Ubicación perfecta al igual que el entorno.

La cercania a la mar, zona tranquila.

Las almohadas estaban amarillas. El colchón duro y poco confortable. Un cambio del mismo, sería una gran inversión, para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Las sabanas les vendrian bien un cambio. Las lamparas tenian bastante polvo, de hecho las tuve que limpiar, porque no me sentia comoda con esa cantidad de polvo en las mismas. Todos estos detalles suman y mantienen los negocios vivos.

Superb

The location just perfect, amazing view and really good beach just 50 m from appartment. Really nice and clean beach to stay with kids. Good equipment even dishwasher tablets etc provided.

Small pool and no sunbeds in pool area.

Exceptional

The location was great, couldn't get closer to the beach, good places to eat close and the area was very clean. Very good AC, amazing view at the balcony . The apartment had everything you need.

The beds are very hard.

Superb

The location was superb with a large south - facing balcony right on the beachfront. The building itself was modern and high quality. Much better than almost anything on the front.

The furniture was tired, ageing and not very comfortable. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, lacking basic glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Property had a fantastic ocean view. It was a good walk up hill to the trains Level walk to some small grocery stores.

The property had holes in the walls and was in much need of paint and putty. The kitchen was very dirty, especially the floors. There were small bugs coming out of everywhere and we could not leave any food out. Not even butter, covered in plastic wrap. There were even dirty dishes in the cupboard, so I felt I had to run them all through the dishwasher before we used them. Also, the frying pans left in the suite for our use were in such horrible condition we went and bought new ones to use. I even had to clean out cigarette butts from the outdoor planters. We cleaned for two days every inch to bring it to our standards.

some basic maintenance was lacking which ruined our stay

location was great, view was outstanding. in( general) a nice flat but read negatives.

tiny step onto balcony should have warning sign as i stubbed my big toe in first few mins of arriving giving me a black toe for duration of holiday, no tin opener available in kitchen or bin liners, shower head floppy in its holder, sink made glugging noises for hours after use. sofa bed very squeaky. 5 star prices 3 star performance. so wouldnt return.

Lovely location made up for the lack of attention by the host

The sea view and the 2 bathrooms

The electricity tripping out when more than one appliance was used at the same time and not having a response to any issues after 10:00 pm. The noisy air con unit on the balcony which kept us awake. Only 1 peg supied for clothes airer.

Stunning views of the sea!

We had fantastic stay in Buena Vista apartment. The location, the set up of the rooms and the furniture on the balcony. You can only hear the sea and the views are spectacular.

I think for the price it would be good to provide some basic kitchen and bathroom supplies for the guests who stay for a week or longer. There was only one garbage bag, no shower gel, one tablet for the dishwasher, and no salt, pepper, tea or coffee. Not even a bottle of water on arrival. These small touches would have helped. But other than that, it is a 5 star apartment no doubt.

Very nice apartment-wonderful views- comfortable and close to everything.

Location was fantastic Ana met us with keys -she kept in touch by WhatsApp and it worked very well. We had a couple of issues with kettle-she replaced it and also hot water -she addressed same promptly.

Only issue - it is a small one-was lack of supplies already in apartment such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags , washing-up liquid , extra tea towel This would have been helpful.
