The size of the condo was perfect for our family. Walking to the beach couldn't have been much easier. The pool was never busy. We did drive to most places, but if our kids were older it would have been more easily walkable. We liked being away from the craziness of Clearwater Beach but still within easy distance of everything we wanted to do. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier and we had everything we needed at the condo!

This condo was perfect for all of us. There are a bunch of beach toys and accessories for everybody!! Beach chairs, tent, umbrella just about anything. We loved this condo and everything it offered! Lots of stairs for the condo but there is a lip on each step that can be uncomfortable. Lots of storage in kitchen with everything you need. The ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work but there is a ice maker that we used and worked well. The bed in the master with the balcony is very springy and not the greatest. We also don’t think the beds in both rooms were queens felt like they were full size beds. We had a few bad storms come through and the windows rattled a bit and was very noisy. The windows in all of the condo should be replaced. You don’t hear too much traffic since the condo is right near the road. If new windows are put in the nice would be less loud. The main balcony is nice but the sliding door is tough to open and close and lock and unlock. Those are just a few minor issues but we didn’t really mind them! We will definitely stay here again! The pool is a good size but the lights in the pool don’t work but there is one next to the bathrooms by the pool. The bathroom without the balcony could use a refresh. The bathroom with the balcony doesn’t have a stopper for a bath but the other tup does. We needed new hair dryers and the property owner gave us 2 brand new ones. The gas grill needs to be replaced, it’s all rotted out. The charcoal grill works well! Would recomme!

Steps away from the beach, this property had everything we needed to enjoy a few days relaxing in the sun. The property was just as described, it was just the right size for my family of five. The kitchen was well appointed with the things that we needed, and with three bathrooms, everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The close proximity to the beach, as well as easy access to the Sun Coast Beach trolley, made sightseeing a breeze, and we always found lots to do. Would highly recommend, and look forward to returning to the area!

Stayed a week decent location for beach access. Very noisy sleeping first unit at the street, also next to dumpster . Loud on pick up days. Otherwise nice place. Steps are a little dangerous with the lip/edge on them.

The location was very nice and close to the beach. The condo was very clean. Could not get the cable to work on the downstairs Tv. Used the many remotes. The dining room light flickered unless you messed with the light bulbs. One of the bathtubs upstairs the drain did not have the drain stop so could not do a bath. The other bathtub looked dirty but was just stained. The wash machine did not spin clothes well so had to ring the clothes out myself before putting in dryer. Pool was very nice.

There are two stairs in the unit about 18 steps each, which are very uncomfortable, steps are not wide enough and uneven. Hard to walk even for young. Really short walk to the Gulf, which is very nice

Had a great time, beach access close by. Close to everything we needed. Kitchen equipped well, had to scrub up pans and such before use. Left everything cleaner than our arrival, but overall a great stay

The house was clean and the town small and quiet. It felt very safe to walk around and was easy to get to Clearwater or Saint Pete. If you have small kids, you may want to consider bringing one or two baby gates for the stairways. Also, don’t forget your beach towels! The rest of the beach gear was supplied in the garage. Definitely will be returning!

Great getaway
This property is a convenient walk to the beach and pool. It is clean, nice kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Pool area was clean and backs up to the intercostal water way. The only issue was the traffic noise which is no fault of the owners. I would highly recommend this place for a getaway. Can’t wait to come back.

Family Vacation
We stayed from June 23 to June 27 in this condo. We came to IRB to visit my stepson who lives in Largo. We really enjoyed our time in this condo it was conveniently located for us right down the street from our favorite place to eat at The Originally Crabby Bills and right across the street from the beach. I will say that it would have been nice to have had some cleaning supplies such as windex as I like to clean up after myself and others in the condo, Other than that it wasn't a bad place we did have one issue and it was taken care of by that afternoon. I would definetely stay in this condo again if we needed to rent again. Usually when it is me and my other half we stay at his son's place. Thanks for the great place and wonderful memories we made on our family trip.

Beautiful Beach Experience
This condo is exactly what it is advertised to be. It is in a prime location just steps from the Indian Shores Beach. With every thing supplied, from bikes to beach chairs to cable TV to a gas grill, your relaxing seaside vacation is just waiting for you! We also very much enjoyed the onsite pool. We would stay at this location again if we head back to Indian Shores in the future.

128 Bayview Villas
We stayed 6 weeks last year and enjoyed our stay. We are staying 8 weeks this year. For the most part everything is great. It would be nice if there was a mop and broom provided for long term tenants. The floors when we arrived were not cleaned real good and when we got here after walking on it without shoes our feet were very dirty. The directions for the TV need to be updated to let people know that cable is not on a separate remote and is now on the Roku. The grill should be replaced soon you have to hold the top when opening or it will fall completely backwards it does not have an open position.
