Located in Sussex County, this attractive house for $780 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Tower Shores North Bethany Beach, is a private beach community situated approximately 3 miles north of the town of Bethany and 4 miles south to Dewey Beach. The house is on the Ocean Beach Block, three houses from a pristine, private uncrowded beach which is adjacent to two miles of Natural Delaware Seashore State Park. The house was completely renovated in July 2012 (stainless appliances, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) and consists of two levels, with balconies facing south. The balconies are on the second and third floor. The house has 4 bedrooms able to sleep 10 and 3 full baths (plus a heated outdoor shower with complete privacy). The house comes with wireless internet, cable television (with on demand and premium channels) and DVD player. New flat screen televisions in 2 bedrooms and the living room. The second floor is the main living area and includes a living room with balcony, large dining room, full kitchen, full bathroom, and a king bedroom with additional TV. The third floor includes the master bedroom with a King bed and balcony and full bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and day bed, one bedroom with 3 single beds, full bathroom with tub. The private beach was a perfect place for our whole family, and was LITERALLY 200 steps from the house! The home layout suited us very well for family time and meals, and the private outdoor shower was a huge bonus. We were just a short drive to Bethany's cute little town center where all our vacation traditions were satisfied. Overall, a great vacation.

This was our first time staying at this property and we are hoping to stay there again next year. The house was furnished well with comfortable beds and living room furniture. The dining area was large enough and able to seat all of our family for meals. We also like that it’s a very short walk to the beach. A special thank you to the owners for being so accommodating and considerate of their renters. We had a great vacation!

Very close to the beach. Comfortable with lots of space for the family. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. All appliances worked well and air conditioning was able to keep up with several days in a row of 95 degree heat.

Home is lovely &well appointed. Has most everything you need. Half block walk to nice ramp to beach great for carts. Minor complaints are about the listing so I am alerting owner & to help other guest know what to bring or not.We are big grillers & grill dinners all week on trips. Listing shows a grill, but it is only a small 14” table top charcoal grill. We have rented at NJ shore for years & are used to a full size gas grill or at least charcoal grill provide. Luckily I asked Eugene and bought a cheap charcoal grill & left it for others to use. While it is owners right to supply a grill or not if they are going to list as an amenity for a home sleeping 10 it should be large enough to grill for 10, should be listed only as a small table top grill for renters use. On the other hand there is a nice safe modern crib on site that was perfect for my daughter’s 2 year old & came in so handy. Had we known we would not have packed a portable crib.As for TV, book on site lists it as cable tv, on demand &premium channels &dvd player. The 2 year old loves certain kids shows that keep her amused as we pack up for beach or make meals. Instead its DISH TV&NO on demand or premium channels unless you pay and DVD player did not work. Nice 1st FL BR is fine off dining room but has see thru shear curtains on French doors so not private nor dark if DR & kitchen in use. While the place is clean, tile floors can only be broom swept leaving your soles dirty by weeks end. A dust mop would help

Really enjoyed our stay. Eugene was very flexible and let us come in early since we arrived ahead of time. The house was very comfortable and the beds were great. It presented better than the photos. Overall, excellent week for the 4th. We will go again!

Roseanne's and Eugene's spot was a great location to enjoy with family. Tower shores is 200 steps to the beach (we counted!) and Matt's for a quick dinner next door is perfect. We had have some problems with the shower not working correctly and there was limited hot water. Eugene was easy to communicate with and sent a repair man quickly. Also, it could have been a tad cleaner. The floor was quite sandy when we entered the space. I was hoping there was a broom but no go.

This rental was a perfect blend of everything for our family. There was ample space and bathrooms. The short walk to the beach was very easy for our young children. The owner of the property was exceptional. He was very easy to get in touch with, communicated back in a very timely manner and was very accommodating to an extra request we made.

I typically enjoy the mountains, but my children wanted the beach. I prefer Tower Shores neighborhood for the cleanliness, quietness, family atmosphere, unpopulated beach, and short walk to both the beach and Matt’s Fish Camp. This property was great for our family group.

We booked last minute and could not have been happier! Just a short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors and community manager walking the streets. House was nicer in person than the pictures online, IMHO. Bathrooms weren't bad but not great but how much time do you spend there, really!?? :-) Owner could not have been nicer! I want to stay again because he was so nice! ( among other reasons). Great location between Dewey/Rehoboth and Bethany/Fenwick. So happy we chose this house!

We have been visiting the Dewey/Bethany beach area for pretty much my whole life. The family home in the area has been getting too crowded so this year we decided to rent our own place. Eugene and Roseanne's place was the perfect location! We were steps from the beach which was a huge bonus. The property was great with plenty of room for the family. Eugene and Roseanne were fantastic to work with. They answered every question I had and was super responsive. Having Matt' s Fish Camp at the corner was also a bonus. We spent many a happy hour there. :) The neighbors were great and very friendly and helpful.
If I had to critique the place, I would say the only issue we had was parking but this is the area, not a reflection of the owners or the property. We had access to the beach so of course everyone wanted to come over. We made it work though and it did not dampen our wonderful experience and great memories of this vacation.
Highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to spend some time in lower, slower Delaware.

I absolutely recommend this property. It is nicely redone and very clean. The area is quiet and family oriented. The owners were wonderful to work with and got back to me right away with any question I had. I hope to work with them again in the future.

This beach house was wonderful! I wish we could give the house and the owner 10 stars. Anytime we reached out to the owner, he responded very quickily... including one time during our week stay at Tower Shores. There's plenty of space in the beach house with easy access to the beach. It's a perfect home away from home!

This was a great place to stay and great location with a short walk to the beach. Family friendly home and very clean. Owner very responsive and super easy to work with from check-in to check-out. Such a convenient location with a private beach to the Tower Shores community and also short drives to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach. Highly recommend this property.

Great location, with a good space! We had room to park one car in the carport and the other out on the driveway - three theoretically could fit if you're able to park one into the spot, but it would be tight. The upstairs bedrooms are great, and the king off the living room was nice but has see-through curtains on French doors, so make sure you're taking that into account when you divvy up rooms.
Overall a great stay and we really appreciated a good house in a stellar location!

I stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding and we had a great time despite a mostly rainy weekend. Eugene was super responsive to all of our questions and the property itself is very close to a beautiful private beach. Matt's Fishcamp on the corner is walkable and also an excellent place to eat. This was my first VRBO rental and my only complaint is that apparently you are expected to bring everything with you - bedding, cleaning supplies, trash bags, tp, etc. I don't feel like this is a very good experience but it's also my fault for missing this in the lease attachment when I booked. My friends said this is typical of VRBO but If I'm being honest I probably would not do VRBO again because of this unless I was planning to stay for more than a week. It's a lot of effort if you're traveling and only staying for a couple of days but I am thankful that Eugene reminded us to bring the sheets and apologize that we didn't realize we needed cleaning supplies and trash bags until right before checkout! Regardless, we had a great time and learned a lot about horseshoe crabs on this trip! Apparently May-June is breeding season. The ghost crabs in this area are also super cool!

The unit was a wonderful quiet spot on Bethany beach. The unit is 30 sec from the beach entry point and we loved being minutes from the beach. We were in and out of rehoboth and Bethany boardwalk within 15 min so the getting around was easy. There were no issues with the property. The unit was excellent and all the amenities were great. The hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for a great bra h getaway!

The house was perfect for our purposes of a safe pandemic get away. The house is adorable with plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The location should not be downplayed. It is positioned half a block from the beach and half a block from rt1. Most importantly, it is half a block from Matt's Fish Camp. The food was delicious and their cocktails were superb. We did take out from Matt's all three nights and their system was organized and efficient. The beach was pristine and very private. The kids had a blast digging holes and flying kites. We were one of two or three families out there because it was chilly in March.The only problem we had was the electrical outlets in the queen room. The outlets were pushed into the wall too far so plugs for nightlights, noise machines, and ipads wouldn't stay plugged in. The nightlight was too heavy and kept falling out. It was a tiny problem in the grand scheme of things, but it made it hard to get the kids to sleep in that room. Eugene was an excellent host and very responsive, so I am sure he will be on top of the outlets, which should be an easy fix. For now, I would recommend bringing an extension cord.Overall, I would recommend this gem and we would definitely stay there again.

The beach location is very family-friendly and easy to get to with lots of kids paraphernalia. The townhome is nicely appointed with plenty of space for 8 people. The bedroom options are nice with a variety of bed types. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. All the appliances worked great and we're not subpar for a rental. Matt's Fish Camp restaurant right down the street was a great option for carry out. Ocean City Maryland and Rehoboth Beach Delaware were both easy access. I would rent here again.

Our family, with 4 kids, and my Aunt and Grandmother, had a fantastic time at Eugene's townhouse. There was plenty of space to spread out, 2 master bedrooms and a great kitchen/dining area. It was steps to the beach and no major roads to cross. The outdoor shower/hose was ideal for all the trips back and forth to the beach, and the balconies were a bonus on the rainy days. It was just a few (easy) minutes to drive to downtown Bethany, which had everything we would look for in Rehoboth (except for rides). Eugene was helpful, attentive and very nice! We will definitely come back!

Some friends and I stayed at Eugene's place for Memorial Day weekend, and we had a fantastic time. Eugene's place is clean and beautiful, with plenty of space for a large group. And Eugene was an ideal host -- he was available whenever we had questions, but otherwise respected our privacy. He also left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

We have vacationed at Tower Shores in North Bethany Beach for several years. This is the first year that we rented this particular home. The home was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped. The four bedrooms were all a nice size. You can't beat the location...about 200 steps from a private, family-oriented beach. Eugene and his wife were very hospitable, even leaving us a few bottles of wine. There is a great restaurant (with take-out) at the end of the street. We enjoyed several meals from Matt's Fish Camp, along with the wine. Thanks!

Eugene was a great help both in making sure we had any questions answered before we arrived as well as helping us out when we pulled up. The property is in great shape and right by the Ocean. Plenty of room for our 2 year old twins to play and for grandparents too! Looking forward to returning...

Eugene and his wife were perfect hosts. They made us feel welcome and provided the little extras you don't receive in most chains. The house was large enough for 6 adults and 2 children to enjoy while providing privacy when needed. The beach was beautiful and a short walk away. The location is an easy drive to Rehoboth, Dewey, Fenwick. If you love seafood, there are many local restaurants and fish market if you like to cook. All in all a wonderful home away from home.
