Located in Vero Beach, this attractive house for $302 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 3 bedroom DOUBLE KING and one queen, 3.5 bath, 2,400 square foot home on .24 acre with fenced in tropically landscaped back yard and pool/spa with cabana bath. Tastefully furnished with private beach access in a gated, 24 hour security community. Covered patio on the perimeter of the pool deck, large open kitchen with breakfast nook, family room adjacent to kitchen, formal dining room with vaulted ceilings, washer/dryer in laundry room, attached 2 car garage with second refrigerator. Please know that Vero Beach laws require a minimum 30 day rental. These are not nightly rates, they are monthly rates that VRBO represents by the day. Therefore there are no discounts for monthly stays. Tenants help to maintain these very low monthly rates by managing their own utilities to control costs. These additional fees are an added charge. Currently we are requesting a 5 month minimum during peak season

This house is in a great location! A short walk to a fabulous beach! A lovely house for our visiting family and friends. The heated pool is terrific! Nancy was very responsive to our needs. If you are a cook and eat home most of the time then you will enjoy the spacious kitchen with lots of counter space and cupboards (and, an extra frig in the garage!). But, the cookware, stove top and oven all need replacing because they are old and worn out. The Wi-Fi does not work in part of the house. So, we had limited phone and computer connections in the kitchen, family room and breakfast areas. The master bathroom has some mold around the shower (and, probably in the wall) and needs a deep cleaning. However, the house is generally lovely and a good value. We had a nice two month get-away from our perch in Sedona!

We had a fabulous vacation! We had such a great time we already booked a return trip. The house is just blocks down from the private dog friendly beach access point. The property manager was very attentive, helpful and prompt with our questions and needs. While the house isn't completely updated is was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The pool and fully fenced in backyard are an added bonus.

Our family with 2 special needs adults spent the month and, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nancy is always available and easy to work with; anything we needed she was willing to accommodate. She even brought us a handheld shower head for our use in the cabana bath for our son who has mobility issues. Beach access is a short walk through a friendly and beautiful neighborhood; we even took our furry family members to the guard gate for a treat (they always have treats for the pups). The private beach is the best; absolute heaven. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and, easily secured for everyone’s safety (Most important to us with Autistic family members). I personally loved the layout; being able to see the other side of the house from the opposite side made it possible for me to relax. Overall, this home is charming and, suited us perfectly. Definitely staying again!

We rented this home in our hometown because of its proximity to the beach. Due to COVID, we didn’t want to travel and decided to do a “staycation” of sorts. This home is a 3-5 minutes walk to the beach, with a loaded down beach cart ( provided by the owner) and my goldendoodle in tow. The beach is private, beautiful and dog friendly. The pool area at the house is well maintained and spacious. The yard is securely fenced so our pup could run and run!! The home is clean, well appointed with everything you could possibly need, and in a gated community. This is an older home and has a few quirks, but served us beautifully. Any problems/concernes are remedied quickly by the property manager who is just a phone call away. We are so grateful we were able to have a vacation this year even though we didn’t travel. We loved our stay at 1134 Spanish Lace Lane so much that we bought a house down the block. Seriously, we really did! The quiet, gated community is perfectly situated. Within minutes of supermarkets, etc. and the private beach was the wow factor for us, especially now during a pandemic. It literally takes 4 min to walk from the house to the beach. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating, but otherwise served their purpose well. If maintenance was needed, the property manager was very responsive and took care of the issue quickly. We did a lot of cooking, so we cannot comment on any of the local restaurants. However, we did order takeout pizza from a local place just 2 miles away called South Beach pizzeria. Being from the northeast (the pizza capital of the US) we highly recommend their pizza, especially the Margherita. The house is stocked with lots of amenities, including a beach carrier to use to transport beach gear easily. Our toddler girls spent hours a day in the large pool and having an outdoor bathroom is a huge plus! The pool is maintained weekly, as is the gardening. So just sit back and enjoy the beautiful palm trees and fresh ocean air. Who knows, you too may become our neighbor!

This for the price is one of the nicest places you can stay on the Treasure Coast. The Ocean is just a skip away on your own private accessible beach. Laying back popping open a fresh coconut. The swimming pool was great and so was the management and owners. Cant wait to go back to the beach. The Mac Lean Family

I stayed at this rental for 2 months for work purposes. The house is beautiful and I had my own pool! I felt like I was on vacation instead of working. The property was well maintained. The property manager and owners were excellent and very friendly. They made sure all my needs were taken care of. I would definitely rent this home again.

We love Vero Beach! It’s so charming and yet unpretentious. And we love being so close to both the downtown‘s. This house is lovely, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were two couples and two dogs and it was perfect! Even the kitchen is big enough for two cooks!! It’s only a two minute walk to the private beach access and, you can bring your dogs! The backyard and the pool are very private and the spa is wonderful! We had lovely walks through this upscale neighborhood and felt very safe. We can’t wait to go return!!

As soon as you pull up you can see how beautiful this house is and what is pleasantly surprising is the inside is just as nice. This house is very spacious and was a treat to stay at. The kitchen has all the essentials you could possibly need along with a grill outside on the patio over looking the pool. It's walking distance to the beach and was very easy to find. The master bedroom and bath were quite large and I could get lost in the walk in closet. The other bedrooms were also a very good size. The pool area was very relaxing. We can't wait to go back.

House is dated, the kitchen is unsanitary. The wifi and cable does not work. The AC does not work properly. Deposit has not been returned after two weeks.
