About this house rental

Nestled in Leesburg, this charming house for $343 per night is a great choice for your next trip. WATERFRONT DECK PERFECT FOR ENJOYING THE OUTDOORS! This three 3/2 Bath 3 bed/2bath is on The Water And Ready For Boating, Fisherman Or Nature Lovers! Ski Beach at Venetian Gardens is just a short ride to the basin. Your own dock just outside the back door...Lovely View From Home, Deck Or Balcony..1 Hr. To Disney. The deck will be a favorite hangout with gas grill and outdoor furniture. The master bedroom is upstairs with king bed, private bath (separate shower and tub) and balcony overlooking the water. Beautiful laminate flooring upstairs! Downstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Any guests over six, have a fee of $30 a night plus tax. We have options for additional bedding including a trundle bed in the living room and a roll-a-way kept in the upstairs master suite closet. The washer and dryer and cabinets are in the garage. We use the cabinets and a shelf in the garage for storage. We require a signed Rental Agreement (which is sent to you by e-mail), If booking on line, the $1,000 damage deposit is held on file by the site. We have information regarding waterfront restaurants in the home. My mailing address is 1069 Island Way, Leesburg Fl 34748 Due to people's allergies, we are no longer able to accept pets.

We sought the tranquil feel of a waterfront property with the hope of relaxing environment. The property did not disappoint! The host, Dixie, was attentive and let us know she was available if needed. We enjoyed this property in Leesburg.

Dixie was a wonderful host. The house is perfect on the water. Great view downstairs and upstairs. Eight women attending a week long conference and a perfect location. Easy in and out. We will definitely book again!

Our family enjoyed our stay and was very comfortable. There was plenty enough room for a party of 7 adults with little ones. The house was clean and well stocked. The property manager went over and above to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend.

We had a great week fishing. The house was perfect for our family including a 2 and 4 year old. The yard and dock were very safe for the little ones and a there was a great park in walking distance for them. The lake was awesome for fishing. Thanks for everything Dixie, You are a great host. We will definitely see you again.

We were looking for a comfortable and relaxing place for just a couple days and Dixie’s home was perfect for us. We wish our schedule allowed a few more days so we could enjoy it more! Dixie was beyond helpful, friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. It was a wonderful sanctuary for us. The little thoughtful and friendly details made us feel very welcome and even my teens were commenting on how nice and well done the home is. Being able to relax on the deck overlooking the canal with a cup of coffee was priceless.

The house was perfect, a 4 minute trip to the boat ramp. The owners were absolutely super accommodating and even had fresh baked cookies waiting for us. I couldn’t be more happy with our stay.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. The host Dixie was incredible and even left us cookies upon arrival. There was a boat docking area for our Pontoon boat with plenty of room for even a second boat. The canal was a direct access to the Lake Harris chain. Our family had plenty of room for parking as well. Thank you Dixie for sharing your lovely property!

We decided to take a staycation for our 40th anniversary and chose to stay here. Everything was beyond our expectations! First Dixie was so gracious and made sure our stay was comfortable and what we expected. The house is close to the lake on a canal connecting to the lake. It’s so quiet and peaceful! We are planning to return again soon!

This is on the water with a dock. Very unique. Because it is likely lived in, there are a lot more things provided than a condo-type. There’s a lot of personality. A little far from Orlando, but bearable.

Vacationed at this property with my family for one week. We had an amazing time here at this house. This house is well-appointed and provided everything we needed and more. Location is perfect with parks within walking distance, Orlando just a short drive away and of course world-class bass fishing on Lake Harris. The property owner, Dixie, is very nice and attentive with communication being seamless. She even had fresh cookies and a welcome note for us upon arrival! We enjoyed this beautiful house for a work weekend we had in a close town. The host was very communicative, and super sweet, and made us feel very welcomed. The beds were very comfortable and the house was roomy and spacious. The outside is beautiful with the dock right on the water. Great stay!

location was absolutely perfect for bass fishermen. house was very clean and extremely functional. dock was an added benefit, as we did not need to remove the boat each day. neighborhood seemed very nice and safe. dixie(host) was always in touch and available if needed, which we did not need anything, but she was available. if we get to come back to leesburg, we will definitely rent this place.
