Located in North Padre Island, this charming house for $247 per night is a great option for your next trip. Spectacular luxury townhome located at Village by the Beach. PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED no expense spared! Unit is beautifully furnished with top of the line bedding, linens, décor, kitchen furnishings, flat screen, smart HDTV's: 55" Living Area, 43" in each bedroom. Located a short 3 min walk to the beach. Unit looks out at beautiful resort style heated pool with overhead fountain, colored night lights and separate kiddie pool. This unit sleeps 6 adults and 2 children; top of the line king bed in Master Ensuite, pillow top queen bed and twin with trundle in 2nd bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa; Charcoal BBQ grills located at pool, private patio with seating and pool view. Close to the Packery Channel, Jetties and Bob Hall Pier for the serious angler. Horseback riding on the beach just to the south near Padre Island National Seashore which is a great experience and also offers world class bird watching with more than 380 species of birds seen migrating over the Texas coast. Don't miss the sea-turtle nesting and recovery between April and August. There are beach cart rentals available and kite surfing lessons. The condo is well furnished and the location is great. 5 of us stayed and it was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Management were also very helpful.

We had a great time here! The weather was warm, even though it was December! The kids loved the swimming pool and it was a quick walk to the beach. We played Putt Putt at Treasure Island Golf, ate at Doc’s Seafood, La Palma Mexican restaurant and Surfside Sandwich Shop. We also bought some souvenirs Nextdoor to Treasure Island Golf. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!! My 16,15 and 8 year old agree.:)

We had 6 people stay at the property and really enjoyed the decor, cleanliness, close proximity to the beach, and patio area in the front. We did not get in the pool, but it looked spotless. Perfect place for families!

Quick visit to the beach with husband and adult son. The condo is conveniently located near the beach. It was comfortable, tidy, and quiet. We will inquire about availability when we return to the area. I recommend this comfy condo.

Came in for a quick beach trip with family, including 2 toddlers and a 5 year old. There were so many beach toys available and my the kids were so excited! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable! The location was perfect too, so close to parking, the pool, and the beach! The hosts were quick to answer and very helpful when I called with a question. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

Quiet neighborhood on the Island. Short walk to the beach. Large pool was great for the kids to play and not interrupt anyone else using it. Definitely a place to stay at again.

We loved this condo for our family of 5. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The location was fantastic. Parking was convenient. The pool was great and a nice break from the beach. The beach was a short drive around the corner. Definitely recommend. Would stay again.

What a great time we had here. Walk right out of the door to a fantastic pool and just a short walk to the beach! First time our young grandsons had seen the Gulf. They loved the boogie boards that were available for our use. Thank you for that! Home was very comfortable with everything we needed. Would return again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay - the property itself was beautiful, location to the beach was nice, communication with the owners was excellent…only problem we had was we didn’t book enough nights!! lol. My family and I would most certainly love to stay here again.

We booked this property for a fishing trip at Padre Island National Seashore. The property was better than expected and it was a great stay. The check in to the check went perfect and it great place to relax after a long day in the sun. We plan on returning in the future.

Nice family place to stay. Beautiful and clean. The three minute walk to the beach is more like 10 minutes so prepare for that. WiFi is not great but who needs that when you have to ocean nearby! The property management team took care of everything and made sure we had what we were supposed to have. If we could buy a place here we would!

We were there very short but enjoyed the location & amenities. Our daughter loved the pool & we loved how close we were to the beach. Everything was very clean & working. The only thing that would need change is the pillows.

We enjoyed our stay in Corpus Christi. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was great! We spent time at the beach which is a very short drive or walk from the condo, and it was very nice having a pool just outside the door. We would stay here again if we visit the area in the future. My only (minor) suggestion would be to update the information in the listing about beach chairs. It said they were provided so we didn’t bring our own, but there weren’t any chairs at the property.
