This condo is located directly on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Madeira Beach, 1.5 miles north of the famous John's Pass Boardwalk, where shops and restaurants are located. The first thing a visitor sees when walking into this 3rd floor condo is a expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. The privacy gate from the pool opens directly to your private beach. The crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico is a 150 feet from the property. The sliding glass doors of the living room and master bedroom open to the balcony with a full view of the Gulf.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Wonderful views, clean and very well stocked! We had the best time! The location is perfect. The beach out front is not very crowed and did I mention the views?! Beach access right in front of the condo and about a mile or so away from John’s Pass with plenty of restaurants and things to do.
This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and we loved it and we will absolutely stay here again! Thanks for the perfect vacation spot!

My husband and I stayed here by ourselves last year and it was great. This year we came back and rented with another couple. For the pros: the view, the screened balcony, the pool and did I say the view?
For the cons: We gave the other couple the master bedroom and I have to say the second bedroom had a lot to be desired. The full size bed was terrible, very lumpy and the edge of the mattress, all the way around had a hard ridge. The carpet is nasty and needs to be replaced. The blinds don’t fully close so there was so much light coming in, it was hard to sleep.
Overall, I would consider staying again if it’s just the 2 of us, but would never expect anyone to use the second bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as posted and I have never stayed in a condo that was so well stocked! The beach is right outside your door and the view is amazing. It is in a great area and so convenient to everything you may need. The beds were super comfortable and lots of towels and extras. Communication with management and owner was quick and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I wish the heat for the pool had been turned off. At first I thought it was so warm just because of the outside temp but it was always the same temp. even at dawn. We still did enjoy it, it just would have been nice had it been more refreshing.. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful time and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful week and lots of memories made!! Sandee Davison

Condo was just as advertised and very clean. Close proximity to the beach and the pool and beach was never too crowded. Did have a minor problem with check in, but it was fixed quickly. Overall a good experience.

The condo was very nice and clean. The owner left notes as reminders of where things needed to be placed and expectations for when we left, which was nice. The only drawback was the neighboring hotel, but we were told it will soon be torn down a high rise replacing it.

Great fall stay
The condo is nice and the proximity to the beach and the view are wonderful. Loved the screened porch with the ability to open the screens for sunset photos. We’ll stay here again.

Relaxing Week at the Beach
We had an amazing trip to Maderia Beach. We were thankful to be so close to the beach with a lovely gulf front view. We found the condo well stocked for the beach and were surprised to have beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great smaller condo (4 stories) for adults who want a quieter location. John, the owner, was gracious and quick to respond. I would have given the property a 5* rating, however, the communication from property mgmt company was poor to fair. We never received info on check-in and I had to contact company 2 hours before arrival while waiting to board plane as we had no idea how to get into the condo. Inconvenient to drive to the management company to pick up our keys late at night. Also, we were NOT told that the shower/tub was being reglazed and would be unuseable for the first 3 days of our stay until after we had arrived. Being at the beach and not being able to use one of the showers for 3 days was ridiculous!!! It should be common courtesy to communicate with renters any change in facilities, check-in procedures, prior to arrival. I would stay here again but recommend a new property management company.

Great Location easy access to the beach
Easy access to the beach, clean pool and hot tub. Plenty of beach towels and regular towels. Supply of coffee filters, S&P and oil in condo. A lot of fun games and books available in unit. Nice to have 3 good places to eat right across the street. Ice cream in walking distance for teenagers. There is a guy that was building sand sculptures in front of the building the entire time we were there, way cool and FYI he works for tips. Sunsets were wonderful. Great gym Beachbody fitness2.1 miles away you can get a day or week membership. In short the place is very convenient to everything but the condo is not in an overcrowded resort area. You have peace and quiet and just steps out your door you have access to everything.

Perfect family condo.
We stayed for 4 nights March 2021. The condo was perfect. Fully equipped with all kitchen necessities to all beach accessories (like sand toys, beach towels, and beach chairs). Our kids were doing “virtual school” during our visit (fast internet speed). Walking distance to some good eats. About a 25 minutes walk to John’s Pass where there is plenty of shopping, brewery, activities and restaurants. CVS and Winn Dixie is close by too. We didn’t rent a car because we were too late for that - Ubered to the condo from the airport and used BATS cab for a ride to the airport. Place was perfect for a family of 4. Highly recommend. And we will definitely be back!
