Nestled in New Seabury, this charming house for $544 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Book early for 2024 to get your choice of week. Enjoy a comfortable Salt Box style Cape Cod retreat for your vacation. Open concept design with 3 Bedrooms plus 2 bonus rooms with beds and 3 Full Bathrooms. Central Air Conditioning with additional mini split AC units in loft and in each upstairs bedroom. Large deck with furniture to enjoy your morning coffee, a sunset barbeque or New England seafood dinner. Walk to Popponesset Inn or the Popponesset Marketplace on the maintained pathways for restaurants, bars, shopping, miniature golf, a morning coffee on a walk or an evening ice cream (about 7/10 mile) or drive. Enjoy a stuffed and unforgettable lobster roll at the acclaimed 'Raw Bar' at the Marketplace. The Popponesset Inn has a public bar and a waterfront restaurant. The acclaimed Mashpee Commons are only a 4 mile drive to enjoy boutique shopping, other premium restaurants, bars, theater, bowling and grocery stores. Walk to Fells Pond/Jim Pond (freshwater) and its' beach, 2/10 of a mile down the road for a morning or evening swim. This is a great area to take the little ones to splash and swim as it has a large shallow area. The property is a corner lot and with entrances on Fells Pond Road and Broomstick Way, a cul de sac road which is great for younger children with bikes, skateboards, rollerblades due to reduced traffic. The home is an open style enabling those in the kitchen to communicate and see those in the living room or dining room. Families and friends can still socialize when eating, cooking or just relaxing. All linens are provided for bedding and bath. Each bathroom has a liquid soap dispenser. Additionally, each bathroom has a toiletry set. Two rolls of toilet paper are supplied for each bathroom. In the kitchen, there are all the pots (including large lobster pot-located in the pantry on the floor), pans, dishes and utensils you might need to cook up most any type of meal. In addition to the gas cook top range and oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, the kitchen has a microwave, Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker, tea pot, toaster and blender and a gas Weber barbeque is on the deck. We supply you with dish detergent, 14 dishwasher detergents and trash bags for the kitchen. For your beach adventures we supply you with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a tote. It is our goal to provide a home away from home experience for you to enjoy your stay.

My husband and I spent a relaxing week with our 2 sons (ages 19 and 16). There was plenty of room for us to spread out and for them to have friends pop in for the day or overnight.
The wrap-around deck left room for a cornhole game and reading. The property is set back from the street and there is plenty of parking in the drive.
While this was our first time at Audrey and Scott’s lovely property, we’ve stayed in Popponesset for 16+ years - the house is an easy walk to the Marketplace and a quick bike ride to the Spit.
The home was stocked with everything needed and was scrupulously clean.

We enjoyed 2 weeks at Scott’s and Audrey’s home, Lovely home with lots of room, wraparound deck, which we took advantage of. 2 1/2 miles to state beach, close to Popponessett Marketplace, shopping, and restaurants. Great, quiet neighborhood. Scott and Audrey were easy to deal with. Highly recommend, and hope to return!

The owner thought of everything and we had all we needed for our stay. The home was clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable, located in a quiet community. The local area is also very nice with lots to do. We will rent here again!

This is the third, consecutive year for us three sisters, and we are hoping for a fourth. It continues to be a perfect place and setting for our seasonal get togethers--like coming home. The perfect home for family or friend gatherings with plenty of space to socialize or enjoy some “solitude” time. Jim’s Pond is in walkable proximity was perfect for kiddos as well as the “big” kids. Home was clean and stocked with linens, dish ware, beach accessories, etc.. Our family certainly enjoyed this special time creating memories and are already looking forward to our stay next year! We stayed multiple weeks this summer and it was a wonderful visit. The area is beautiful and the house is clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. The hosts are lovely, responsive, and really thought of everything to make our visit easy and fun.
We especially loved the many bedrooms and the beautiful wrap around deck. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful and we loved the location.

The house is beautiful and we loved the location.

Best rental ever!
I picked this property so I could spend a week with my siblings and their spouses while attending a family wedding. Our host, Scott, was immediately available by phone to assist me with the lock box. The pictures of the rental are very accurate, the furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and there are many little amenities not available in other rentals. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a swimming lake in walking distance. All my relatives loved our time at this wonderful rental.

We loved our stay here in 2021 and decided to come back in June 2022. We had no problems. Blessed with perfect weather, we enjoyed the patio, swimming in the pond, played games, walking trails to beach & shops. The house is spacious, comfortable, wish we didn’t have to leave!

A Cape Cod Find
We are so glad we discovered this property. The owners couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. It is spacious with a well-stocked kitchen, a large dining room table and very comfy bedrooms. The deck is set up for relaxing and socializing. We were only able to stay one week but we made the most of the delightful time we had there.

My family and friends had a wonderful time in this home. The high ceilings and open layout made the home feel spacious. It was equipped with everything we needed.
The neighborhood was quiet yet a very short distance from the South Cape Beach (which we loved!) and area restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed long walks around the neighborhood, too.

Wonderful week in New Seabury at Fells Pond Road
We have stayed at many rentals on Cape Cod over the years and this house was, by far, the cleanest and well stocked house we have rented. There was everything you would need for a comfortable stay and everything was very clean. The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had. With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and another den, there was plenty of space for our extended family of six and new grandchild to feel comfortable. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy, yet close to grocery stores and Mashpee Commons. Look forward to returning in 2022!

Annual Three Sisters' Reunion
For years, my sisters and I have gone to Canada for a celebratory reunion, but Covid changed all that. While not Canada, Scott's and Audrey's Cape Cod home was an unexpected and perfect alternative for us sisters three. Located in a blissfully quiet and woodsy area of the Cape but with beaches, restaurants, and shops nearby, this property has three bedrooms all made up; three bathrooms; ample storage space; coat hangers; comfortable beds; linens; a cozy living room with comfortable seating and easy-to-use flat screen TV; a navigable galley kitchen complete with dishwasher, workable stove, multiple sets of dishes, and useful cookware; a generous dining table--does it get any better than this--and not simply for three sisters relishing a holiday but for a family with children. A generous wrap-around deck, plus second living room in loft area, and two, first-floor, small bonus rooms, each with a single bed, provide extra and useful spill-over space. Packing lots of clothes is unnecessary with an efficient, basement-located washing machine and dryer. Easy access to front door, plus a first-floor ensuite master bedroom arrrangement, would be a plus for anyone with mobility issues. The place was quite clean and easy to mantain with minimal "chatskis." Best of all, perhaps, is that Scott and Audrey are wonderful, albeit remote hosts, who seemed always to be on call, responding promptly to questions; anticipating questions we might have; and providing useful information and instructions. As much as we like our respective New England homes, we felt sad having to leave. Just one more week, please!
