Our place is a true beach getaway. Come and enjoy our corner unit, direct ocean-front 3rd floor, three bedroom and three bath condo. You are only steps away from the beautiful 2.5 mile cinnamon beach. Our home’s decor is 100% beach style that is sure to be a hit with the whole family providing the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation photos. All new appliances and linens to enhance your experience and beautiful tile floors throughout the home. Enjoy the relaxing ocean view from the over-sized, wrap-around balcony overlooking the unique cinnamon color sand found on Cinnamon Beach as well as the crashing ocean waves. Begin your days with the spectacular view of the sun rising over the ocean creating a spectrum of amazing colors. The relaxing sound of the surf never grows old! This single level 2,000 square feet of spacious living is accessible by both elevator and stairs. This unit is the largest type in the community with the most windows and bathrooms. For your entertainment, we have flat panel TVs throughout the unit with 250 channels of cable and DVD players. In addition we have, high speed wireless cable internet. As for the phone in our condo, it allows free unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. Enjoy family dinners around our large dining room table or around our patio dining table. The kitchen’s large breakfast area enhances the space’s function while offering an ocean view. Brand new appliances include a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove and in-built microwave. Spacious granite countertops provide ample preparation area to prepare a meal or happy hour drinks using our blender and or other appliances. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment and utensils you will need to have a wonderful dining experience. In addition to the balcony, the master bedroom suite overlooks Cinnamon Beach, the crashing waves of the ocean and provides amazing views of sunrises without moving from the king size bed. The spacious master bath is equipped with a walk in shower, an over-sized tub and a separate water closet. The other two bedrooms are set apart from the master suite for your added privacy. The second bedroom has a wonderful queen bed, a private full bathroom, and plenty of storage space. Your children or grandchildren will go wild for bedroom three. They have their own bathroom, wall-mounted TV (just bring the XBOX) with DVD player to enjoy with two absolutely delightful Full size bunk beds and a twin bed (trundle underneath) with colorful beach themed quilts. Three full bathrooms in total keeps everyone happy. In-suite laundry and wireless Internet round out your hassle-free vacation. As a guest in our home, your family has full access to a large ocean front heated pool, a second heated pool with a gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, two in ground hot tubs and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. Immaculate, beautiful property.
Lovely pools, Gorgeous ocean views with very comfortable deck furniture and large outdoor dining table.
Everything worked! The kitchen was stocked with top quality cookware and plenty of dishes.
The property owners kindly stock beach towels, toys, and beach chairs.

When looking for a place to stay for vacation I have to look for a place with a elevator for my 85 year old dad, a pool for my nephews, well stocked kitchen for my brother and oceanfront for my teenage kids. This met all my needs.
Just as discribed. This unit was clean and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beach towels and a short walk to the pool. Very well maintained condo.
This review is for the condo and it is 5 star for sure.
Beware the ocean is lined with Florida rock/coral. The view is beautiful but not boogie board or skimboard friendly. Varn park is close by and we went there to swim and fish.

The unit is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for our family of 7!! Our grandkids enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony and watching the ocean! We cooked dinner in twice. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed for a great dinner! We also saw dolphins and sea turtles 3 mornings which was very exciting! Great place to stay!!!

condo and surrounding area surpassed all of our expectations. Beautiful condo and property. With a little one, we spend mornings by the pool and afternoons on the beach. Condo was amply supplied with everything we needed and then some! 10 out of 10!

I cannot say enough positive things about this unit and our experience here. The location of the building in reference to the pools and gym is perfect. Beach access is right next to the building this unit is located in. Watching the sunrises while on the beautifully appointed balcony is second to none. The unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything you need from plush beach towels and nice beach chairs to a very well stocked kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need for meal preparation and serving.
You will certainly feel at home during your stay as the owners have given attention from the largest to smallest of details within the unit. We cannot wait to return.

Hands down the nicest condo we have vacationed in. Nice furnishings, comfy beds (and pillows!), spacious, beachy decor that is tastefully done. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for a large family. Of course, we spent alot of time on the oceanfront balcony-which was easy to do as it is huge and has ample seating. The owners were great to work with. They were responsive to our questions and provided lots of info about the area. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had an amazing time at this beach condo. The provided so many items, beach towels, chairs, lots of dining seating for my family and extended family. It was very clean and easy check in. Overall, we would book this condo again in a heartbeat

Spacious, comfortable, well maintained, reasonable location in the complex (all condo units require a bit of a walk to the pool, this one is adjacent to beach access), well stocked. Departure requests a bit on the onerous side but not extreme. Will stay again.

We have now stayed in this unit twice. It is laid out well for our family. It is very well maintained and cleaned. The ocean view is amazing and the beach access to right next to the building. We really enjoy Cinnamon beach!

Great place with plenty of room
This property is great. This is our second time staying here and both times we didn't want to leave. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for our 5 children. We also love that is is just a few steps from the beach. The condo is within a large gated neighborhood which is very quiet and feels very safe. Will likely stay here again in the near future.

Just as we remembered it
This is our second visit and we had a great time! Robert is very easy to communicate with, the place is a great size, besides food you don’t need to bring anything, and the view is beautiful! Last time we were bummed that there were rocks near the shore but later in the day when the tide went out, we got to search in the tide pools. We found a lot of cool things: starfish, fish, sand fleas, and crabs.
It needed up being pretty windy for several days so we went to the pool, which was perfect. The grille was open this time and their food and drinks were delicious! The fish sandwich, hamburger, fries, and blackberry mojitos were awesome!

Excellent condo at Cinnamon Beach
We absolutely loved our vacation week at this property The location of the condo is amazing, the third floor is walkable by stairs, but the elevators were efficient as well. Because it is an end unit, it is very large, has a beautiful big balcony, and had no foot traffic at all while we were there! I was shocked by how well stocked the whole condo was from kitchen appliances to movies to beach chairs and umbrellas to even beach toys! The furnishings were beautiful as well as comfortable. We loved everything about this condo and the community in which it is located.

You just need to wait until the tide is out, step around them, then your are on flat sand and can play in the waves! Lots of places to eat nearby. Very bummed South Beach is closed, but we had good food at Commandars, JT's, Captain's BBQ, Hide Tide Snack Jack's, and Funky Pelican (although we were there during a bomb threat on the pier and had to leave!). Also discovered the European Village and ate at Mezzaluna's which was good! Saw dophins from the condo and beach, and even a little gator in one of the ponds behind the condo's across the street. Very cool! Also went on a dolphin boat tour through Mystic Knot which was awesome! Thanks for a great week Robert and Ashley!

We really appreciated the little extras like beach towels, plenty of bath towels, cleaning supplies, and a wonderfully overstocked kitchen(i.e. alot of dishware, pots, griddle, coffee, dishwasher pods, etc!!!) I could go on and on! We enjoyed the decor and the rooms were all comfortable. Having stayed at CB many times in the past, this was one of the best stocked and nicer units we've stayed in. Our only recommendation would be to bring slippers to wear inside as the unit is all tile floor and it wasn't the cleanest. The rest of the unit was very clean! We'd like to give a big shout out "thank you" to Regina in housekeeping for being so kind as to mail our daughter's belongings to her as she realized she forgot her purse once we got home. Thank you to all for a wonderful stay!

I cannot think of one thing that wasn't perfect when staying here. Everything was comfortable and spotless. The rooms were airy and open. We had no issues cooking in the kitchen...everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Communication with the owner was spot on...we had an small maintenance issue with the screen door and Robert sent a maintenance person out without a hitch to fix it. It was a short walk to the pools. It was easy to find a comfortable spot at the pool daily. The community was lovely...loved how there was grassy spots. Even the teens loved the stay, one of them saying "Mom, everyone is so NICE here." How can people not be nice being here with the ocean right in front of you?

We had a wonderful Christmas week staying in this lovely spacious condo. So close to the beach and just a short walk to the heated pool. We loved the view from the deck and the corner unit lets in a lot of natural light.

My family really enjoyed the amenities the condo offered and utilized the pool everyday. My only issue had nothing to do with the condo but just know that the beach is very rocky and has a natural reef that can make enjoying time in the water very challenging. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax and get away!

I loved that they had 2 beach umbrellas, 5-6 beach chairs and multiple beach towels for us to use.
I also loved that they had some extra TP, garbage bags etc. to hold us over until we ran to Walmart.
The view was amazing! Loved the quick walk to the beach and the pool from this condo.
We were new to this beach, we arrived when the tide was in.
Beware, the beach in front of this condo is full of beautiful rocks that you can’t see when the tide is in.
And they hurt ! Lol
We learned quickly to walk down the beach a little to avoid the rocks.
However, when the tide goes out, the rocks are a kids paradise
So many sea creatures to find.
They kids loved exploring around them when the tide went out.
I have nothing negative to say about this place.
We would certainly come back to this condo.

Awesome views!
This unit has beautiful ocean front views. Large covered balcony was the perfect place to drink coffee, cocktails, play games or read a book! Very safe community with quiet beach and pool area as well as a family pool. Large unit with plenty of space for our group of 6. The owner responded promptly to all questions.
