroom with en-suite full bath. There are two portable twin mattresses in the primary room closet that can be placed wherever is convenient for your group. A second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a full bathroom located right across the hall. And finally, the last bedroom offers a king size bed. There is another bathroom conveniently located across the hall from it. Private washer & dryer in unit. Included is a fully stocked cabinet with dozens of games for family and kids. This complex has one of the only outdoor year-round heated swimming pools. Clubhouse with pool room, kitchen, workout room and fire pit are included in the amenities. Opening hours for pool & hot tub: ========================== Sunday through Thursday 11 am to 10 pm Friday & Saturday 11 am to 11 pm Free Wi-Fi. Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation) If you are traveling with family or friends, we have some more units at Trailhead, one of them on the second floor of this building. Email, text or call for more information. For larger parties: We also have several (2 bedroom) condos at Trailhead Lodge! Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage. We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed Winter Park Resort is just 4.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 1.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.6 miles away in the town of Fraser. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. We hope that you will be our guest at this peaceful mountain retreat. This condo is great! The location is perfect, close to town and right near a bus stop to get to the slopes. The unit has plenty of space and is well stocked. The hot tub was lovely and the year round heated outdoor pool provided lots of fun for the kids.

This was probably the best family vacation we’ve had!! The White Christmas was as good as it sounds. We went snow skiing, boarding, tubing and snowmobiling. The condo was perfect for the six of us. It is laid out so well and very comfortable. The location was great for all we did.

We had great experience staying here. Perfect for our family, very near town, short drive to Winter Park, and even a small park right across the way with a small sledding hill. The only thing was there wasn't any paper towels, very small issue but wanted to mention so the management company would know. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and LOVED being on the first floor!

This was a great condo for my family to spend a week in the mountains. We had plenty of room to sleep 4 adults and 4 teenage girls. We did have a teenage boy who slept in the family room on a provided mattress and that worked fine. The community pool and hot tub were great as well and made our trip even better. I would recommend this condo!

Can’t say enough good stuff about this 3 bedroom gem! Our family made the most of the rainiest June on record by enjoying the beautiful town of WP, neighborhood trails and the pool/hot tub. Communication with the host was a breeze, and we encountered no issues. As I write this review, are already working on booking another extended stay at this same location. We definitely recommend this place!!

Our family had a wonderful week in the area while staying in this comfortable condo. The location is terrific and the condo is clean, comfortable and very accommodating for a large family. An added bonus during our stay was watching, from our dining room, a moose walk through the park, right across the street at the park!

This was a great lodge, spacious, very accommodating and even being on the bottom unit was better than I thought it would be! This unit had a sled and this lodge is literally across from the facility Sledding hill and near the bus Lift stop!

Spacious, great furnishings, comfortable beds, great floor plan with one bedroom separate from the other two, super central to park, restaurants, shops. Only issue was that even though baby crib was advertised first on the list of amenities, there wasn't one so we had to pay an additional $50 for a pack n play. Misleading advertising by owner.

Everything about this property was great. The location is in the town of winter park at a great spot. Bus stop to the mountain base is right there. Small outdoor sledding hill in our backyard with an outdoor venue. Our property had everything we needed and everything worked!!! We all enjoyed the stay!!!

The condo was great! Very spacious and well stocked with cooking utensils, towels, games, and the essentials. Large dining table and TV room made it easy for our group to hang out. Very spacious and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry room. Short 5 minute drive to Winter Park - buses go right by the condo as well. Shared amenities were nice - communal Hot Tub was crowded after a day of skiing but that is understandable. Would stay here again!

Drove to Devil’s Thumb for dinner at the ranch house - fabulous.
Unfortunately, we woke up to no hot water and could not reset tankless system to heat water. Maintenance had to be called but I ended up taking a cold shower and missed a couple hours of skiing.
The condo is dated, needs a fresh coat of paint to cover up existing paint colors.
Kitchen well stocked.

So, we've stayed at this complex many times. We are always impressed by location, the pool, hottub, and clubhouse. But this particular rental is really in need of some updates. The carpet in the back bedroom is the worst I've seen in a VRBO rental. It's peeling up at the threshold and super dirty. The threshold between the master bath and master bedroom had a screw whose screw head had broken off and was razor sharp. The dressers are hand-me-downs from another era...and anything but quality. The kitchen cabinets are super quality, but with super cheap and old hinges. Again, works fine, but this property has a ton of small issues. TV in bunkbed room had zero channels, no cable, and no dvd player...what's the point then. The main living room TV had a cable box, but no cable. Also, no networks....don't plan on watching the game. Nice place, but it doesn't stack up to any of the other units we've stay in at this location. I don' t mean to complain...I'm surprised by all the glowing reviews in previous reviews. To top it all off, there were no pillow cases on the beds when we arrived at 9:00 with kids who were ready to turn in. Management did deliver them within the hour, but....come on. This place will be worth going back to when the carpets are replaced, quality mattress covers are purchased and cabinet hinges are replaced. How long will the owners put off these basic and (for the most part) reasonably priced upgrades?
