About this condo rental
Located in Carroll County, this lovely condo for $247 per night is a great option for your next break. BLUE WATER DRIVE #65-2 (Sleeps six/1065 Sq. Feet) $160 per night (W$145) LAKESIDE. Semi-secluded two-bedroom lakeside duplex with KING BEDS and two full baths. Master bedroom has private bath and 32-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV. Second bedroom has 32-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV. Kitchen and bathrooms have CERAMIC TILE FLOORS and the living room has beautiful HARDWOOD FLOORS AND BEAD BOARD WAINSCOTED WALLS. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, FIREPLACE, sliding glass doors to private deck, 40-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV, DVD, and boom box. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heat and air conditioning. Large semi-shaded 10x20 deck. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. While this is a great property in a great lakeside location, it does not have a lake view. Together, all three Blue Water Drive properties will sleep a total of 18 guests! There are two parking spaces available. Watch deer and other wildlife emerge as nightfall descends and nature begins her daily symphony of night sounds. Surrounded by trees and open fields. Walk 130 yards down to the lake and fish from the bank or launch a canoe (canoe not provided). Semi-circle driveway for easy boat parking, and only 1/8th mile from the full service marina where boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, there is a paved walking trail that goes right by the edge of the property. We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions! Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course. The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies. A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2. If you are bringing your pet(s), please let us know how many pets you will be bringing in the comment section of the reservation request.

We came to town for the Jeep Jam. We was just expecting a bigger place as it appeared as a home not a duplex. As far as cleanness upon our arrival we found a plate with half ate cake in the cabinet. We was looking forward to using the hot tub but he never go warm so we just decided to forget it. I didn’t contact the owner because we was only there for a short time and didn’t think it would be worth it.

It was easy to feel like we were the only people on the grounds b/c it was so quiet. The kids loved the hot tub in the evenings. We loved the location. We were able to drive into Eureka for shopping and dining in under 15 minutes..

Property was clean, easy to find, quiet, and a nice location. The only reason I gave this property 4 stars is because we reserved this location for the sole purpose of the hot tub and the hot tub would not heat. A maintenance person did come out each time I inquired about the hot tub not working. Property manager was very responsive to messages which was greatly appreciated.

We rented this space to go to a Wedding in Eagle Rock as there aren’t many non camping lodging options around there. This was perfect for what we needed! Big enough for our dogs, close to everything we wanted to do! The drives through the area are beautiful. I’d definitely stay at this location, or one of their other properties again!

This house was clean and comfortable. The deck has a beautiful view of the lake and we were there when the leaves were in perfect fall color. The hot tub was hot and ready when we arrived which was perfect after a long drive!The only bad thing was having to leave!

We did not use the community pool because it cost extra money and the property failed to advertise we needed to bring out own towels and could not use the house towels. This property was perfect for us. We brought our Weimaraner with us on vacation this year and it was so nice to be able to let her out and not worry about her (fenced around the house). The house was well kept and very clean.

We came down for a weekend to spend in Eureka Springs, and this was close. The place was great, perfect for our needs/wants. The only issue we ran into was that no taxis wanted to come out to pick us up due to the location. The hot tub was lovely and we really enjoyed the secluded & quiet area, all of the necessities were provided and check in and out were easy. Really liked the two bedrooms with big king beds and a separate bathroom for each. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays!

Weekend getaway
We came down for a weekend to spend in Eureka Springs, and this was close. The place was great, perfect for our needs/wants. The only issue we ran into was that no taxis wanted to come out to pick us up due to the location. The hot tub was lovely and we really enjoyed the secluded & quiet area, all of the necessities were provided and check in and out were easy. Really liked the two bedrooms with big king beds and a separate bathroom for each. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays!
