End unit, ground floor situated only steps from trailheads, rivers, and walking distance to nearly everything Winter Park has to offer. Master Bedroom has a new King Bed and Master Bath, newly remodeled. Guest Bedroom has a queen bed. Bunk room has two new bunks. Free WiFi and Cable Kitchen and living area completely remodeled and updated. Fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. Laundry in unit Free Winter Park ski shuttle bus picks you up right outside building. Lockable space for bikes on the back deck. Ski closet available and stocked with sleds. 100's of miles of mountain biking, hiking and running trails literally right out of the back door (and many more across the street!) Playground and outdoor picnic area you can reserve for events adjacent to building. During the snow-free months, enjoy the sports equipment we leave in the ski closet for you (corn hole, soccer, football, badminton, volleyball). During the snowy months, have fun with the sleds we will provide for you. This condo is truly a hidden gem. The owners went above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need for your vacation. My family and I stayed here and we loved every part of it. We rarely left the property because the sledding and visiting the pool/hot tubs was amazing. We enjoyed the fire and playing the games inside the condo at night. It was nice not having to pack so much since this place pretty much has everything you need. The owners are very efficient in communication. We will definitely be returning! It was a great place and we created so many memories!

Absolutely beautiful area (especially during the changing leaves of Fall) with everything close by. No need to drive anywhere! The pool and hot tubs were a great amenity to have and the kids enjoyed them very much. We had never been to Winter Park…I can imagine it’s quite busy in the winter season, but during Sept/Oct it is not busy at all! Their winter season starts mid November so a lot of the tourist things aren’t open during those months. This didn’t bother us at all (still plenty to do), but something to keep in mind if you are wanting more activities. We walked to the Rec Center down the street and spent half a day there using the pools and slide and playing basketball. Not too expensive but there is a fee. Our trip was cut short due to no fault of the hosts and they graciously offered us a refund! If I had one suggestion it would be to have TV’s in the bedrooms, but that is a personal preference that won’t bother most other people I’m sure ;) Thank you again for a great getaway and being such wonderful hosts. We shall definitely be back!

We loved this place - everything about it! The Hi Country House places are our favorite in the area. They are close to everything and the pool house is really clean and enjoyable for our family. There were 5 adults and 3 kids staying in this condo and we were all very comfortable. The beds were great. Tons of towels, including pool towels. Very well appointed if you have little kids - step stools, humidifiers, games, plastic dishes and cups - all of it is there for your convenience. And, the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could ask for. Lots of glasses, silverware, plates, etc. Didn't have to run the dishwasher more than a couple of times during the week. The location is great and being on the first floor was definitely a bonus. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved this condo. Spacious and well equipped. Great setup for gear which I really appreciated. The pool and hot tubs were fantastic and enjoyed by all. We stay in WP a lot and this was really one of the best properties for a family of 5 that we’ve been in. Thanks!

The condo was perfect! The owners were great to work with! The new private Rec facility was a big plus with swimming pool, hot tubs, spa pool, pool table, exercise room, young children inside play area, giant TV for watching movies, wifi, etc. This is a great location too: walking trails near by, stores & restaurants, etc. Highly reccommend!
