Kids really enjoyed 3 story house.

Friendly host, great neighborhood.

The third bedroom (in the loft) did not close as the latch did not line up with the hole. It's a minor inconvenience. Mentioning this so that the owner can fix.

Exceptional

Since I was already in Córdoba and the apartment was ready I could check in early, which was very nice. The location is excellent, right in front of the Royal Stables. Rafael has been very helpful.

When in, Cordoba we’ll most certainly stay here.

Location!!! Literally across from the royal stables, and minutes from the Mezquita, Alcazar, and Patios. Really clean and comfortable. It is spacious and has everything you need. Loved the modern design juxtaposed with the traditional tiled stairs in this duplex apartment. And the host, Rafae, was very responsive.

nice apartment close to attractions

very clean and close to the tourist attractions and in a quiet area

last bedroom was up a metal spiral staircase with sharp metal bits making it a bit difficult to get up properly

Provided the base for a short stay but better for couples.

The property was very close to the sights and in the old town. All the needful was there in both kitchen and bathroom, including a coffee maker and capsules. You needed the electric heater for the large bathroom. The bedding was nice and there were enough towels. There was an air conditioner with which to heat the large rooms. There was even a washing machine. The owners were pleasant and helpful but had limited English. Spanish guests predominate.

The property was hard to find and the electric lock on the outside door very fiddly. I was thrice let in by other guests who also had this problem. The apartment was very large but separated on two floors: it was only centrally heated in the two main rooms (lounge/dining room and bedroom) which made it a little uncomfortable moving around since it is cold at night.

Great apartment

It was clean room and there is great location. Streets are complicated around this apartment, but the owner explained everything how to get there. We don’t have any problems. All rooms has air conditioners it’s comfortable to stay even if winter time.

Very comfortable and quiet stay in the heart of Cordoba.

Perfect location for exploring all the sights. Very clean and very quiet. Plenty of room for the four of us. The host, Rafael, was very helpful, but in no way intrusive.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely and picturesque place.

This house is perfect for your stay in Córdoba. It is located one block away from the castle. For parking you will have to park on the streets or in the garage. Both options are 5+ minutes away by foot. The apartment itself is spacious and very nice looking. Additionally thank you for the late check-in!

All clean. Large kitchen. Supermarket nearby. Many television channels. Nice bar and terrace next door.

The hotel cannot help this: my neighbor slammed doors and ran water all evening and night until 4 AM. After a few nights a friend picked me up and brought me to another hotel. Again: this hotel is not at fault at all. Just bad luck! What they can rectify is this: I did not receive the door codes together with a electronic coin to enter the building, so I rang the owner, Rafa (I am fluent in Spanish). He came within 20 minutes.
