The location in this tree lined community is central to everything - right off Route 1 (Coastal Highway) and close to downtown Rehoboth and the beach (a one mile walk, bus or bike ride). Jungle Jim’s Water Park, Sussex YMCA, CrossFit Rehoboth, Big Fish Grill, Arena’s Cafe, Guananos Melting Pot food truck and the new Red White & Basil restaurant are all within a few blocks walk. Nothing like taking a morning walk to get a warm specialty donut from The Fractured Prune! Take advantage of Delaware’s tax free shopping by visiting nearby Tanger outlets. Feel like staying in? When returning for the night, curl up in the spacious master bedroom with queen sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom at the opposite end of the unit also has a queen bed and is right next door to the hallway bathroom. Upon check out, we simply require you to remove any trash and to place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle for the housekeepers to ready the unit for the next guests. Pretty simple! ***An initial supply of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) and dish soap/dishwasher tablets will be stocked for your use. You will be responsible for additional items during your stay. Check in is 4 PM. Check out is 11 AM. THERE IS NO OFFICE OR REALTOR TO RETRIEVE YOUR KEYS FROM. A digital keypad is installed on the front door and will be programmed with a unique entry code prior to your arrival, allowing you to enter at your check-in time. No smoking is permitted in the unit, no grilling from the screened-in porch and no pets are allowed due to condo regulations. No rental agreements to persons under the age of 25 years old. No parties. Guests have the option of selecting a mandatory $500 damage deposit OR the damage deposit plus a $1,500 damage PROTECTION PLAN (basically an insurance policy) for a $59 fee. The latter choice is totally optional. Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance to cover for losses against events that prevent a guest from fulfilling the reservation, such as death in the family, illness, weather related incidents, etc. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy in effect at the time of the booking. *** The managing member lives within a mile of the unit and can answer most of your questions.
