The house features a fully stocked, modern kitchen, open concept living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, family room with sleeper sofa, large wrap around screened in porch, and a game room in the basement (ping-pong, air hockey, foos ball and darts). Comfortably sleeps 6 adults (1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper). Located in the heart of the White Mountains you’ll find our home is extremely convenient to all of the area treasures. The area is a perfect place for any outdoor enthusiast which offers great skiing and golfing along with many scenic hiking trails, swimming holes, rivers, and lakes. Many people travel here to fish the streams, kayak the rivers, mountain bike, and rock climb. You're also close to area attractions such as Canon Mountain, Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, Clark’s Trading Post, Whale's Tale Waterpark, The Flume, and The Polar Caves. If you like to shop you can visit the Tanger Outlets in Tilton, Settler's Green in North Conway, or local shops in Campton and Plymouth. Don’t forget the beautiful fall foliage that our mountains offer; stay here and enjoy the color. We loved staying at this property. It is within easy driving distance to cute restaurants and activities, but feels secluded and private. The house itself is clean and beautifully maintained. The screened in porch is especially lovely!

The house was in a quiet area lined with Apple trees and nice views. The house had a old school feel with some modern amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend if you like a quiet and peaceful stay. Great “get away” from it all feel.

My husband and I have stayed at a few different VRBO's and this one has been our absolute favorite. The location was secluded, peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. I love all things farm house this place really spoke to me. It was clean and located close to the highway we used it a common ground to visit with family who where staying at new found lake and in Littleton. (because no one wants to stay with their in-laws and a house full of kids) it was the perfect place to escape to the quite and be left alone. We will definitely stay again!

A lovely little place for a relaxing stay! Two bedrooms upstairs with two full baths and washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have small window A/C units if it's hot out, while the main floor has no A/C it has a tone of shaded windows that generated plenty of breeze for us. Main floor was plenty for us despite having four straight days of rain, and the deck was deep enough that I could easily sit outside on the porch to get fresh air while also staying completely dry. Kitchen had everything we needed to make and serve meals for the two of us, and would easily have supported meals for 6. Internet was fine, no issues for us even in bad weather! Only thing to be aware of is that the drive in does feature two short stretches of dirt road, but both were in great shape and would be easy in anything short of a very low sports car.

House is perfect, only reason for cleanliness review is that I had a field mouse run across my foot in the living room which I removed from house! The lawn needs to be mowed way shorter around the house in hopes of lowering the tick count. We never even stepped foot in the house and we had 3 ticks on us. We avoided the grass as much as possible and still had them on us everytime we went from house to auto. We left a day early primarily because of the weather but the mouse and tick’s solidified the decision

This was our second time at what we call holiday house. The whole house is great and well thought out. The front porch is the real showstopper at this house. We love watching the weather as well as the wild life. We enjoyed it rain and shine, even saw a beautiful double rainbow. The night sky is worth the entire trip. Great spot for day trips with the family. Love this house.

We had a wonderful stay at the Orchard House. The early summer weather was almost perfect so we got enjoyed the porch every day. We were even able to work from the porch! We also enjoyed walking, watching wild life and getting an ice cream down the road. The house is so comfortable and has everything we need. We can't wait to visit again.

This farm house is very quiet, peaceful and secluded. Charming 2 bedroom/2 bath (all upstairs so not ideal if mobility is an issue). Our only issues we encountered that could have been caused by a lapse in between guest and if the house was vacant was a few dead flies on 1 of the beds and both bedrooms had at least another dozen as well as a few wasps/yellow jackets. The screen porch inside also had a large amount of flies and wasps. Had planned on using the downstairs gameroom but a dead mouse on the floor killed that idea.. Again this all can be normal since the house is in a secluded area. We did discuss with the owner and did suggest perhaps putting up fly strips especially in the bedrooms

We had a fantastic trip to the orchard house! The house was centrally located for the adjacent states and it had all the amenities you would need. Rene answered all questions before and during the trip within thirty minutes. Our stay was lovely, quiet, and comfortable!

We had another wonderful stay at the orchard house. It is such a wonderful spot with so much quiet beauty all around. This time we went to the Flume Gorge and for walks along road. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed seeing g so many monarch butterflies. It was the perfect restful getaway!

This was our second visit to the house. We loved our stay. The house is incredibly charming and the location is quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is there including a screened in porch for the evenings, a porch swing, comfortable beds and mountains in the distance. So grateful for the chance to visit.

My wife has always liked places with wrap around porches, so as soon as we saw this place we booked it. The property did not disappoint in any way, it was meticulously maintained, was 100% private, and had amazing views of the mountains. One thing to note is that the driveway and road leading to the house is not paved, but i had a sedan and it worked out, just keep that in mind if you have a lower car. Otherwise, i wish we were there for longer!

This was the quietest place I've ever been. The perfect spot for a getaway. The mountains were absolutely beautiful, and the sun rose over the mountains DIRECTLY out the bedroom window. Beautiful place!

At Last

At Last

Orchard House was exactly what we'd hoped for. The photos and description are spot on. It is a gracious place - had everything we needed for making meals and even provided a splendid rainbow after a brief rain. We planned to stay last summer with our friends, but were prevented from doing so. They stayed alone and joined us this summer. Thank you for such a lovely place.
