Nestled in Seaside, this lovely house for $1,059 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Sun Haven | Lake District, Watercolor, FL 257 Scrub Oak Circle Santa Rosa Beach, FL Dune Vacation Rentals presents "Sun Haven" a fabulous open design home that is perfect for family getaways and only a few minutes away from the Town Center, Seaside, the Frog pool, the Boat House, and, of course, the Gulf. As an added bonus, Sun Haven includes a Golf Cart for your use! A spectacular kitchen, designed by a Le Cordon Blue-trained chef, with pink Northstar retro appliances and a huge, strikingly white island, form the heart of the home. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area with a French Farm House table and dreamy white Great Room with flat screen TV/DVD. A screened porch just off the Great Room makes a great place for breakfast in the morning or drinks in the evening as you watch your neighbors pedal by. Fabulous art by several local artists highlighting local color is displayed throughout. The full laundry room is on the first floor as is a powder room. There are two master bedrooms, both with king-sized beds. The bedding and the mattresses were specially chosen for nights of sweet dreams. The master on the first floor features Lilly Pulitzer curtains and a large built-in desk. The chandelier-lighted master bath has a spacious walk-in shower, a distinctive claw foot tub, and a double vanity. The screened-in porch off this bedroom overlooks a park and trail and is perfect to enjoy a private cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening. The upstairs has three bedrooms (including the second master). Two of these have custom-built bunk beds. The first sleeps three (with trundle), has a built-in desk and vintage theater chairs. The second, right next door, sleeps five (with trundle). All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs, and this one also has a DVD player, so the kids can gather here for movie night if the parents are socializing downstairs. The kids' bath has a walk-in shower and whimsical farm-style sink. Just down the hall is the second master with a second bath. Access to a huge screened porch is available both through this bedroom and from the hallway. For the health conscious or allergy sufferer, the entire home features Guardian Air to purify the HVAC, filtered water (a Culligan system), with an additional spa filter in the kitchen, hardwood floors and tile (in the baths), and low or no-VOC paint. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts. BIKES: The quote you will receive is one bike per bedroom. RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY - MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. - RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer - A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking - Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date - Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date - We accept Visa, M/C, Discover and AmEx credit cards - CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM - CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This property was perfect for our two families. Combined we had 5 children ages 2-9. It was a great location and perfect set up. The decor was perfect for a beach vacation. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need for making meals and was very organized. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sun Haven!

We thoroughly enjoyed the home and all of it's furnishings; there was ample room for our family of 10 to be comfortable. The outdoor screened patios were especially nice areas for us to hang out. Would definitely recommend this home. Watercolor was a lovely place to visit and hope to return in the future.

Your Comments My family loved the Sun Haven. Spacious and fun with a great location in Watercolor. Golf cart was huge bonus as well. Easy access to store and beach and shopping. Very comfortable home with spacious rooms. Loved the screened in porches as well, could barely tell they were there visually. Highly recommend. And the management was fantastic, truly responsive and super accommodating. We will return soon!

We had 2 families staying in this home, 4 adults and 6 kids, (ages 13-16), and everyone had an amazing time! The house was very comfortable and inviting. there was room for everyone, and the common areas were big enough for all of us to gather for meals, and entertainment! We loved having the golf cart for the adults, and all of the bikes for the kids! We will definitely stay here again

We loved the location, golf cart and bright and open spaces in the home. The outdoor seating areas, kitchen, quality of towels and supplies were all great. The home was clean and well taken care of. The only draw back was that the downstairs bedroom mattress was not the most comfortable.

Our family loved our stay in this house. It was very clean and a perfect location to the pools and beach. We had one issue, but the manager was very helpful and responsive. It was so great to have the golf cart to use to get around and we hope to visit again!

We stayed here with a total of 4 adults and 2 babies (18m and 12m). The space worked perfectly for us. Kids had their own rooms. And both were upstairs. There are 2 bathtubs one up and one down. The upstairs tub would not plug up which wasn’t a big deal for us bc my son refuses to sit for a bath anyway! We were happy to see toys and games to help entertain the kids. And our husbands enjoyed some very serious games of ping pong on the upper deck! Golf cart was extremely beneficial. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this spot. Property is perfectly situated in Watercolor with easy access to Seaside, Frog Pool, WCBC, Camp Watercolor, etc. Use of the golf cart was such a great addition, and really helped our family get our stuff down to the beach. Finishes and furniture was well thought out and the house was just as described. We hope to be back to this same spot again! Management company was extremely available, Nada was immediately on top of any request we had or issue we brought up. Thanks so much.

We stayed at Sun Haven for spring break. We were there the week of the beach, pool and restaurants closings. This was our first time at Watercolor. Even with the closings and the the unusual circumstance of the corona virus, this is a beautiful house. The location is amazing. The house is clean and so cute I highly recommend this property.

We were crazy about this house! It was so pretty and filled with natural light. We love Watercolor and this was our 3rd time visiting. This house was amazing. Literally my ONLY suggestion would be to: 1. provide a knife set (we grilled steaks and had to share a massive knife! lol) 2. There wasn't a pantry, or the one we saw was locked. So we rearranged some cabinets to store food. Otherwise we thought the place was perfect! Thank you so much!
