Third time staying in this VLE condo. We’ve give every other year now since 2019. All in all, we highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Cabo- this is the best rental for families. It is the perfect location in the resort- close to pool, with great proximity/view of the ocean. Condo is a clean, large 2 bedroom layout with plenty of space to spread out. Given this is a very popular rental, we did notice several small things that were in need of repair/replacing that have been well-used over the last 4 years since we first rented. I’ve messaged the owner on those separately and are nothing that would prevent us from renting this condo again.

This is our fourth stay at Estancia. This is the cleanest condo we have stayed in. The host is very welcoming and helpful. You can see the ocean through the umbrellas and people. Ground floor is very convenient to access. If you are looking for a quiet spot, this may not be the right location for you. It is directly in front of the pool and lounge chairs with people in the chairs right in front of the patio. People can see right in and it is a higher traffic area. This location also means convenience. We didn’t mind it as we liked the proximity to the beach, pools, pool bar. We have teens so we weren’t looking for a quiet more secluded spot. We would stay there again - it’s just something to consider, depending on what you are looking for. Great condo!!

Everything was wonderful except for the pool being so cold. The natural gas issue in Cabo is to blame not Estancia…. Lets hope they get that solved soon!!!!

I rent this unit every year due to its excellent location near the pool, and am truly grateful to stay in this beautiful property. We love the staff at the hotel and always make us feel like we’re visiting old friends. The property owner is extremely kind and very responsive to any of our needs. Can’t wait to return next year!

AMAZING VACATION

My husband and I have been coming to Cabo every year for 15 years. This trip was the first time with our 14 and 11 yr old kids. We have stayed at 8 resorts over the years-Montage Los Cabos the last 4 years, so that can give you a frame of reference of my expectations of service and quality. The resort is beautiful and the staff is excellent. The villa is well done and spacious. The location of this villa is especially awesome. We walked right out our patio to be poolside and its steps to the beach. Oscar greeted us with fresh gauc, chips and his wife's tamales! It was perfect for our family of 4, but we could have brought more. The food at the resort is excellent, so many choices-even poolside. The kids loved the swim up bar. We are thankful for this time with our kids. You won't be disappointed by booking this villa and staying at Villa La Estancia! We will be back! xoxo

Fantastic Location and great for kids! We have stayed at Estancia several times and this is by far our favorite location. So easy for our tweens to walk right out to the pool. We have been staying at this resort for a number of years, and absolutely love this unit. It provides easy access to the pool and beach and is always clean and well-maintained. The owner always responds to any inquiries in a timely manner, and has been extremely kind and helpful. The employees treat us like family and we look forward to seeing their smiling faces. We can't wait to return next year. I would highly recommend this unit!

Our family has been staying at Villa La Estancia for years so we know the property pretty well at this point. This unit is one of the best in the resort in terms of where it is situated (for our needs, at least). It is right on the ground level, so you don’t have sweeping views of the ocean, but it is SO NICE to just walk through the gate on your enormous deck straight out to the pool. It’s literally steps to the pool and very close to beach access. Very nice to be able to just pop in and out of your place to get a snack, take a shower, etc. This particular unit has the ‘open concept’ modification so it is especially nice for families with children. Being greeted with fresh guacamole, chips and salsa was the icing on the cake! Can’t wait to return!

This condo was absolutely perfect from location (ground level convenience), furnishings (super comfy beds), resort amenities (5 star restaurant, gym) and wonderful staff, beachfront, the list goes on! Colleen was great to book with and made everything super easy. We will definitely be back!!!
