It is about a 3 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. The units are small studio/efficiency condos. The unit has WiFi/Internet, Cable, 4K smart TV, Blueray, Stove, Microwave, Coffee maker, Iron, Refrigerator and a Queen size bed. The property is ideally located. It is a short distance from the fishing pier, public beach, downtown shopping district/restaurants and Publix grocery store. There is also a laundry on site.

Property is well maintained and stocked with a lot of thoughtful things that a hotel room wouldn't have. The beach is so close and beautiful. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Great host.

For a single man this room was perfect. Nice distance from the beach and the pool was great. Saw a few cockroaches but it’s the south and it’s to be expected. Great room at an even better price.

The place is not a condo it is a MOTEL room -,had bugs Mike came and sprayed but we would not eat off any dishes in the place ( so cost me extra $ )- ac was loud and blows directly on you in bed while you sleep -power went out Tuesday night room was very hot - pool was nice , beach was close but it is not maintained - Venice is beautiful I will be back but will not stay there

Our room was small but nice and was right beside pool and close to the beach. Clean and quiet neighborhood and close to downtown too. Owner was easy to deal with and would recommend this place.

Our overall stay was great. 2nd time @ this location. I didn’t notice the maintenance man like in 2022, & the pool area was always a mess in the morning. No one pays attention to the rules of the pool btw… I wanna keep this my hidden gem. 💜

This property is as advertised it is compact but has all the necessities. Just right for 2. Next to a great pool and don't forget the beach for hunting for sharks teeth and glorious sunsets.

We had a great stay here. Short walk to the beach, only a few minutes. Looks just like the pictures- it is small but as listed and enough room when you’re going to be at the beach most of the time anyways. There were beach chairs and beach towels and other beach items which was nice, also kitchen soap, coffee filters, paper towels, trash bags. Very large pool. Coin laundry next to the pool. Only thing that would’ve made it better was a larger trash can for the kitchen and sturdier shower caddy, but we were happy with our stay. Mike was nice and met us when we arrived. The beach here was awesome, great for snorkeling, we found many types of fish, a stingray, hermit crab, lots of shells, and over 20 shark teeth- first we were looking for gray/white teeth but they are actually black- look for black triangular shapes and you will find them. We had a great time!

Our whole experience at this property was amazing! Just a few minutes to the beautiful beach and a pool right beside the unit. Mike was helpful and came to great us upon arrival. It was an absolutely amazing vacation!

This was our second stay at Mike’s condo. It is clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Mike is very responsive and helpful. The condo has everything needed for a nice beach visit. My son and I have enjoyed our time here.

I really don’t wanna share my experience because demand for the place will go up. Venice islands best kept secret, Golden Beach. This unit is within 50 yards of the beach, has a beautiful pool, it’s quiet, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The place was clean. The facility was quiet and just a short walk from watching amazing sunsets. The pool was nice and the location was close to downtown Venice. It was just me on this trip, a little get away from it all. I felt safe. The only thing is if you are going alone, the day bed was too heavy for me to put up during the day, but I was never inside really anyway. All in all a nice get away.

With a pool right outside the door and a 3 minute walk to the beach you can't ask for more. Mike and his wife both cordially greeted me on arrival and are available if ever needed during the stay. The accommodations were great and just what I was looking for. I would come back again without question and highly recommend staying here!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this little condo. The owner Mike was very nice and accommodating. It’s a cute place in a great location. The pool is right outside the condo door and the beach is a short walk away. Would definitely stay again. The only suggestion that I have is get rid of the Murphy bed and put a reg bed in its place. There would be more room and it wouldn’t look so cramped.
