Regulatory Permit #REG2021Dash00047 Min Stay: 3 nights Welcome to our home called the MagicwayVilla+ Mickey's Pool Club-house at Anaheim Disneyland. Fun remodeled single-family home with a pool and large yard. Our Disney-themed House is a little over half a mile from Disneyland, only a 10-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. Enjoy your own private gated pool and watch the fireworks from the back of the yard - your time at Magicway House is sure to create magical memories for the entire family! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has just been completely remodeled with families in mind. The Master bedroom has TWO comfortable queen-sized beds and a 42" LED TV, DVD and is beautifully furnished. Next to the master is a fun Disney-themed kid's bedroom with TWO bunk beds (twin over full and trundle), PlayStation, TV, and games. The third bedroom also has a large queen bed that is elegantly appointed. The fourth bedroom has a day bed overlooking the beautiful pool/ Our brand new living area has a huge 55 inch LG TV, blue-ray player, free WiFi, and a Wii with several games. A cable subscription with the Disney channel is also available so you and the kids won't miss your favorite shows and games while you're on vacation. You can also connect to Netflix through our blue-ray player or watch one of our favorite Disney DVD movies! The modern kitchen has all the conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and pots and pans to help make a home-cooked meal. We even have a pancake maker and a griddle. Plates, utensils, cookware, children's plates and utensils, a crock-pot, coffee pot, and more are all there for your use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. Outside you will find a sparkling gated pool. A BBQ and patio set is also available in the backyard so you can grill up your favorite burgers and hot dogs while watching the kids swim. In the garage, you will find a brand new Electrolux front loader washer and dryer for your use. A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus you can make your own personal code so there won't be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The key codes are individually coded for you during your stay for your security. We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim. Regulatory Permit Please see CITY REQUIREMENTS in the listing Description section above. City Mandated "quiet time" from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Patio, Hot Tub, and Back Yard are off-limits during these times. Max Occupancy - 11 individuals including infants and daytime visitors Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed. Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation. Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back-yard area. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, NO vaping, and NO marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book. Min Stay: 3 nights Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar. The property managers made this process for check in and check out so easy! The rules were very clear and thorough for the whole property. My children absolutely loved the pool and the kids bunk beds with pull out trundles. The helpful features were definitely on-site washer and dryer as well as the strollers. Thank you all so much for this awesome rental!

The Inside of the house was nice. The back yard and the pool were not as nice as expected. The pics on line are a little misleading. The pool area is dated and the bbq was filthy. Overall it was acceptable but would not return because of the backyard.

I booked this place for me and my family. We are a family of 6 and this place fit us perfectly. I questioned the neighborhood when we were driving to it, because it’s so unassuming, but it was great. The place was clean, had everything we needed including towels for the pool and was very quiet. The only things we heard at night were the fireworks at Disney. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean space close to Disney.

The house was super cute and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Rick, was fantastic, super accommodating, allowing us to enter early to place purchased parishables in the fridge. Loved the pool and the proximity to the park. Would highly recommend for anyone’s next Disney trip!

Very nice home, room for everyone! Only issue - at this cost, if it lists a hot tub it should be heated and not cost an additional $35/day to heat it. We used it three times but had to pay for all 7 days we were there. Since it was us who had to flip a switch to turn it on and off, it wasn't like they had to do anything for us to use it!

The inside of the house is all updated and beautiful. We stayed very comfortably with 5 kids and 4 adults. About 1 mile walk to Disney which is about as close as you can get with a non-hotel. Will stay again for sure!

The house was very cute and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The pool was fun and we ate outside a few times. Walking distance to Disneyland which was perfect. There were a few roaches in the kitchen but Rick responded very quick to my concerns about them and sent someone right over. Rick was fabulous to work with!
The beds were very comfy and plenty of towels for everyone.
The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Location to park was great. House was cute and accommodating. Just a few issues mentioned below.
The beds were uncomfortable. Some barely had support and looked as if they were going to give out. The water in the showers did not get hot. The kitchen had constant roaches in the dishwasher and on counters.

15-20 minute walk to Disneyland/California Adventures. Otherwise a 5 min drive to parking garage, ride tram, and get dropped off at the park. You can heat either the hot tub or pool but not both which I found odd, but if you go during summer months this may not be an issue. You can hear and kinda see the fireworks, which is nice.
House has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Only one bedroom has bathroom attached. The kitchen is well set up and BBQ was nice to have. Just be aware that there are no baking sheet pans (cooking bacon was a bit odd had to improvise). There is soap and shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and detergent provided. Did have to buy aluminum foil and limited Tupperware with lids. Otherwise, great! They even replaced the toaster within a couple of hours when I found the one that was provided did’t work.
Property management team was excellent. Thanks for making this a great experience.

My family stayed here for a trip to Disneyland, and it was incredibly convenient. A ~5 min drive to the parking garages or ~20 min walk to Downtown Disney. The house was large, with lots of space to spread out. We did not feel cramped at all, even as a group of 7. The property manager was very high touch and helpful of any issues that arose (a big, uncharacteristic rain storm blew through and there was a little window leak, for example). The furnishings were older/cheaper/had some wear and tear, but that was the only drawback.

We stayed for 7 days and it was a great experience. The neighbors across the street were loud one night (must have been celebrating Christmas). Rick the property manager was super helpful, even coming by on Christmas to check in.

This place is so comfy and the decor is perfect for a Disney vacation with the kids. I recommend paying the extra cost for heating the pool since the water was chilly despite warm days. Otherwise it was amazing!!

Our stay was amazing!!! We arrived to a clean home with plenty of room for my family of 4, my parents and 2 teenagers! So many beds in the home that were VERY comfortable after a long day at Dinsey! It was a short walk to disney..took us about 15 minutes to get there. We could see the fireworks from the house too which was a huge plus!! The home was well supplied with towels...there is 3 showers in the home which made getting ready in the morning with 8 people a breeze! My kids enjoyed the pool! Sucks that it costs 35 dollars extra a day If you want the hot tub heated... but by the end of they day I was to tired anyways! I would DEFINITELY recommend this home and will be coming back!!!!

Beds are comfy, sheets clean and crisp, plenty of hot water for everyone and such a cozy atmosphere!!
My only complaint would be that there are no sharp knives. There are only two smaller fruit and veggie knives.

This home had everything we needed down to linens, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dishwasher soap. There was plenty of room! It is an easy 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Though we took advantage of the outside seating, we didn't have time to dip on the pool. It was an easy, though long commute (traffic) to other attractions. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Prior to arriving, owners respo red to all questions quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at the "Disney Mouse House" as my granddaughter named it. It was a great fit for our family group.
We were a family group of four adults, one teen and a 6 and 3 year old. The four bedrooms were a great fit, the living space was very comfortable. The pool was small but perfect for our group. It was the favorite of all. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to walk to and from Disneyland which saved on driving and parking fees.

The place is great and in a perfect location. My 3 star review was for the following reasons.
1) They charge extra to heat the hot tub. We didn't realize this until we experienced a cold hot tub on our first night. It's $35/day. If you advertise a hot tub, I feel that a hot tub should be implied. Just be aware of this when booking this location.
2) We also had cold showers the first night and 2nd morning. The "new" hot water heater broke and was fixed promptly the next morning, but we still experienced 24 hours of no hot water. You would have thought they would have maybe comped the hot tub fee, but no compensation was offered. I felt that this was management being cheap.
3) When fixing the hot water heater, the A/C was turned off while we were at Disney. Maybe this was an accident, not sure. But we came home to a house at 82 degrees on a very hot day. It was very uncomfortable.
If any sort of gesture of goodwill or even a small token of compensation was offered, I would have forgiven all of this. Nothing...therefore 3 stars.

It's a nice place, pool and hot tub were great. There were 3 bathrooms although the listing only said 2, so that was a nice bonus. Whenever we had a question or concern it was addressed very quickly. Tried to use the stroller but it was broken, and it seemed farther than anticipated to the parks were the only real downsides. Very nicely stocked.

We had a wonderful stay! There were enough rooms and bathrooms for our entire family to have space and be comfortable during our stay. The walk to Disney was very nice, about 15 mins. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but it was very inviting! We’d definitely stay here again.

The house was in a great location and well within walking distance to Disneyland. The home was spacious and clean. The kids Mickey bedroom is designed for kids, not adults. The mattresses are not high quality and are not comfortable for adults. Check-in and out was easy and overall our stay was great.

This was a very memorable trip. Property manager was very helpful with checking in a bit early. Everyone was very responsive with things that were life savors like grocery store delivery. We has issues heating the jug tub so kind of sad we paid for it. I would stay there again because it was super clean and everyone tried to be helpful.

Very nice neighborhood property very near Disney. Home has everything you need. The hosts were very communicative and all instructions for access etc were spot on.
If considering, please keep in mind this is a NEIGHBORHOOD where people live and work. If you are ready to party or keep irregular hours this is not the spot for you.

We were two families traveling to go to Disneyland and other attractions in the area. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough room for all of us. Having 3 bathrooms was a big help with two sets of parents and 3 kids (2 teenagers and 1 preteen). Also having the washer and dryer was helpful after spending all day in the parks. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Park is just close enough to be walkable or on tired leg days a Lyft/Uber is only about $8. All 8 of us had plenty of room and the closeness allowed for everyone to come and go on their schedule. Third bathroom was a plus.

Our family of 10 had plenty of room to relax, eat, play board games and enjoy the hot tub. The property manager provided a quick orientation and was available to answer our questions by text.
There are plenty of beds-- room 1) 2 queens (that new mattresses), room 2/Dalmatian theme) one queen, room 3/Mini/Mickey Theme) 2 twin over full bunks with twin trundles (6 mattresses), room 4/Monsters Inc theme) 1 king and a day bed with a trundle (3 mattresses). The brown sofa makes into a bed.
The house included enough dishes, glasses, flatware, serving dishes, pots and pans but fell short on cooking utensils. We opted to buy a spatula and replace the shower curtain at a nearby store. I recommend an upgrade to the kitchen small appliance inventory to include waffle bakers, a griddle, and a baking/cookie sheet. The house provided a coffee maker, crock pot, and rice cooker. We used the outdoor gas grill but it was too cold to eat outdoors at the patio table/chairs.
It was fantastic to be able to run laundry during our stay. It really felt like home -- much more so than hotel rooms.
The location was great! Easy to get around. We chose to drive to the park and/or UBER, costing about $5 each time, just to save our legs for the parks. The walk takes you through a Disneyland parking lot, security and downtown Disney on your way to the parks. The property had two strollers available. One had a broken canopy-- and was dirty/unusable. The other, an umbrella style, was perfect for this occasion.
We had a great stay, memories were made, and we ALL hope to return in the future. Thanks for everything!

Our family - all 11 of us - had a fantastic stay at this house. The rooms were huge and it was close to everything. The pool was chilly - but we paid to have the hot tub heated for the 5 days we were there - well worth the $15/day! It would take you 20 mins to walk to Disney - so even though our ages ranged from 12 yrs - 75 yrs old - we chose to uber/lyft it for only $9 US. Well worth it instead of paying a fortune for parking and having to walk from there. They dropped us off right at the gate. Thanks to Nancy, Ted and Rick for there awesome place. It was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Way to Go Guys! We definitely will stay again when in the Anaheim area!
