Just make sure you don't need anything from the administrators because they just won't answer the calls or whatsapp. They are non existents.
Chairs in the terrace need to be replaced, outdated.
I would come back but knowing that you are on your own

We have stayed in seven different Sunrise Condos and this has to be the best equipped Sunrise Condo so far.
Check in was simple. The property manager emailed us the code for the door so all we had to do was arrive at the gate and told the guard we were checking in.
We entered the code for the door and walked in to a beautifully laid out spread. There was a complimentary bottle of wine, bread, and jam left with a welcome card. The dining room and patio tables were laid out and the apartment was spotless. All beds were made and clean. Beds were comfortable.
We needed a high chair for our granddaughter and were able to rent one from the property manager. There was plenty of room for 4 couples. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. All appliances were functioning. Plenty of towels for bathing and the beach. They even supplied extra rolls of toilet paper which were lacking in some of the other condos that we have stayed in.
There was maid service twice during our 11 day stay and they did a spectacular job.
The condo complex is right across the street from the beach and there is plenty of shopping nearby.
We would definitely stay in Sunrise 30 again.

My family stayed here for 6 nights. We really loved this property! Plenty of space. A/C worked great. Great location (Just across the street from the beach). Great pool. Walking distance to everything in Tamarindo. We will definitely be staying here again if we make it back to Tamarindo.

The property was visually beautiful and very clean. It had plenty of everything we needed. It is right across the street from the beach and you could walk everywhere in town from the property. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Location. There are no views from the Condo. Kids in pool a bit obnoxious. Very comfortable and well equipped. Plumbing repair was fast.

Spring Break 2022
We didn't greet anyone because it was the weekend, but the code worked just fine. No issues except how to use the safe. Directions on resetting would be good. Clean, but could have used a little more. Roomy & nice, plenty cool, nice deck w/ table to eat. I would suggest having beach chairs to use. Hard to find seats unless you want to pay. Would be a nice touch.
You could always charge if people take them, but most fly in so it's doubtful. I suggest seeing what's there before going to the store. People left cooking, oil, etc. so we didn't need to buy it. Overall we had a great week in Tamarindo & I would suggest this condo.

Great family vacation destination
The unit is great!! We enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo. The staff was quick to come when we had one issue. They were very friendly & professional. We love the complex, The pool is great & the morning wake up call from the monkeys is a great way to start the day!! Location location!! What a great spot to have, right across the road from the beach & steps away from great restaurants!! The small grocery store is also a plus and just a walk away!! We just love it here and it won’t be our last by any means!!

Perfect Location
This is our third time in Tamarindo and second time staying at this complex.
The grounds are beautiful. Everyone that works here is very nice. We had maid service 2 times. The unit is stocked with dishes, utensils and many towels including beach towels. The pool is very pretty and always clean. The monkeys can be heard and seen. This place is right across from the beach. Tamarindo is very safe but there is security all over the premises and they will not let anyone through the gate without check in. Everything you need is within a few steps. We will be back again. Booking was simple and questions are answered quickly.

Sunrise Condos in Tamarindo
The property was very well-maintained and easily accommodated our group. The location was great! A very short walk to the beach and the condo had a nice pool that was a favorite spot after ocean activities. We loved being able to do laundry, a must with a family. We enjoyed the patio dining area and had dinner there every night to the sound of birds.

This apartment was a wonderful experience, we had 4 adults staying for 1 week. There was so much room we easily could have had more guests stay. The location was walking distance from everything in the town and the beach. The rental property helped us schedule two amazing adventures (zip lining and other activities and a boat ride with snorkling), it was super easy to book. They apartment has a great patio to sit on and enjoy the weather and the kitchen was a great space to stay in a cook during the week. We only had two issues: the first set of keys that they gave us did not work for the apartment, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive to get us the right keys. Second, there were wet towels left in the washer for a few days so it smelled bad so we didn't use it. Other than those minor (fixable) issues, the place was amazing and we would certainly return.

NO HOT WATER, EVER! Which means cold showers for 10 people all week. Broken sleep sofas, which means sleeping on the living room floor. They fixed one of the sofas. Toilets not clean when we arrived. So avoid #30 Sunrise Villa but stay at Sunrise in a different Villa. No orientation given. Cleaner came on Thursday and since there is no broom to clean sand, that was a pain. Also only 4 face clothes for 10 people! Washer and Dryer are in a bad state. Have to run dryer two times to dry towels and fight to get the washer and dryer to start. No need to rent car. Shops, food and beach right near Villa. Location couldn't be better!

We stayed at Sunrise Condos in Tamarindo and we were pleasantly surprised with the location. I normally stay on Playa Langosta and decided to try something different this time. We were able to walk right out to the middle of town and never once had to take a cab anywhere. Everything was within walking distance, the beach was just across the street and restaurants and stores were on every block. The condo itself was nice and roomy and clean and we never had a single problem with it, we felt safe because it's a gated community and the other residents and guests were all friendly. We had a small view of the ocean from the patio, which had a grill, highly recommend grilling out for dinner while you're there. Plenty of the local convenience stores have hot dogs, sausage, bratwurst etc no need to go to the Automercado. The pool was awesome and overall I would say it was one of the best vacations we've been on. The room was plenty big for 2 couples and there was a third bedroom if you had an extra guest. We had plenty of towels for the shower and for the pool. We would definitely stay at Sunrise next time we go back! The realty company was also very accommodating and helped with our transportation from and to the airport.

The apartment was a lot bigger than expected, everything was very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Location is great, almost right in front of the beach and right in the middle of town, it was easy to get to the shops and restaurants by walking.

Beautiful condominium and complex. Extremely convenient location to surfing, town, nightlife, etc. The only issues we had were that the beds were very, very uncomfortable. We were 3 couples coming down to Tamarindo for new years week, starting from the exceptional customer serve from RPM rentals, being picked up at airport via shuttle getting keys delivered along the way, I have nothing but good to say about Sunrise #30. Perfect location in the middle of down town with a grocery store across the street, with a large variety of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes either way. The pool area and landscaping around the property was immaculate. Sunrise 30, was exactly as shown on the pictures, The master bedroom was a seperate suit to itself. the wifi was excellent, and never had any issues with the A/C. It was a great bonus finding out with had in suite laundry as well.
