Excellent

Had a great time, found plenty of sharks teeth, enjoyed the pool, everything was close by.

The beach was difficult to navigate for folks over 60.

Quick beach getaway for us that worked out perfectly with the Villa and location.

The Villa is located very close to the beach. An easy 1-2 min walk. Ans the Villa came with beach umbrella, folding chairs/lounge, wagon, cooler and shark teeth hunting tools. everything was included in the Villa manual including restaurants and happy hour listings. we could not have been any more pleased with the accommodations.

There was not a negative item I could write about.

Nice, comfortable, reasonably clean place to stay near the beach.

Missing some vertical blinds in bedroom. Porch door needs repair.

Nice and quiet area, would definitely return next year.

This villa had all of the amenities you could ask for. Very clean and comfy. Just a few steps from the beach. Sharkies restaurant right down the road. we encountered one problem with the water, which was not the owner’s fault. He responded and took care of it immediately.

Too hot in August to enjoy the sun porch, which looked very inviting.

We enjoyed our stay there.

The Villa was clean and decorated cute with a beach flair. Just what you want for a beach vacation. We liked the layout of the Villa. The pool was right out our lanai door and the beach was a short walk away.

The lanai screens were covered with heavy plastic that were hard to see through. Probably to shade the sun and on lookers from around the pool which may have bothered if it hadn't been covered. Not a big deal just unexpected.

Venice is a wonderful city for the 55+ crowd who want beach life, lots to do and no loud or noisy younger people!

this place has it’s own private beach!

We liked the two baths . We liked how close it was to the pool. Kitchen area and utility area.Thank you for having us .

Mattress were too firm. Was not a ocean view .It had a lot of aunts and those big roaches .Smelled musty .

Wish we had more time

The location was great, was not to crowded, practically had the whole beach to ourselves, close to allot of great restaurants, and to the beach. The place was clean & comfortable, had everything you need to feel at home.

Check for red tide before you go

The villa was in a great location, very clean, and very well stocked.

No fault to the facility, but the red tide, 1000's dead fish on the beach, the constant smell of dead and rotting fish. Could not walk on beach at times due to adverse reactions to the red tide.

The location was excellent, the pool was huge, but the apartment itself needed a lot of work.

We loved the location, the beach was short walk. We loved that the condo was right next to the pool. We loved Venice, very laid back.

We didn't like the fact that NONE of the bedroom or bathroom doors had working locks, also the master bedroom door wouldn't even close fully, and the dishwasher was a mess, literally falling apart.. Also the clothes dryer had an awful stench, as if something died in it. Also the beds were as hard as hell...like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Would highly recommend Venice Villas. It was a great home away from home.

My sister and I had an issue with the lock on the doorknob. We were supposed to lock the key back up but we couldn't get the lock closed. Kevin told us to put the key on the table. Very helpful! So spacious and clean. Many times we commented on how we could spend a month or two there.
