Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast. This unit is located in building 5, close to the clubhouse pool. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening with cable TV to enjoy your favorite movie. The family room is open to the Dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen. Spacious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 4 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and a TV. It opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big shower and a deep, jetted tub. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and an attached ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each and they share a hall bath with tub and shower. Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a bar-b-que at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three awesome playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. House perfect for our needs. Fully equipped as expected. 6 adults (3 couples) which worked well with a bathroom per couple. Great location. Amazing host helped us when we had to cancel and re-book three times because of covid. We will return.

Great location, about 25 minutes to all major theme parks, quiet and safe. Nice pools and beautiful areas. Had an issue with the AC (stopped working suddenly one day) they fixed it in 24 hours. Would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The property was in a good place for us. We didn't have to travel far to get food. The only problem we had was when we ordered ubereats and doordash we didn't know we had to call security and let them know, but everything was handled easily. Other than that the property was nice and clean

First class accommodation. Me and my family stayed just short of 3 weeks in Venetian Bay. It was excellent. Lovely and spacious. Plenty of room for 3 adults (4 once my other son joined us for a few days) and 2 children aged 11 & 9. Plenty of storage space. Ample of seating for relaxing and dining. Close to the large pool and a short walk to one of the smaller pools. Friendly/professional security staff. The entire site is well manicured and looked after by gardeners etc., Great location for the parks and Orlando shopping. The accommodation itself was so comfortable and well kept. Great instructions given by letting agency for getting to the house and obtaining the key. Grateful for the emergency supplies provided. Meant we could have a brew on arrival after a very long travel day. Much appreciated! The only thing missing was a safe to store passports and money, apart from that it was amazing and it wouldn’t stop us from booking in the future. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Had a great time at the property. It was close to the parks and a nice place with everything you would expect. Well kept up and a good value. Maybe some pool towels would be nice since we had only thing bathroom ones and hard to shower afterwards. Not something specific to this property but they need to speed up the line for security driving in because it was always slow (5-10 mins) even after the initial check-in. Overall we would come back.

The house was clean and the location to the front and pool were prime. I will say the masters upstairs in the Queen bedroom might need to be replaced but other than that if you call the property managers for anything the Answer call time was QUICK. Very friendly and again CLEAN and Comfy

I will get specific but overall we all really enjoyed our stay here! It was a good location with being close enough to the main attractions of this area as well as restaurants & other activities etc in Kissimmee. The condo itself was cute and for our party of six was a tad small in the kitchen and living area but I knew that by the pictures and we managed just fine. Not sure how 8 people would do. The whole complex this condo is in was picturesque and beautiful; I wish we had more time to just relax there. Would go again, specially with less people. The king bed is on the first floor and the other three rooms are up stairs. Most of the beds made some noise when moving around on them and weren’t super soft but the king bed was particular noisy and definitely the least comfortable (to me). It was better with sound and much better with comfort after we put on the thick memory foam mattress topper that was in the closet! That made it comfy and I slept well after that! Most everything was clean except there was what seemed like small but many idk spackle-like pieces, not dust or dirt or sand though. It was just on top of the kind comforter though so we just shook it off. The couches were comfy and the tv nice and big! We had everything we needed (we brought essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, etc as they we were aware that they only had a starter a amount of such things.). The only major suggestion we would make is to put curtains up! It makes it much homier and cuter, but more practically they’d keep light out of the bedrooms which was an issue for several people both at night (lights outside) and in the morning with the sun. Thank you and we would recommend. :)

The vacation home was nice! It had all the basic necessities. No real issues except that one burner on the stove didn't work adnt he dining room table was missing a plate when I got there I called the manager as listed in hte book and haven't received a call back yet.

Pool area was nice. Furniture was a little dated but nice. Loved the circle courtyard areas. They were nice for picture taking. The place didn't have adequate towels n stuff but we always bring or buy extra. I would book here again.

All in all the place was what we paid for - smaller than expected, "living room/dining area" so crowded, only room to sit 3 people in "living area". One bath towel in bathroom, rest hidden away in closet. Trash under chest in downstairs master bedroom, still there! Mostly clean, just not what we expect from VRBO.
