Great property for our group of 8 friends who take an annual golf trip. House accommodated all of our needs and was very spacious. Excellent area outside for additional activities.

We had an amazing week at Megan’s house. The property is well taken care of and clean. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The real gem is the backyard with the large pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Plus the property is very large and private. Megan was super responsive and helpful throughout.

My family (6 adults and 6 kids) had a great time at this location. There were a few hiccups but the host was super responsive, which was great. Excellent location as well. The house could use a little updating but was perfect for our needs. Only note is bedroom in the basement is not private- just an alcove. The house is very private and the pool was really nice. Overall great stay. Definitely recommend!

Ms Meyer’s home is spacious snd accommodating. The amenities kept us at home for most of our stay . Outstanding pool, hot tub snd tennis/pickle all courts. The family enjoyed themselves for the week ❤️❤️

This house has everything you need and is especially great for large families coming together. We had babies and toddlers with us and the house has a great set up for everyone to gather on the main bottom floor with a large dining room set , open living room with TV, movies, games, toys already there. BackYard is huge with playground set, fire pit with chairs around it, large pool (that you can pay extra to heat), jacuzzi, tennis court that also has basketball nets on it, gas grill, outdoor dining set. PLENTY of towels and linens, extra throw blankets, washer and dryer and coffee maker. Truly everything you need. The downstairs basement has a bed about 10 feet down the hall so baseball is a great bedroom for a family with kids and multiple kids can sleep on couch if looking for extra beds. House also came with blow up mattress if needed! AC works great also. Property owner Meghan was so responsive to any questions we had and so helpful and nice! Check in was very simple. Ponquogue Beach is only 10 minutes away. Grocery store very close by. Montauk is about 50 minutes if interested in seeing that town. We took kids close to mini golf which was fun but honestly you really don’t need to leave the house if you just want a relaxing summer house vacation. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful house for our family and friends to be together.
Megan communicated with me as needed and we really loved the warm homey vibe she created.
Lots to keep the little ones and the big kids (adults!) occupied.
The location is close enough for easy day trips to east end of Hamptons, but away from the hustle and traffic.
Kitchen is well stocked, making at home dining fun and easy. We even brought in a professional chef for a dinner party.

The long ride up the driveway to a beautiful comfortable house made me so happy It was the prefect place to celebrate thanksgiving with my family There were games to play outside for all ages and plenty of room inside to eat and play some fun games The stores are close by to buy anything we needed. Hopefully we can go back in the summer.

The indoor living space was large and comfortable for our family. The kids enjoyed the large yard, tennis and basketball court and swimming pool. However the 1st floor bedroom had no a/c and was uncomfortable for sleeping. There was no safe way to enter the hot tub as there were no steps. The gas grill was unusable and the ice maker was broken. The house needs to be updated and repairs made. We had an issue with algae in the pool and our host Megan was very responsive and rectified this issue immediately.

We were 11 family members and had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and tennis court were great, we really didn't need to go anywhere else. We would consider going there again. Thank you Megan.

Fiftieth Anniversary Celebration
Our stay in Hampton Bays was heaven on earth! The house is so inviting that there were days we never left the premises! It was conveniently located near all necessities. There were eleven of us and the dining table was able to seat us at the same time. The pool and hot tub were where most of us hung out. We found everything we needed in order to prepare and eat meals. It was hard to leave!!

The house is great for large groups especially with kids - the pool is great and so is the yard with tennis court. Area is very nice, quiet but not far from many things to do.
Needs some updating. Cleaning could be better - a few messy areas, some you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Some broken amenities in kitchen. No gas grill on property which was a bummer.

This was our 1st time staying at the Hamptons in the fall during Thanksgiving week and we weren't sure what to expect, so we were delighted that Megan's property was available. She was very communicative during the entire process and offered her assistance when needed. Here're some highlights of the property:
1) The house is at an elevation with a beautiful elevated view of the Bay especially at sunrise from the living room and master bedroom. Lots of natural light and windows which is fantastic!
2) Massive property with a huge front yard leading to the house and a huge backyard with a play-space and a tennis/basketball court. We even saw deers which the kids love to watch
3) Massive master bedroom on 2nd floor with amazing master bath and steam room feature +++!
4) Separate large bedroom on ground floor with en-suite bathroom for a separate couple (including a mini-crib) for a family for privacy
5) Brand new hot tub
6) Other bedrooms are spacious as well. There're pack & plays and even a changing table for the baby
7) Wine cooler
8) There's a furnished basement with a bed and place to watch movies/play video games but we didn't use it
9) Convenient location at Hampton Bays, close to supermarket and highway
We did find a few things we found to be desired, including parts of the house appear dated (e.g. rug in playroom at main entrance, sofa in living room) and a few things that were not clean; this was brought to the host's attention.
We would definitely consider returning if a few upgrades / upkeeping can be done since the property and many of the amenities are fantastic in a great location with a wonderful host.

Highly recommend
Spent two great weeks in August 2021. The house has lots of room for gathering, great kitchen filled with ample dishes and cookware, large fridge. Pool, hot tub and tennis/bball court are all large and created hours of enjoyment for my family and guests ages 4 to 74. Lots of ammenites too for small children. Megan was super responsive and quickly handled any issues that came up. Bedrooms are large and was great to have several bathrooms. Washer and dryer are also large and could accommodate towels that we used for the pool etc. Plenty of parking. Overall a great experience.
