Nestled in Seaside, this attractive house for $1,081 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 3 KINGS, 1 XL TWIN BUNK ROOM (Sleeps 2), BONUS BUNK ROOM SLEEPS 4 (2 bunks standard twin) "Blessings by the Sea" is a renovated cottage in Seaside just a 5 minute walk to the beach and steps to Seaside Avenue. This home has many outdoor living areas that make this home feel much larger. There are two expansive porches that run the length of the home up and down. The downstairs porch is a large open air porch with Adirondack rockers perfect for morning coffee. There is a large adjacent outdoor lighted furnished deck with a privacy wall and outdoor dining for four and Adirondack seating for three more, the perfect area for dining Al Fresco or visiting with family and friends. Step inside and you find a custom renovated kitchen and all stainless steal appliances; six burner gas stove, large double door fridge, and a wine & beverage fridge. The first floor offers an open living room with plenty of seating and large 65 inch mounted flat screen TV perfect for movie nights in or watching the game. The living room is complete with soaring ceilings and windows that provide lots of natural light and a half bath off the living room for guests. The large downstairs king primary bedroom suite has a private marble bathroom with dual vanities, a rain shower only, a generous walk in closet, and a desk for working remote. On the second floor is the second king bedroom with a renovated private bath with a shower only and an attached custom bonus built in bunk room that sleeps four. The custom bunk room is keenly separated with a sliding pocket door for privacy, each bunk has its own bunk light, as well as custom storage and shelving. The third bedroom up is a king bedroom with a renovated private bath with shower only, walk in closet, a desk for working remote, and access to the furnished screened in porch (new king pics to come, updated Dec. 24). The fourth bedroom has built in XL twin bunk beds, privacy curtains, individual bunk lights for reading, plenty of custom built in storage, and the bunks are large enough for adults to sleep in. There is also a marble half bath on the second floor. The second floor large screened in porch runs the length of the entire home and is beautifully furnished with three sitting areas. A lounge furniture area with a sofa, a cafe bistro set, and an additional two chairs perfect for reading a morning coffee, outdoor meals, or an evening glass of wine. The inside spiral staircase leads to the large open air tower with amazing 360 degree views of the town and slight gulf views with bar top Adirondack seating for 4. Off the furnished lighted deck on the first floor is a charcoal grill and an adjacent hammock. We had a wonderful week at Blessings By The Sea. The house was lovely and well-appointed. The upstairs king bedroom with adjoining bunk room was perfect for six girls to share and hang out ... plus there was plenty of room for two moms to have our own space AND a great place to work remotely. Our only complaint is with mother nature ... as she didn't allow as many sunny days as we'd hoped for. We'd return to this house in a heartbeat.

Blessings By The Sea was a beautiful property! It was perfect for our family of 8~ baby included! Nice location, updated and very well equipped kitchen, with nice w/d. The only tiny hitch we had was the ice maker was slow to produce~ something that should not be happening with such a new appliance. Added bonus from the sweet owners was a toy box for the beach! Thank you for helping our family create beautiful memories at the very special place known as Seaside. We shall return!

Generally good, but the office never provided the extra towels that I requested and said I would pay for. Luckily, I was never charged. The ice maker was not working and the office did send a repairman; however, he left a mess for us to clean up and he did not wear a mask. Another workman came unexpectedly to change filters and he did wear a mask and was very considerate.

We just stayed a week in Blessings By The Sea. It was a great home for our extended family. The bedroom setup was great. The 2 adult bedrooms upstairs were located at either end of the hallway with the 2 bunk rooms being attached or next door to the room with the king sized bed. We were traveling with our 2 grown children and their spouses. Our daughter has 3 littles (one slept in a bunk and the twins slept in port a cribs located in the second bunk room) This kept their noise level at a minimum for our son and his wife. The Outdoor Patio was a lifesaver for keeping the grandchildren happy and gave them lots of room to play. We ended up eating most meals outside since the weather was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. One last note, the outdoor shower was a great way to quickly get the kids cleaned up from the beach. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in this spacious home with so many amenities. There were 7 of us: my husband, myself, 2 daughters and their husbands and our 2-1/2 year old grandson. Beach was great! We were in close proximity to pool and playground, which kept my grandson busy. We will try to book this home again in the future. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us!

There are some things about the house you must know if you are coming with more than one family... the second king bed is on the 2nd floor attached to the bunk room. Therefore, the second bedroom for adults is a queen bed and not a master.
The dishwasher did not clean dishes, no matter how much we cleaned and rinsed the dishes before putting them in. The toilets run & made noises all night. The insert in the hood leaked water when it rained...
It is a nice house, with lots of room, in a great location. But there were small things that could have made the stay better.
Homeowners Collection is a great company though and answered all the things we needed.

We Loved staying at Blessings By the Sea! The house is very well designed, VERY clean, has all of the household items you need to cook for a large family and is perfectly located in Sea Side. It is on a quiet street but only two blocks the from the market center to it was the best of both worlds. The fireworks on New Years are perfectly viewed from the top deck.

The rental property was the best we have ever experienced in many, many years visiting Seaside. Perfect sleeping arrangements and privacy for us and our adult, married children. Also perfect entertaining areas for the entire group to be all together. Everything appeared to be brand new...comfortable beds, high grade appliances, big screen TV for football viewing. The disappointment came with Seaside itself. I understand it is going to be crowded during fall break, but the large groups of rowdy, loud, disrespectful teenagers was a surprise. Either they weren't staying at Seaside, or they were not supervised in any way. We missed the family atmosphere that we usually experience at Seaside. This seemed more like spring break at Daytona beach. As my children were growing up, Seaside security would've stepped in. Definitely won't be returning for our annual fall vacation. If Seaside is the new teen party place to be, we won't be returning at all. Thankful the property was so nice because we didn't dare go out after dark for fear of being mowed down by a speeding teenager on a bike with no regard for pedestrians and definitely stayed away from the food airstreams because of the bad behavior, bad language, breaking in line from the droves of teens. Still, the property was top notch!

The location was also perfect to get to the beach or town center. We have stayed in seaside for 14 years and this condo was perhaps the best one we have rented. It is updated and clean. The courtyard and the screened porch are very nice additions as well.

Arriving a day after hurricane Michael passed through the area, it looked like little elves had been busy cleaning up and preparing to welcome back their guests. Management was available prior to arrival for any questions. Check-in was a breeze. Luckily the home we reserved was available to add on another day, we just didn’t want to leave.

Exceptional Home
We have stayed in numerous rentals in Seaside and hands down Blessings By the Sea is our all time favorite home. The floor plan is ideal for a large group, which includes wonderful furnishings and new appliances. We thoroughly enjoy the multiple private porches and outside seating to spend family quality time together. The house is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pool and workout facility. This house is a gem!

Beautiful home, great location
Blessings by the Sea is a great vacation home. I have a large family and we are very comfortable staying here. The kitchen is very well equipped and organized. The kitchen opens up into the living room, so you can remain connected to friends and family while cooking. The rooms are very large with private baths and an extra sitting area, so it seems there is always space for someone to have some down time when they need it. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. One of our favorite things to do is ride bikes down to the little market which sells homemade croissants and bring them back to the house for breakfast and coffee out on the porch. The beach is gorgeous and it's private. Blessings by the Sea has been our vacation destination every spring for the last three years since we found it. We love it!

Beautiful home! Great vacation!!
We had an amazing time staying at the beautiful Blessings by the Sea. It is so close to everything and had the perfect floor plan for us. It has a great open kitchen that overflows in to the family room where we spent most of our time together playing games. Beautiful oversized master was perfect downstairs.
Upstairs offered us ton of space for our four children to sleep. Great outdoor dining area too. Thank you for sharing your home with us :) we will definitely come back!

Perfect House in Seaside!
We vacation in Seaside every summer and we have finally found the home to rent every year. This home was the perfect fit for our family and friends. The home has been thoroughly updated and is well maintained and appointed. Has a fantastic large open porch, a screened in porch and a nice outdoor living area.
