Only 350 people allowed in the park at once*** **PETS PROHIBITED** Black Bear Haus is a lovely remodeled cabin on Tahoe's West Shore. Sunny and Bright, this cute little house is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway. Beautiful leather furniture and a 55-inch TV, Blu-ray/DVD player. Several stairs down from parking to front door. Tastefully decorated with an open floor plan. Very homey! Sunny patio with 4 chairs and a round table, a chaise lounge chair on the front deck, and a propane BBQ. The bathroom is also completely remodeled with a nice new tub and granite tile. Very tastefully decorated! Enjoy the hot tub on the back deck! Gas fireplace and wireless internet. High-efficiency washer and dryer down the interior stairs and to the left. There are approximately 13 stairs from the parking area down to the cabin - not wheelchair accessible. Garage not accessible for renters. Please note: Homeowner or guest of owner may occasionally use the apartment below the garage, away from the main house, with separate entrance and no interruption to you and your vacation. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - King Bed Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Our properties do not have air conditioning. BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day) CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE. ON MARCH 11TH 2022, THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. Very nice home - very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was really nice! Only glitch was the sink in the bathroom drained very slowly. Otherwise we had a great stay!

The property was absolutely awesome. The rental was very spacious and very well stocked. The private hot tub was so nice to relax in at the end of a long day. The rental staff were great and easy to get a hold of. The check-in and check-out process was so easy. This was an awesome stress free experience. Thank you.

This cabin was super cozy and better than the pictures. It felt very private and was well equipped. The hot tub was great to warm up in the winter. You definitely need 4-wheel drive or chains in the winter as the road that it is on is not a major street and there are a couple of hills to go up.

It was a beautiful place to stay. We took our bikes and rode from the house to Palisades and back. It’s close to the bike trail. After we went in the hot tub. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the place and would love to come back sometime.

Can’t say a bad thing about this place. It was spotless, beautiful and a great location, wish we could’ve stayed a week! Loved seeing all the birds at the feeder out the front window also. If we ever come back to Tahoe we will stay here again for sure.

We needed a place to de-stress and I was relaxed from the start and the hot tub didn't hurt either. I hope to rent this place in the future. My stay at the Jordan cabin was wonderful. The cabin is beautifully decorated with a gourmet kitchen. The living room has a lovely view and we enjoyed the hot tub daily. The location was great, we skied at Homewood and went into Tahoe city, both close by. I'd stay here again!

Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for a week stay (and no coffee grinder or tin foil), so stop by the market on your way. We did want to use the grill but no propane tank. Otherwise a lovely place!

This property was absolutely perfect for mine and my husband’s honeymoon. It was clean, quiet, and so cozy. It was the perfect amount of space for just the two of us. The kitchen had every kind of gadget and spice you could possibly need so I had a blast cooking for my new husband! Everything was modern and updated but still gave that classic cabin vibe. My only complaint is that the bathroom is a little small for two people. I definitely wouldn’t stay here if you have more than two guests. Other than that, it’s the perfect place to disappear and get snowed in. :)

This is a great place to stay. Tahoe City is a convenient and gorgeous drive to Truckee (16.2 Miles), South Lake Tahoe (28.0 Miles), Emerald Bay State Park (16.8 Miles) and Incline Village (16.8).
The house is well maintained and loved by the owners. We had all the amenities we needed to prepare meals for our 4 night stay. The home is sitting in a peaceful neighborhood.
Our only concern was the number of stairs from the parking area to the house. There are a total of 13 steps down to the main house. This is challenging for Senior Citizens, Wheelchair bound persons and people with COPD.
We do recommend staying at the Jordan.

Jordan is a beautiful and homey retreat that's perfect for two people and a dog. The open floor plan is very attractive and the entire home is tastefully decorated. Even the gas fireplace is a gorgeous focal point on a chilly evening. The kitchen is a cook's dream come true. All of the appliances are new and of high quality and the cupboards are well stocked with cookware and dishes. This was our second stay at Jordan and we hope to return in the future. One thing to note is the lack of railing on the last set of exterior stairs to the house.

Very clean and great location!
The property is very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is full of amenities, which was great as I cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner, and had everything I needed. The hot tub was wonderful, and our dog thoroughly enjoyed his "walkies" around the beautiful neighborhood. We hope to stay there again!

Absolutely loved the house and the property. Very peaceful surroundings. The house had all the needed amenities and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was a perfect. It was such a cozy place and felt like home. We would love to visit this property again.

Amazing cabin for couple and dog friendly!
Could not be happier. Cabin was updated, very clean, fireplace was amazing. Hot tub even better. Best part was dog friendly but you would never know because it is so clean and perfect spot!!!
