Was exactly as indicated online. Small space, but we didn't spend very much time in our room, so it worked for us as the price was very reasonable. The bed was nice and big and otherwise it had everything we needed.

We enjoyed celebrating our 10 year anniversary at Venice Beach! We wanted a quiet get away to avoid the crowds and noise and this was the perfect place. The room clean and just the right size for the two of us. We stayed in and cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. The beach and sunsets were amazing. Spotting the dolphins playing was so exciting. We had our anniversary dinner at Finns by the pier and it was perfect! We will definitely book here again!

Condo is as described and photos are accurate. The king bed is very comfortable. We did us the kitchen to prepare breakfast and everything was there we needed. This property is really amazing there is a extra large pool with a 10’ deep end pool. The pool was super clean and there was never anyone there except my wife and myself. The walk to the beach is super easy about 800’. The best part is the beach it’s a private beach and we were the only ones there all week. Absolutely beautiful gulf beach! We will definitely be back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will return. Our studio size room was much as expected and was just fine for 2 people. Having beach chairs supplied was an added plus. We spent hours on the beach every day. It was gorgeous and we made sure to catch the sunset each evening. We sought out seafood each dinner and found some great restaurants.

Condo was as advertised. Owner was very quick to respond. What we needed for a weeks stay was available. Pool is nice but unheated. It was warm while we were there so it was fine.

Loved our time this week! Nice area and exactly as advertised. Very small condo but includes a comfortable king bed and full kitchen. Every evening, people walk a block from other units to watch the gorgeous sunset! We will be back!

Has everything you would need some a weekend getaway. Beach is a short walk and not crowded at all. Only issue was the upstairs neighbor was extremely noisy all hours of the night.

This condo met our all our expectations and was a great location, near the beach, located so that we could visit Sarasota and Naples. Great value, very comfortable, beautiful sunset, walking distance to the beach.

We loved our cozy room. great location and nice pool! Residents are super helpful and friendly. The weather (hurricane Ian) made us leave early, 3 nights too soon. Couldn't take a chance of driving in down pours or heavy traffic. We recently moved to Pensacola and wanted to get back if hurricane turned to our direction. Owner said she'd work with us if we wanted to return.

Dirty. Dirt under bed with underwear etc. Cookware should be all thrown away. Unable to open the only window in unit and blinds. Pillows uncomfortable. Only 6 hangars, 1 hand towel. No notification from Management water turn off for half a day. I would never return. Outside is old and dirty.

Marisa's condo is perfect for a relaxing beach trip! The beach is just a short walk down the parking lot. The kitchen makes it easy to fix your meals as well. Sharkys is just a mile away and downtown is easy to access. This is our 3rd or 4th stay here and we will definitely return!

This unit is furnished very cute. It is convenient to town,beaches and amenities. Be sure to go to Sharkeys, it's a great place on a beautiful beach and very close. There are things lacking in this unit, it needed more silverware,better towels and washclothes. We were there 9 days and only had 3 washcloths. It is very small, it was a older motel at one time and turned into separate units. Thankfully we didn't spend much time in the room. It is a great location.

This place is great for what it is. It is very small, two people max. The beach is a short distance and it is great for swimming and snorkeling. Seen a few fish and lots of crabs underwater. Venice beach and old Town venice is definitely at a slower pace but that is what we were looking for this time. Not much late night activity. Lots of activity in the area. I would highly recommend renting a boat for a few hours to explore also.

We loved the location and proximity to the beach! Bed was very comfortable! When I pulled open the sink pullout tray looking for a sponge I found mice droppings in it that need to be cleaned out, That could have been there awhile because there was no other signs of mice or bugs anywhere.

The pros are that the beach is super close and semi private, very few other people around. It is easy to find the property. Given the cost per night, you get what you see in the pics. Only down side was quality of provided towels/bedding/mattress, and an upstairs neighbor who dragged his walker around quite frequently. For the purpose of our stay it was functional, but wouldn't recommend for extended stays.

Perfect for a short get away. The room is small but cozy. Everything you need for just two and if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time inside. It was great that beach towels and chairs and some sand toys were provided. Kitchen is well equipped for a short stay too. Nice beach just a few steps away. Close to downtown and The pier too. Marissa was great to work with and very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying in this efficiency. We love the convenience of the location. The sunsets at the private beach are breathtaking! It's a very cozy place for 2 people and we will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marisa's place. It was just a quick walk through the parking lot to the beach. The beach access is only for the condos here, so there weren't many people around, which made for great relaxation!The studio is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including beach chairs, beach towels and all the cooking utensils you'll need. We made a reservation last minute and Marisa was very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.
