It features 9' ceilings. We have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax. Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 400+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve. We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen, all new stainless steel appliances, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you! Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 1 bedroom, built in hall bunks, and 1 1/2 baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat. Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities. This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2. No cats allowed. Great condo in an excellent location! Loved the extra sleeping arrangements with the bunk beds. Nice balcony with outdoor furniture. Had everything in the kitchen that you would need. Will definitely stay there again!

We had a good stay and made great memories. Location was great and we really appreciated the owners allowing us to bring pets. We recognize this is not the owner’s responsibility and the nature of a condo, but we were frequently greeted by the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoking when we wanted to enjoy the beautiful view this condo offers- just want other renters to be aware. There were even people smoking in the indoor pool area while swimming making it unusable at those times with children (or myself being pregnant). It was generally clean, but some of the pillows and blankets were not useable. Kitchen is very bare for cooking so just keep that in mind if you plan to eat in. The beach is very easy to access from condo and it was beautiful.

Our condo was updated. The property alone was very unclean. We had to wash our sheets upon arrival. They were covered in hair. Very nasty. Only one trash bag in the condo. No toilet paper to refill. Location to the beach was great but not what we was expecting

Our stay was 5 Days. Condo has been recently renovated. Communications with the owners was great! We utilized the beach service. Highly recommend staying here if you have a small dog and want to stay somewhere that is in very nice. Great small restaurant a few hundred yards down the road with indoor and outdoor seating and a good ice cream shop as well! Lots of things to do in the area. We have been visiting the area for the last 6 years.

This property is right on the beach with a beach front view and a boardwalk over the dunes to the white sands and clear Gulf waters. Plus they accept pets! This was the perfect getaway for a couple and is family friendly since it has 2 bunk beds in addition to the king size bed. The condo is furnished with everything you need to cook and it has a washer and dryer. You seriously can’t ask for or find a better place!

The condo was clean, quiet, and as described! Starting the morning with a cup of coffee listening to waves on the balcony was the best. There is easy access to the beach, no issues with parking, and the location is near a convenience shop & restaurant. The owners were easy to get in touch with, helpful, and made checking into the unit very easy. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Caribbean complex last year. They’ve made a lot of improvements, that were needed. This unit is well kept & clean. Just really cramped for the money paid. There are few options in Gulf Shores if you have a dog.

The building and property needs major improvements. I thought the main elevator was a service elevator. The indoor pool is very small. Lobby and property in general very subpar for a Gulf front property with the prices the owner is charging OFF SEASON. The fitness room is a hodgepodge of leftovers from maybe a garage sale & there is a dining room chair in fitness room that dates 1980s! Blast from the past. $800 for 2 nights was ridiculously overpriced for a one bedroom that was not even on the Gulf. Make sure you read all the add on charges.

Was a prefect little get away for my hubby, golden retriever and I. It’s so hard to find pet friendly for larger dogs (60 pounds) especially ocean front. The unit was clean, comfy and provided everything we needed..

My wife and I were so pleased with this little gem at the beach. Cozy complex without the crowded feeling of the larger places. Very accommodating location for vacationers with a small pup that they couldn't leave at home. Neighbors were great, views were excellent, and the seafood nearby was wonderful. We will be back.

We loved the condo. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Waking up to the beach waves was so nice. Both pools were great. They weren’t overcrowded, twice we swam by ourselves. We had an amazing vacation that included our dog and will return to this condo next time we go to gulf shores.

This property was the perfect location! Getting into the property was easy- parking at the property is very limited! Most nights we had to park across the street but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. There was a funky smell when we walked in… kind of like cats or cat litter.. maybe? We ended up getting air fresheners and it was fine after that. They had plenty of beach things to use- some were broken or rusted but what we couldn’t use, we either had with us or didn’t need. Overall it was a great trip and this would be the perfect location for a smaller family! A little small for my family of 6- but it was still what we needed!

Absolutely gorgeous view. Literally steps from the beach. Housekeeping could do a more thorough job. Balcony hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests and a few other little things needed attention but that’s no fault of the owner and I didn’t mind cleaning a little. Still a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect condo for couples or family with small kids. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Love that it’s a low density complex. Definitely recommend!

The unit was as described by the owners and we did enjoy our time, when not having to smell cat urine and majurania. The cat urine smell seemed to be coming through the air ducts when the ac was running and smell of marijuana was from below on 6th floor, from where it was being smoked on the balcony. I understand this is not in the owners control, but when I expressed to the owners how potent the smells was, I was told "We do not allow cats in our units and have not heard of any smells previous to your visit. However, we hate that it is inconveniencing your trip and disturbing your stay. It may have to do with the other smells you’re smelling outside. Not really sure about that though? " We ran into several other guest smelling the same smells and that was very disappointed in the condo as a whole. For the monies we all paid, there needs to be some type of staff on site to deal with these type issues. Along with better parking arrangements for the guest. Will not be back to this condo.
