About this house rental
Nestled in Sunriver, this lovely house for $547 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 27 GANNET This lovely home has been remodeled, newly furnished and upgraded. It is the perfect vacation spot for your family. With 1650 square feet, this 3 bedroom + loft and 2.5 bath home, has room for the entire family to sleep comfortably. The home is located just steps from the Big Deschutes River in the quiet north end of Sunriver and comes with entertainment for all: Kayaks, Ping Pong, Foosball, Bikes, Hot Tub & Game/TV Loft Unlimited-Use SHARC Passes for 8 guests are always included in the rental of the home. Enjoy the nature and the mountain air, in the great outdoors of Sunriver.. There is also a private hot tub on the deck for relaxing after a long day on the bike paths, golf course, or other Central Oregon adventures. The home is 2-story with 3 bedrooms + an additional loft. On the main level, are the living, kitchen and dining areas, and the King Master Suite which has a private bath. There is also a half bath downstairs. Upstairs is an additional King Bedroom, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks (4 twins total), and a loft (open to living below) with a sofa, TV and gaming area. There is a hall bathroom for the upstairs bedrooms to share. We have provided a pack-n-play and a portable booster chair for the littles in your family as well as a new self-inflatable Queen size mattress. The home comes stocked with games and books. The garage is loaded with toys including Ping Pong, Foosball, Bikes and Kayaks! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Just bring your food. There is a double car garage with adult bikes, kayaks, ping pong table and plenty of entertainment for all. A private hot tub on the back deck is warm and welcoming. Cook dinner on the BBQ and then relax on the new outdoor furniture and enjoy the great outdoors of Sunriver. We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. This home does not have A/C. Sleeps 10 MAIN LEVEL: - Kitchen/Living/Dining/Laundry - Bedroom 1 -King Master/Bath - Powder room UPSTAIRS: - Bedroom 2 -King Bed - Bedroom 3 -Bunk room w/2 sets of twin bunks (4 twins) - Shared hall bath Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

We had a great stay at 27 Gannet. Very comfortable and spacious for myself and my husband and dog. Hated to leave when the time came. My only complaint was the pillows on the bed. They are beyond flat and I tossed and turned the first night. Luckily I raided some pillows from other bedrooms and had some life in them and slept better the second night. I would recommend doing a fresh pillow overhaul in all the bedrooms. Other than that, I would stay here again and hopefully soon!

Hot tub and game room were a great combination. Beautiful high ceilings and yet every room stayed wonderfully warm and still plenty of extra blankets. Lots of towels for the hot tub which was a fantastic combination with the foosball and pingpong table in the garage. Such a peaceful place to stay with plenty of additional little touches and tools in the kitchen that helped our trip run smoothly. Genuinely the only negative we have is that TV went on the fritz a few times and we were unable to type or select our programmes and the upstairs bathroom had a plug next to sink in the upstairs bathroom was not GFCI and had a scare with one of the children as this was near the room with the bunk beds. Have notify the company but please be aware as of our visit 12/18/23 this remains the case. All beds were very comfortable, very clean facilities and beautiful location. Plenty of board games and books to choose from. Kitchen was well stocked with an entire spice rack, oils, pans of every shape and size, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Will definitely return and perhaps in the summer as the garage boasted some great looking kayaks and bikes!

Lovely home has great layout for families and all the amenities you need. Comfy beds, tons of entertainment in a quiet location near the river. I would suggest suppling a few more towels as we had to wash and dry many times to keep up with our Sharc Pool and Hot tub use.

Called ahead got approved for early check in and paid additional deposit for it. When we got there after approved check in time code did not work. Took 25 minutes to get situated and in; the deposit for early check in was refunded. Once inside we noticed the induction stove top was broken. This was not advised ahead of time. They did provide some counter top burners. Trash bin outside had not been emptied so caused us to have to leave full bags in garage as they would not fit.
Texting communication option was great and got response in acceptable time. Overall was a good experience.

This home was awesome for our family vacation. We really enjoyed all of the activities with bike riding, ping pong, and foosball. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and grilling. The entire house and hot tub was perfectly cleaned. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with easy access to the bike trails. Only complaint is that the living room
sofa is extremely worn out and very uncomfortable. We would definitely come back to visit Sunriver at this home.

We had a lovely stay but wanted to give you some information to improve future guest experience. In the downstairs bathroom the shower door does not close at all. In the upstairs bathroom the shower worked the first day but did not turn on today...just a dribble of water so we suspected a frozen pipe? The furnace is still not regulating properly. It is either too cold or too hot and does not match the temperature set. Also the roku and cable need updated/adjusted as there were parental controls that could not be adjusted and the time was set about 9 hours from PST. A maintenance person arrived this morning as we were packing up to leave. Otherwise we had a great stay and appreciated having someone to call when we arrived to a 95 degree home.

Unfortunately, the hot tub got drained without our knowledge 2 hours before check out on our last day. It was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the very high rental price we paid over the x-mas break. When I called to ask about it, Arrived was not very responsive or concerned, leading me to believe this is not the first time they drain a hot tub before check out.
The house was fine, It smelled terrible when we checked in, like 1970's motel 6 disinfectant. They should consider using non toxic cleaning products. The smell was so bad we had to air out the house for a few hours with doors and windows open.
The wall to wall carpet is pretty old and needs to be replaced.
Given that the hot tub was not useable for 2 hours, when we had planned to use it the morning before our long drive home, I would not use Arrived rental agency again.

We loved this house and would come back again. It was perfect for our two families with a game room, hot tub, and separated bedrooms. The bikes and kayaks were perfect. You can put in the Deschutes across the street and then pick them up with your vehicle just a couple miles away for a nice river float. We spent a lot of time on the back deck just chilling.

The house is a short100 yard walk to the river where you can walk the entire length of the Sunriver frontage on the Deschutes river. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Bikes, canoe/kayaks, and more. Ours was a family vacation and both the adults and teenagers had lots to do. Will return.

Comfortable home away from home. The master bedroom was lovely and really appreciated the hot tub right outside the door. Great Wi-Fi for the day I had to work from vacation— including several hours of video conferencing.
