We've been staying in MBYC almost every summer for the past 15 years. Love the location and the atmosphere. The "Salty Boat Rental" is now located right in the Basin so a 3 minute walk to our pontoon boat rental. Awesome!

The location is perfect for a quick walk across the street to the beach. There are chairs and a beach wagon plus some toys/football. We also purchased a 2nd umbrella that we left so there should be enough now for two sets of chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and the drink bar was wonderful for the kids to grab something. It even had some adult drinks stocked for the night we arrived! There is a grocery and cvs right across the street too. We were also able to have Walmart delivery at 8am the morning after we arrived which was great for all the staples for the two weeks. Check-in is super easy but make sure you go to the rental agency office not the yacht club office first. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

This property location was so close to everything you need. The stores, beach and places to eat. We all had a great visit here. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing property! Great proximity to the beach, nice comfortable furniture, fully stocked, great indoor and outdoor space. I hosted dinner one night for 11 family members and didn't feel crowded at all. We totally enjoyed our stay and can't wait to book again!

Although the pictures represent what the property looks like it was a bit smaller than originally thought. The location was convenient and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out back. It would be great if there was a water hose around back to wash the sand off our feet and items before entering the patio. The ones provided by the Club are a bit further away than anticipated. I left some kites for others to use along with a can opener, and a few other things. So thankful we were able to avoid the red tide as it allowed us to walk around conveniently and allowed our boys to ride their bikes freely. Not only is the rec dept just on the other side of the complex but there is a precinct nearby as well. Thank you for allowing us to experience a new beach this year!

Property manager never sent me instructions on how to enter the property. She sent them to a previous tenant so I disregarded the email when she said that was a mistake. A different manager called the week before I was to check in to go over checkout instructions. After some confusion, she realized she called the wrong tenant. My husband and I had a great stay at this condo. Great location everything we needed was there - and more! Beach, grocery store, pharmacy - all right across the street with just a short walk! We definitely will be staying here again. Thank you Dave and Caroline for sharing your condo with us - we are so blessed and and thankful for your hospitality.

Comfortable and clean. Very central for shopping, transport and the beach. We were a late check in and had some difficulty locating the keys. Assumed the key box was on the actual premises. Not so. Despite that enjoyed our stay.

First of all, paper towels and toilet paper! I actually had to go & buy my own to use as this ran out in the first couple of days. When I arrived the smoke alarm was beeping & I told the property person but still took 4 days to change it. Plus there was a bad smell in the condo and after two days discovered there was moldy sea food in the garbage disposal! That was gross and something I did not appreciate. I found myself watching TV in the bedroom because of the smell until I figured out where the smell was coming from! Or I spent lots of time outdoors! The location was great & I felt safe walking at night, so that is a plus. Kind of a lack of communication between the property manager’s and me....not being able to get in touch with anyone from their office was maddening also. I am not sure if I would rent again for the above reason’s.

MBYC is our favorite place to stay in all of Florida! Our family loves to spend the day fishing on the docs and on the beach. This condo had some frustrations that we have not encountered before with other VRBOs at MBYC. First we were charged international processing fees on our credit card for both the rental and the security deposit. Even though we rented a place in the US with a US credit card. I tried to contact the owners multiple times through VRBO with no response. The management company responded that they had no information about it and they would contact the owner. I never heard anything back. I contacted VRBO and they confirmed that the owners chose to registered this listing with the international platform and not the US platform. Unfortunately, there is nothing in the listening or even in the payment section to alert you to the possibility of these additional fees. Had I known, other rentals would have been less expensive. Additionally, when we arrived it was in the 90s outside and the condo thermostat was set to 84. The HVAC system took over 36 hours to cool the unit to 74. Trying to sleep when the condo was nearly 80 degrees the first night was rough. Other units have rented had the air turned down before we arrived so the first night is not so uncomfortable. It was obvious that no one had been in the unit in some time as there were 2 large roaches and lizards dead on the floor. I fully understand that these are normal in Florida but they could and should have been cleaned up prior to our arrival. We did not see any live roaches during our stay and everything else did appear very clean. Once we settled in and the condo cooled down we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. The location within the community is perfect and the view is amazing. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of beach towels and toys for the kids to use. We bought some additional fishing equipment and left behind for others to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time. Family loved this Resort. Condo was fully stocked and very clean. Loved the view from the screened in porch. We even saw dolphins in the waterway. Owners checked in on us to make sure everything was clean and in order. Thanks for letting us rent your condo!!

I traveled with my girlfriend & daughter and they loved this condominium. We had plenty of space, it came equipped with beach supplies & had space to store food for the week. The Madeira Beach Yacht Club was gated with a pool & fitness center. The fitness center had some newer elliptical equipment but the weights were a bit older. Still, it got me though the week. You can walk right across to the beach here. There’s also a grocery store & CVS across the street too. We drove to Walmart for our needs which was a 10 minute drive. Lots of restaurants nearby & John’s Pass was a 5 minute drive. We did some driving but traffic was never an issue. We went up to Clearwater Beach one day, which has more attractions but we were glad we stayed here as it was very quiet with access to everything. Streaming worked great as I hung out one day to watch the Dodgers game on YouTube. We would definitely go back!

The condo was very nice, updated with many amenities! But we did have several issues. First the gate code wasn't on keys at pick up, 3 people came over to pick up and drop off a blender & lost power twice! It could have been smoother but the owners were very attentive.

The property is not only in an excellent location, with a marina view, but it's decorated and updated beautifully. Everything you could need for a beach day is provided, the pool is a few steps out the door and the screened in porch tops the cake!!! The rental company was beyond accommodating to our check in and out times and made us feel very welcomed. I would say, if you can, stay longer than a week as you won't regret it.😁�

Being with a 92 year old dad, great location, nice patio on 1st floor, great beds and overall clean and comfortable condo. My dad would have loved a recliner, since the sofa was low, but very comfortable. To many remotes to handle, but we finally got the tv working. We love the closeness to the beach and of course the shopping possibilities. Been to 7 different condos at MBYC. Absolutely the best one with 2 bedrooms.
