The Quintet home with 5 queen size beds

Spacious with 5 queen size beds, toilet clean enough with water heater works well and nice dining table and chairs.

Uncomfortable sofa, no extra chairs at balcony and only 1 mug to make coffee with.

Perfect Apartment

Property so nice and very big . Suitable for big family. 3 room per house and 2 room have 2 queen bed . 3 bathroom . Very very nice and clean.

Owner need to update cleaning fees in system . Because when i want payment the amount Rm137.70 . The amount change to Rm197.70 and auto deduct from my bank without mention cleaning fees.

1) Mattress, pillows & comforters smelly like didn’t wash for so long. 2) Mattress & Pillows need to change. 3) Broken doors - unable to lock. 4) Need to put some carpets. 5) Need to install more power points. 6) Water heater not working well.

Tiada..

Sinki leaking sampai banjir dapur dan hampir ke ruang tamu..gambar yang ditunjukkan tidak seperti yang dapat..shower hanya 5 minit sahaja ada air panas..tiada kain lapik kaki disediakan di bahagian dapur atau pun sebarang tisu disediakan seperti homestay-homestay lain yang pernah kami stay..lantai bilik air tidak berapa bersih dan licin..

I LIKE THAT IT IS SPACIOUS, VERY COMFORTABLE AND RECOMENDED FOR BIG FAMILY

THE CLEANLINESS IS A BIT DISAPPOINTING, THE SWITCH PLUG INSIDE MANY CANNOT FUNCTION THE HEATER NOT FUNCTIONAL WELL

Affordable and cheap homestay. Well taken care. But need to improve for more comfortable. Thank you

Clean, spacious, comfortable, cheap, near to shops.

No rug in front of toilet. So all the room floors got wet easily. Not enough utensils and plastic for garbage. At night got loud noise from neighbour. Also when its raining, theres a door banging sound from other houses. Its because of wind i guess. Hard to sleep with all these noises.

Rumah bersih..cuma nye lantai ruang tamu tiada tikar or carpet..jadi sejuk sgt kaki nk pijak..satu lg dlm blk master bed room ada terjumpa tin tiger kt ruang belakang katil.bawah katil juga tidak bersih.ada beberapa jenis sampah besar.bahagian dapur pula tiada di sediakan plastik smpah extra..bygkan saya tinggal utk 3 ari 2 malam..kelengkkapan dapur juga tiada sgt .jug air pun xpe..tp overall ok..

Good View , Dekat dengan kawasan persekitaran , senang untuk ke pusat pelancongan , view malam ok sangat cantik .

Rumah tidak bersapu (habuk) Bilik tidak kemas (ala kadar) Plug point ada yg rosak Rumah tidak di kemas dengan betul masa kami check in . Toilet tak cuci ada kesan kotor pada dinding . Maybe homestay ni hire housekeping yg baru berkerja

Can stay again but need to bring heater and more socks. If I have more budget, I wont stay here 😆

It has 6 queen bed, fridge, cooking tools, car park for 1 car and free car park outside if bring more than 1 car

Floor no mat and its so cold. But its ok since we already saw review about it and prepare socks. But the hit shower didnt really work. Already called for maintenance guy but still didnt work. We ended up nees to boil water ourself for shower. At least please prepare a bucket for each bathroom ok.

Location

Absolute garbage, When making reservations, they displayed a different unit; nonetheless, they delivered a fully trashed unit with poor furniture. No chair or coffee table on the balcony, stained plastic cups, and a Teflon pan with cancer-causing scratches. All of the second-hand furniture is incredibly weak and is only worth RM 5 for a cushion. Owner deliberately uses fragile products as a means of robbing clients into paying a fine if anything is broken. For instance, the china brand HAEIR refrigerator, which is only worth RM 250, is advertised as costing RM 1500 if broken. Each item has a price mentioned. Promised unit A3-2-1 in the booking which looks very beautiful but, we given ugly and filthy unit A3-3A-07. Bathroom and other rooms has no lock. Never do I recommend them

Location strategic.

The house is not well kept .no wifi .the water heater was not functioning..the host was not helpful.had to shower in the next house after people check out which was so unhygienic.asked for compensation and was rejected .never again staying here .the worst experience ever .

Location

Rude security guard. Blame customer when their side lost the visitor pass and we act did return back the pass to them. Should take the picture when you guys return back the pass as evidence otherwise they will try to blame you

Master bedroom didn't have water heater for shower. Don't have additional lock door inside and grill for safety.
