Fabuleux séjour et emplacement idéal

Hôtel idéalement situé Personnel très présent et agréable

Il faut absolument préciser que la rue d accès a l hôtel est étroite lorsque vous avez un gros véhicule. De plus ne comptai pas sur le parking place non garantie il y en a un tout proche et bien plus facile d accès

Excelente opción.

La ubicación es perfecta. A unos minutos andando de la Mezquita, rodeado de restaurantes y lugares de interés. Muy limpio, tranquilo y con un servicio amable. Nuestras gracias a Maite en Recepción por sus valiosas recomendaciones y ayuda. También a Luis por su amabilidad y asistencia.

Central hotel

Lovely hotel, great position. Reception staff were always cheerful and helpful. Drinking water and sweets in reception, great touch!

Pool area needs some maintenance Bar not open very late Refurbishment works going on, so hotel room very noisy all day. No afternoon rest! Sadly, it rained so was an issue.

Bra läge i Gamla Stan, många goda alternativ vid frukosten.

Receptionen gav mitt rum till ytterligare en kund av misstag som fick nyckel och öppnade dörren sent när jag var i sängen. Kände mig ängslig hela natten att ytterligare personer skulle komma in i rummet. Efter frukosten fungerade inte nyckeln så jag fick ta mig över till receptionen i annan byggnad i hällregn för att de skulle aktivera den.

Great hotel, great location. Quiet location. Highly recommend. Quick walk to all the places you want to visit .

Great location right at the end of the juderia. Quiet location too. About a minute walk to the juderia and about 5 min walk to the mezquita.

Rather average

Location great. Breakfast good. Room was disapointing for a "superior" room. It had no view other than a blank wall and very little natural light. 30% of the the advertised room size of 30 sq metres consisted of a basement patio.

Lovely hotel in the old town

The location is perfect for a couple of days in the old town. The building is lovely and lots of outside space to rest and chill. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did let them know that I was vegan but the breakfast was very limited for me and the coffee wasn't good!

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Cordoba

Lovely hotel. Upgraded to Junior Suite in the City wall, great room. Location great, parking good, breakfast great

Access via tight streets, ok if you are happy with that.

Enjoyed my stay would recommend this hotel

Great location. Welcoming and efficient staff. Lovely hotel but the bathrooms need updating, should have an independent shower especially for people who might have a problem getting into a bath to have a shower. Bed very comfortable. Great choice for breakfast but no fresh orange juice. Hotel is spotless credit to the cleaning staff and I loved the idea of a free drink if you didn’t get your room serviced!

Très bon hôtel étape, parfait pour visiter Cordoba.

L’emplacement est super. Au calme tout en étant proche de tout ( restos, sites à visiter, et ). Possibilité de se garer dans la grande avenue avec un grand véhicule. Chambre premium confortable Animaux acceptés 🙏 Le personnel est tout simplement adorable.

Grande salle de bain mais une toute petite baignoire /douche qui a déjà beaucoup trop vécu. Une grande douche à l’italienne serait bien mieux !!! Les 35€ de supplément pour un petit chien qui n’est ni nourri, ni lavé, sans panier par l’hôtel. Je ne comprends pas le tarif.

Desconexión estupenda, y viajando con perro

La atención del personal, las instalaciones comunes son muy tranquilas y los huéspedes fueron respetuosos en cuanto a ruido. La ubicación es excelente.

El desayuno es quizás excesivamente caro teniendo opciones alrededor más que buenas para cubrir esta comida.

La ubicación en plena judería y en un edificio histórico. La habitación, cama y almohadas, muy confortables

Difícil acceder con el coche, a través de una calle muy estrecha. El parking tiene una rampa muy complicada.

Lovely time with family.

Super Lage, um Cordoba auf den Kopf zu stellen, dennoch ruhig. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht!

Top-Lage, dennoch ruhig. Aufenthaltsbereich könnte netter sein, Personal immer freundlich und bemüht, Poolbereich kaum nutzbar. Frühstück eher durchschnittlich.

Einrichtung und Aufteilung - Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten eingeschränkt und wenig einladend. Frühstück war nicht sehr vielfältig, es fehlten definitiv gesunde und vegane Angebote.

Un NH que no tenga aire acondicionado por cuarto está muy mal

No hay aire acondicionando personal por habitación, teníamos vamos y el hotel tenía prendido la calefacción y no hubo manera de apagarlo. Muy confuso la llegada al hotel con carro , por calles muy extrechas y el parking del hotel carísimo

Cordoba was exceptionally beautiful and hotel set in old quarter which was lovely.

Breakfast 19 Euros so we left the hotel each morning for a nice cafe which was close by.

Room decor very plain and no paintings or tiles/patterns or other decor. Window view was of top of plastic dome over breakfast area. No garden, no patio, no plants or flowers. No effort to make window view of internal square, more interesting.

Not a big fan

Location is very good.

The reception was did not give us a double and two single beds at the check-in, stating that we have not requested for it which was untrue. Floor tiles chipped in one of the rooms. Dated room. Dripping sound from air conditioner.

Excellent location and service - comfortable!

The location is superb. The hotel is well laid out in the Jewish quarter. The woman that served us in the evening and helped at the pool was a treasure - very attentive and nice. The rooms were well laid out and we could open two rooms between ourselves and our boys. The beds were comfortable. The service in the reception was attentive and they helped us book restaurants that were top notch. They were also very helpful with the baggage.

Not much, but one of the bathrooms smelled of smoke when we arrived. It could be easier to find/ see opening times for meals.

Pleasant

The hotel itself it's nice, and its central location made it convenient for exploring the area. However, there were a couple of issues that I encountered during my stay. I book the day before my arrival and always make reservations with a flexible cancellation policy, My primary requirement for this trip was to have parking available for my car. I had called the hotel multiple times to confirm this before my arrival. Unfortunately, a road closure due to roadwork was implemented. but the hotel informed me of this change after the cancellation window had expired. While this was frustrating, I understood that these things can happen. Just before I arrived, I contacted the hotel again to ask about parking arrangements. They directed me to a parking facility where I could leave my car. I also requested assistance with my luggage, as I had quite a few bags to manage. To my surprise, I was told that no one was available to help. Instead, I was informed that the hotel was just a 5-minute walk away. I ended up lugging my bags up and down for those 5 minutes, only to discover during check-out that there was a more accessible entrance directly from the street – something the staff on the phone hadn't bothered to mention. The issues with parking arrangements and communication left me feeling a bit frustrated. It's important for hotels to provide accurate information and assist guests to the best of their ability, especially when unexpected changes occur.

We loved our stay and can't wait to return to the hotel again!

The location was perfect! We absolutely loved the breakfast! There were so many fresh and healthy options that we'd never seen before. You could tell they really put a lot of time and effort into making sure the breakfast was great. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The bathroom was huge! A big plus, especially with kids.

The only downside was the discomfort of the mattress and pillows. It would have been nice to have a mattress that wasn't so hard and thicker, fuller pillows.
