Tastefully decorated, the living/dining/kitchen area feels open and roomy. The large master bedroom offers a king bed, floor to ceiling windows and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. I can't express enough that it was a wonderful experience. The communication was top notch. The team handled everything for us. The accomodations exactly as shown. We will definitely return. Missing the beautiful waters and lovely scenery already.

Our stay couldn't have been better. First, what a fantastic location - super close to everything (grocery store, restaurants and bars - the WATER!) - and super safe. Second, the condo was awesome - clean, well-stocked and absolutely comfortable. Last - and most important - Brittany and Mike are unbelievable hosts. They'll take care of you - and of the things you remember (or don't) prior to arrival...just great people.
I can't give this more than 5 stars - but I would. Can't wait to go back. Truly is one of the best.

My family if three stayed in this condo for five nights and loved it! Plenty of space for the three of us, all of the amenities you could possibly need and super easy property managers to work with. The condo is super clean and the grounds are great. We laid by the pool and enjoyed the gorgeous view! Super close to great restaurants, a small store and very close to all of the action south of the bridge.
We arrived quite early from the mainland and didn’t have any problem checking in early. The communication was so easy and all of our questions were answered quickly. We would not hesitate to return to this condo.

Property was well kept and conveniently located to activities out on the reef. The hosts were fantastic, helping with local information, stocking with drinking water and other beverages (:-)). Our unit was well appointed and fully stocked.

First time to Belize and Kimberly and Chad made everything so easy! From setting up our fishing and snorkeling trips to picking us up and dropping us back off at the airport, as the planner of this trip I was able to relax right away. We had our young twenty year old daughters with us and we enjoyed going swimming out at Secret Beach, the snorkeling trip to Hol Chan was AMAZING and did include swimming with nurse sharks and rays which freaked us out a little but was so cool! Getting around in the golf carts was fun too. The best meal we had (although there are many great places to eat) was taking our own fish we caught to the 303 where they prepared them three ways and cooked several delicious sides to go with it. Overall great vacation!

Chad and Kimberly take this vacation to a whole new level! They take care of all travel stressors. The one vacation spot we have learned to completely disconnect from our busy lives. We love Belize but most importantly we love this exact group of vacation homes with this property. Coming back to San Pedro felt immediately relaxing as in Belize City the airline recognized that we were headed to The Landings and spontaneously offered to call Chad and let him know we have arrived! Chad and Kimberly make sure that absolutely nothing gets in the way of a perfect trip! We brought our friends for their first trip and couldn’t believe of all the islands they have explored how even more perfect this trip was!!

Owners go over backwards to make your stay relaxing the stress free. Kimberly arranged our flight from Belize City, our golf cart for the week, picked us and our luggage up at the airport, took our luggage back and checked us in for our flights, purchased our beverages ahead of time and arranged our activities. Great location and service. We hope to visit again

This was our first trip to Belize. Kimberly and Chad took all of the concern and hassle out of the travel and connections! From helping book our fishing tour to taking care of our needs, they were fabulous. I highly recommend anyone thinking about traveling to do so through Kimberly and Chad. The property is clean and very safe! It is located just over the bridge, so there was easy access to downtown San Pedro all the way north!
Also, the dining recommendations were also the best! Learning the lay of the land was simple as Kimberly drive with us from our golf cart rental and she explained all the do’s and don’ts…again making exploring fun and easy!

Had a great time, Kimberly and Chad made everything seamless. They arranged our excursions and our flights from Belize to San Pedro and back. Was great having one bill at the end vs everyone needing our cc information. Kimberly was always very prompt in responses to any questions we had. Thank you both for all you do!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Landings (my wife and I and 9 year old kid). The location was good for us - close enough to walk to the main downtown area to walk but in its own quiet space. The place itself was nicely appointed and comfortable to hang out when we weren't on an adventure. Chad and Kimberly were very responsive and helpful. We would certainly look into this spot again if we were to visit in the future.

Wonderful Place to Stay
We had a wonderful time on our trip. Kimberley and Chad were very helpful the entire time we were there. They got us drinks that we ordered and they were already in the condo upon arrival. Took us across the street from the airport to get our golf cart, and that was quickly taken care of. They took us back to the airport upon departure, and it was just as efficient. We met some other guests staying at the condos as well, and had a great time with them. We stayed in condo C4 and it was perfect. We have no complaints at all. We went to Secrets Beach twice and also made a trip to the other island one day. We ate out every night and sometimes at lunch, and all meals were wonderful and price was great. We didn't have a bad meal the entire time on the island. We will be back!

This condo is perfectly located. Beautiful view and as quiet as you want yet close enough to town for shopping, sightseeing and nitelife. Kimberly and Chad are wonderful and attentive hosts but not overbearing. We had the time of our lives and hope to return in the future.

We fell in love with Belize
Not only did we love the condo, but this location was perfect for us! We were so grateful to be north of the bridge and close to family friendly spots to relax each night! While we enjoyed the hustle and culture south of the bridge, we will come back to Tres Locos or north again! KIMBERLY and CHAD made this experience so easy and stress free:. Not a detail they didn’t take care of or help with. No need to look for anywhere else/ stay here!! Great pool and sand area to relax in the quiet.

Great place with great views
Our experience with Kimberly and Chad made this trip very stress free. They both handled everything for us and made our diving and excursion trips great. The place was perfect for two couples and was well stocked to do your own cooking. Located just over the North bridge do its close to everything.

Actually looked better in person than it did on VBRO Website - beautiful view of ocean and pool from front patio. It was just north of San Pedro (across bridge), but had a very quiet & private resort feel. Little market right behind was perfect for quick little things.
What really made condo and stay extra special were the hosts, Kim and Chad. They went above and beyond our expectations from having our reserved golf cart available as soon as we walked off boat dock (plus brought extra golf cart to take our luggage to condo and did it again for return trip), booked all of our fabulous excursions (even with us giving them short notice) - even better was the relationship Kim and Chad had with the operators of excursions to know they would make it memorable. We booked scuba diving, snorkeling, reef fishing, and the ATM tour (highly recommend this excursion - hard to explain or room to) through Kim and Chad and each one was perfect. Kim and Chad were available 24/7 (or it felt like that because Kim responded right away). Not only were they great host - they were nice, friendly, and care about what they do - you can just tell.
Great places to go to all around property (short golf ride) for food, music, and cocktails. Some of our favorites Truck Stop, Crocs, 303, and Blue Bayou @ Secret Beach! But one of the best was right on The Landings Property - Coco Loco’s. Shout out to James (owner), Sharlene, and Pedro for having a very everyone is welcome vibe. A lot of the patronage are locals that were very friendly and inviting. Pedro even whipped us up great fish tacos and ceviche from snapper I had caught earlier in day.
If you’re considering going to San Pedro area of Belize- I highly recommend Kim and Chad for your host.

We had 2 adults and 2 kids. We rented a golf cart in town and it was a short ride from the water taxi. Our condo had everything and was so updated. We loved having a washer and Dyer, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and the pool area was great to use. Bonus is we always had the sunrise on the water by us and the most beautiful moonlight on the water. We had our snorkel guide pick us up right at the pier. The property managers were great to communicate with. Overall it was super spacious and clean and we had more than enough room for the 4 of us. Glad we stayed and highly recommend.
