We had a few issues, but the (new) property management company was extremely responsive. Communication was fast and easy, and the only major problem we had was addressed very quickly. The property is well provided with sheets and towels for bathing and swimming.
Just a note that the inside trash is bagged and then placed in a bench outside on the porch for daily pickup, which was apparently how trash was managed in the community. The only frustration was that any trash placed outside in the bin after pickup was easily accessible to animals. (Particularly raccoons overnight.)

The house was a great size for 3 families with plenty of space. The owner was in the process of using a new management company so there was difficulty checking in. Once in, the property management company was responsive to our needs.

The pool needed lighting got home late would have made swimming much nicer! Said toilet paper provided, but had to buy some. Very comfortable every one had room to enjoy!

For the price you can’t beat this place. Lots of space for guests and owner/property manager were easy to communicate with. Pool was great to drop into after a long day at the parks. We had a little miscommunication about the pool heat but it was taken care of quickly. Will definitely be on the list of places to rent this upcoming year.

Loved the house
The house was spacious and comfortable. Beds were not my favorite. Loved how every bedroom was connected to a bathroom. I do wish there were garbage bags and toilet paper provided.

The owner is nice, but the company he uses (OBA VACATION HOMES )is taking advantage of him.. UPON arrival we notoced that the pool was dirty, we found dirty underwear in one of the cabinets, goldfish crackers in another cabinet, oreo crumbs in another.. we also found spilled spaghetti on the floor, spider webs on the entrance, as well as in the light fixtures... the garbage was only picked up twice during the week, but they say that the garbage is supposed to be picked up every day, the billiard table was filthy, the pool sticks were broken, with no felt, no chalk... the air hockey table wasn't working properly, the dart board is broken, the vents for the air conditioner were filthy, we had puddles of water leakage coming from the vents due to the condensation, the air conditioner was supposed to be set at the lowest 74 degrees, but was locked at 65, there were 4 screen meshes in the pool area that were broken, causing debris to constantly get in the pool, the refrigerator was in need of replacement of the water filter, the ice dispenser wasn't working, and one of the shelves was broken, the tap water coming from the faucets smelled like sewage, there was water leaking from the ceiling by the entrance, the furniture is deteriorating, to the point where my wife ended up cutting her foot in one of the chairs that are in the island located in the kitchen, the stairs are chipped on the edges, the window screens and the edges were filthy, the power was cut off during the middle of the week, because there was a past due balance of 502 dollars for the electric/light bill for the property (this has nothing to do with the rate I was charged for my stay), but that was resolved quickly, not to mention that one of my guests had to wait at least 15 minutes for the hot water to run when he went take a shower.. on our last day, we were told by the guy who came to pick up the garbage, that he would not take the trash that was onnthe floorr as a result of the bags being ripped up by the raccoons. We ended up having to take the trash over to the dumpster ourselves. Nice house but very dirty and not well maintained, much less sanitized... you would think that in the middle of a pandemic, cleanliness and sanitizing would be a top priority to ensure the safety of the guests... if I could post all of the pictures, I would. *This review is solely a reflection of OBA VACATION HOMES, not VRBO*

Not What We Expected At All.
This house definitely needs updated. Check in was a absolute nightmare. The dryer doesn't work, the wifi never worked the whole time we was there. Things was broken inside the fridge. The pool was hotter then the hot tub but greatful that the owner answered quickly but it took about 2 days before we left for it to be suitable for our kids to swim. The trash was NEVER picked up the entire time we was there my husband and our friend had to walk the trash to the dumpster. Overall the house was beautiful and we loved it but it definitely needs to be updated and fix the issues with the dryer and trash. Not sure if we will stay again. But thank you to the owner for all his help.

Great vacation experience
I stayed at this location for 8 days. I was impressed with how smooth my checkin was at the gate and receiving my access details prior to traveling from the host. The host was very responsive. The home was clean, the only observations I'd improve were missing light bulbs in the kitchen and master bathroom but I didn't get around to reporting this upon my arrival. The guards were friendly and easy to access the gate entry on late nights with ID. The outdoor screen over the pool can be repaired but those are light maintenance issues where a property inspection could clear those things up. We had a minor ice maker leak and it was repaired right away. We loved the spaciousness of the home, the decor was nice. The TVs were modern & my children hooked up gaming systems easily to feel like home. The setup of bathrooms and all was great. Great choice for a vacation home and not too far from Walmart or Disney.

The location of the property was great for what we had planned. The setup and accommodations were very appropriate for our two families. We all had our own bathroom! I would say that several details were over looked when cleaning this home. Ceiling fans and vents were pretty dirty. Also lack of towels, pool towels and broken game room supplies were disappointing. Our trip was not affected but our expectations were not met. When comparing to other locations we have used this was very different. The home is also needing some upgrades to appliances.

Not as expected but okay
The home had a very nice layout, nice pool area. The owner was VERY nice and responsive with our rental of the home. With that said, we initially drove up to the home upon arrival to large bag of garbage from last renters. The garbage service refused to take it away after several calls and messages to the garbage service (they said it was too heavy and over 25 lbs. to take, really?) and calls to property manger. It was there for 4 days and additionally raccoons getting into it every night leaving garbage trail. Ultimately the property management took it away. The hot tub had issues and was serviced 4 days after arrival. It worked but was luke warm for the rest of our time. Paint in the home was warn off on banister/hand rail and scuffs on walls. It needs some love and fresh coat of paint throughout. As well as new bedding. There was a hodgepodge of bedding in a few rooms. It’s a well used rental for sure. That is just a few of the issues we delt with during our stay. (Yes, there were a few more but not worth mentioning here) We think what made it most frustrating was the property management did not give a call back over the weekend and finally sent someone out to address the issues we had described over multiple voice messages. Their voice system said they would call back within 30 minutes but we never received a call . Overall, it was fine but expected a little more since we have stayed in homes in the greater Orlando area in better shape for the same fee.

Our trip
This property was perfect for our family. All stores, restaurants were close by. Drive to disney or universal were about 20 mins each. Private pool and hot tub was excellent. Only minor issue was in that they house needs a newer fridge and stove, other than that, this place is great.

Wonderful!
Had a wonderful stay at this property! Spacious with plenty of room for our family of 7. Kids loved the pool! Check in was easy. We had a problem with the the WiFi router not working but it was quickly resolved and everything was great! Very clean! Close drive to nearby grocery stores, Walmart and food. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location but needs improvements
The location is great and the check-in process and gated community were easy! However, the temperature upstairs couldn’t be set lower than 74 degrees or the unit would freeze (trust us)! So, although we stayed in December, I couldn’t imagine staying in the summer because it got very hot during the day and night with temperatures getting as low as 55 degrees at night outside. The house was mostly clean (dusting needed to happen) but overall clean. It was a short drive to Disney World and Universal Studios. Again, the temperature range upstairs was a huge deal and would be the reason I wouldn’t stay again.

Bellavida Stay
There will a few issues checking in, but everything was taken care of quickly and my family was able to enjoy their stay. I must say the hot tub is more of a spa and not a hot tub. The water in the pool remained somewhat chilled throughout the week, but it was ok to swim in. It wasn't too bad, and the kids enjoyed it no matter what. One suggestion I would make is having a property binder available for guest with rules, alarm codes, and location of items in the house. Overall, our experience was good.

Home away from home
The process to rent this home was easy and the owner was prompt in his responses. We booked the house over a year before our trip and had no issues with the breakdown of payments. The house was clean and in a great area. The only things we had an issue with was the garbage pick up. Inside the home was instructions that garbage was picked up 7 days a week. We checked in and out on a Saturday and only had our garbage picked up 3 times plus there was garbage left in the container from the prior person. We enjoyed having space with 11 of us there and didn't feel like we were crowded or on top of each other. Everyone had their own space. All of us agreed we would definitely rent this house again in the future.

This is a lovely spacious home. Our family of 8 adults & 3 children enjoyed our stay here. The pool & games room were a big hit with the children. Adults liked having bathroom with each bedroom. The location is perfect. Disney is not far away. Great restaurants & shopping close by. I will certainly recommend this beautiful house to others.
