About this cottage rental

Situated in Thomasville, this attractive cottage for $203 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Cottage is a detached , private building. There is no shared space!! The Cottage On Park Ave. is located 30 feet away from the Executive Suite also on the VRBO web site. Our guests take such great care of our property we have never had to keep a security deposit nor charge a cleaning fee. We just ask that you leave it like you would your own home. The COTTAGE has a high-end, very comfortable queen size bed , high-end linens, and feather pillows. Also a small TV in the sleeping area, on the wall for separate viewing. The Cottage has a new state of the art smart A/C and heating system , with full heating and cooling. The Cottage has a granite counter top kitchenette. If you did need any additional kitchen utensils or you need anything just ask. There is a fully tiled bathroom and shower. All linens are high-end and fully supplied. If a guest has a special need, just let us know and we will take care of it. The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a couch that can double for a single bed. We have plenty of linens for the couch. We are always decorating and re-decorating. We use original artwork, so your stay will be like at home. There is a comfortable chair and table set on the deck in front of the cottage. We very much enjoy our landscaping, and our guests do also. Our guests enjoy our downtown when it comes to eating. We are located in a very safe historic neighborhood in Thomasville. We do have exterior security cameras for that extra little bit of additional security. We can’t have children between 1 and 3 years old. For security reasons.

Exactly as depicted on the website. Deluxe furnishings in a lovely setting close to the lovely town of Thomasville. I also have to say that I can’t imagine there’s any host out there who’s kinder or more accommodating than Gary!

Beautiful, well appointed cottage. Complete with everything needed for a quiet stay in beautiful Thomasville. Walkable to town, local 18 acre park, great restaurants and shops. Communication with hosts was first rate and they are delightful. Lovely outdoor spot for early coffee and reading. Will look forward to the next stay!!

The cottage was clean and conveniently located to downtown and shopping. We were in town visiting family and the cottage was a great place to stay!!! Very cute and it had all the extras we never expected like toothbrushes and makeup remover and coffee !! Thank you so much

We loved the privacy and quietness of this rental. Close to the adorable downtown and all it has to offer. We would definitely stay here next time we are visiting Thomasville!

This cottage is so comfortable and has everything you need -Two tvs, updated bath, comfortable bed and relaxing patio for cool evenings. Convenient to all of Thomasville in a quiet safe neighborhood. Gary and Michelle are available if you need them, otherwise they leave you alone. Stayed there before Covid and will look forward to going back soon

We are staying at this cottage for almost 3 weeks. The owner is very responsive and super nice. It's close to Paradise Park, and within driving distance of lots of cute little Georgia towns as well as Tallahassee and the Gulf of Mexico.

I extended my stay in Thomasville over the holidays while visiting family and found this lovely cottage near downtown. The hosts were so accommodating and made my two night stay here with a friend so nice. My friend and I especially loved having lunch on the outdoor patio with the fountain. Thanks Gary and Michelle!

Thomasville is a charming cute town to begin with. This cottage was a gem to find. Perfect for me and my little furbaby. It has a French country feel to it. It's tucked away behind beautiful plants and trees. Although it's not too far from downtown, it's further than I care to walk esp at night by myself. Chophouse on the Bricks is at least 1 mile away. The cottage has it's own parking spot next to a big tree full of oranges. I do wish there was a little more lighting from the parking spot to the door. Luckily, cell phones come with flashlights. There is one thing that would've topped off this stay...with it being December, a Christmas tree. I have stayed at others during Dec with Christmas trees. Seems to add something to the coziness even if it's just a table tree or skinny corner tree. The owner, Gary, was very communicative and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Gary and Michelle took great care of us (including our dog) while we were visiting our son for FSU Family Weekend. The property itself is well-appointed, comfortable, and private. Gary made sure we got settled in and was familiar with all aspects of the property. He even offered to check on our dog while we were away. While Thomasville is about 45 minutes from Tallahassee, it is a charming city with a lovely historic downtown area. It provided the perfect retreat from the hectic activities at FSU. Can't wait to come back again soon!

Stayed in this cozy lil cottage while visiting family in Thomasville. Location, accommodations, and presentation were all perfect. Gary was the perfect host to greet us and make us feel welcomed with information, instructions, and transparent expectations. As a guest, I found this to be very respectful and reassuring that he and his wife take pride in their property! And they should! It was delightful! A perfect place for my husband and I to relax and refresh. 10 stars!

We wanted someplace within walking distance to the downtown area so that we wouldn't have to drive once we arrived. This little cottage met all our needs and then some!! The property is in a quiet neighborhood and could only be described as the most perfect around! It is cute, functional, quiet, comfy (the bed, especially!) and we are looking forward to returning soon!! We wouldn't stay anywhere else!!
