Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This beautiful spacious condo has two king-size beds with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Also has a hardwood floor in the main hall and living room area and carpet in both bedrooms. There is a beautiful kitchen with an island that seats up to 2 people. There is a small stove with a cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Cable television is in the living room and bedrooms. Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from Charlevoix the beautiful downtown.

This was a last minute reservation and we didn't get to the room til late but still enjoyed it until my fiance cut his toe on a nail sticking out of a piece of trim. No one around that late to get a bandaid from so I wasted a lot of paper towel bandaging him up.

This property had some lower scores, so I can not say I wasn’t warned. Amenities section is a complete scam. Check in is at 4:00p, pool closed at 4:45p. Our unit had no hot water for the first day…there goes “in room jacuzzi”, or even a nice shower, for that matter. When I called our emergency number, she said that it was too late for her to come help. There was a lot of air in the pipes, so lots of noise just to wash our hands. It felt like the Motel 6 of Charlevoix. Gross. Just move on…there are better listings, and the $50 you save on this is not worth it.

We loved our trip to Charlevoix. The location here is great...we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the bridge. Saying easy walk to town doesn't do justice. This is just far enough from the main part of town that noise wasn't an issue. Other guests noted the decor in this looks like it does in the pictures and worked great for us. Staff is so friendly!!!

The living room was cold from A/C can't control it because upstairs control it. Front room TV has no CC. Hard to control because of DVD box.. had to watch in the bedroom.. overall was good..

Pretty outdated all around and some things are in need of replacing or repair. The mattress upstairs and pullout bed were awful. The outside pool and room patios clearly don't get much attention from the cleaning personnel. I know everyone is short on staff these days but the few people I did see cleaning looked like the do enough to not get fired approach and it shows in the room we had. We showed up a little early hoping to get into our room but of course it wasn't done. We came back at 4 and they said they should be done by the time we finish with the check in..... For the money we paid on a Sunday night I definitely expected better. Maybe other rooms are better but I think this place is living off the location....or maybe I should just expect less than stellar service in the times of Covid.

This was the perfect place to stay while renovating our beach house. My only complaint is that the property desperately needs to be renovated. It is stuck in 2001. The condo was very clean and the space and balcony are very nice. It just needs to be redecorated desperately. The beds were very comfortable.

We were sorely disappointed in unit 209. We could tell from the pictures that it was dated, but were unprepared for the state of disrepair. The paint is peeling, the Formica is cracked and chipped, the wallboards show rot, the comforters were old and nasty and the flooring was scratched and worn - both carpet and wood. In all, it was not worth half of what we paid.

This condo was fantastic for our needs. It is very clean and spacious. There were two of us and we each had our own bathroom and bedroom. We loved the location as we were able to walk all over downtown to eat and shop. Charlevoix is a lovely place to visit!

This is not an updated condo, but it is clean. We had 4 adults and 3 children and were ok in the space. Don't plan on cooking meals in the condo, just a couple of pans and one small pot. It was fine for us as we got carry out. There is a small table for 4. The pool was a highlight, heated and indoor/outdoor style. It also had a nice balcony. Matt at the front desk is the very welcoming and always smiling. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Old and dingy...but right in downtown Charlevoix. Would not stay here again. Not clean, holes in the bedroom ceiling, generally a rundown and in need of some serious upkeep.
