Located on scenic Hwy 30-A, Mistral 8 is a one bedroom plus bunks, one bath condominium in Seacrest Beach. It sleeps six and is perfect for your couple's getaway or family vacation. Wake up to bright sunshine and crashing waves and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony directly overlooking the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. Build a sand castle, fly a kite or rent bikes and enjoy the miles of paths that start and stop at your door. On the first floor of a small 24 unit community, the views are absolutely breath taking. Recently updated, it is very clean and new. There is a king bedroom, built-in hallway bunks, a full bath with washer and dryer, kitchen, living and dining areas and Gulf-front balcony. This Beaches of South Walton location is right on the bike path and convenient to Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Watercolor and Seaside boutiques and restaurants, while being in a less crowded, family friendly area. Highway 30A is a 20-mile scenic shore tucked quietly between Destin and Panama City Beach, Florida. Speckled with artsy villages, rare coastal dune lakes, upscale resorts, funky beach bars, world-class restaurants and 25,000 acres of protected habitats, Florida's Scenic Highway 30A is the birthplace of 'New Urbanism' and is also home to the most beautiful beaches in the world. For 5 days, we relaxed on the patio overlooking the Gulf. Right on the beach, we were able to be on the beach in no time. The condo was comfortable. We’ll be back.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was very clean and well maintained. Direct access to the private beach made it easy to come and go. The location is hard to beat! The host sent lots of helpful information prior to our arrival that was much appreciated since this was our first time in the area. We are already planning our next trip!

My mother and I had the loveliest stay. When not at the beach relaxing, we spent majority of our time sitting on the unit balcony staring out at the GORGEOUS view. It honestly is a slice of heaven. Great place to sit and chat, enjoy coffee in the morning, have a happy hour, read and eat dinner! Angela was very responsive and overall made the renting process a breeze! We hope to come back soon. Thank you!

My daughter, my best friend and her daughter all spent the week together at this lovely property. With four women, we should have tried for the two bath, but we made it work. Renting chairs for the week was the way to go! Luke set us up every day and really took care of us. My only negative is that the primary bedroom window lines up with the stairwell. The upstairs neighbors like running up and down the stairs at 3 in the morning 🥴. Overall a great experience!

We had a great stay here. Really loved the view and access to gorgeous beach. I didn't realize that there would be sand toys, chairs, and an umbrella available for use - so that was a pleasant surprise! Quick and descriptive communication from the property manager. We'll be back!

Best part was to open the sliding glass door in the unit and take several steps out past the deck, down the stairs and bam, you are on the private beach! Just can't beat that access, even better than the upper floors. Only downside for us was having no real natural light in the bedroom (window is right on walkway) and the bathroom was a bit small. Complex is a bit old but the unit was nicely updated!

The unit was awesome! Had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The view and beach access can not be beat! Literally less than 50 steps and your feet are on the sand. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

This cute beach condo was perfect for my week in Sea Crest! It was clean, furnished with all the necessities, had an updated kitchen & bathroom, had great beach access & a beautiful view! I would definitely stay here again.
