Overlooking the quiet, calm, and conveniently located Monte Ne cove, this fully remodeled Luxury Cabin is a beautiful vacation destination for you and your family. You will be staying on the fantastic Beaver Lake in NW Arkansas with full access to the lake for swimming, camping and boating. The boat launch is approximately 1000' away! The cabin has a huge wrap-around deck outside facing the lake and is fully furnished inside and out with beautiful furniture and all new appliances. It includes a 65" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. High Speed WIFI and complete internet access. We have even included a full size washer and dryer so that you and your family can wash your swim suits and towels any time you need to. All items such as kitchen utensils, outside grill, and linens are provided. You have to see this property to believe it. You will even have RV access for up to 2 family RVs (optional, added cost) with power, filtered water and RV dump capabilities so that you and your family can RV to the lake and use the cabin for the central place to eat, sleep, watch TV, boat, BBQ and more! You will be just an easy 5 mile drive from Rogers, AR and there is a local major airport that you can fly into if you want. NW Arkansas also boasts the best biking trails in the USA that you and your family can explore along with caves, hiking trails, and many other outdoor activities. You will want to make this a yearly vacation destination for you and your entire family! Don't forget to bring your bikes, boats and RVs with you. See you soon! Very nice little cabin. Very comfortable and a great location for exploring. Jason, Rob's nephew made checking in a breeze and came out to help us find the cabin when our Apple Maps application couldn't find it. Google maps was much more accurate. He called us and helped us navigate to the cabin. Close to the boat launch and swimming area and made it a breeze when we wanted to go in the water. Cabin was fully stocked, but a little cramped if you plan on cooking every meal. Not a spacious kitchen, but easy to use for simple meals. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this cabin. Thanks Rob for sharing.

This was our first trip to Beaver Lake. The cabin was so perfect. Access to the lake was quick and easy. The host was so helpful and kind. We utilized the camper set up for my parents. Wow, what a plus for a small amount. The cabin was clean and well stocked with essentials. It was located close to stores and plenty of places to explore. I would highly recommend this place

This is a great home right by Beaver Lake. Quick walk to where Monte Ne ruins used to be. Great public area to hang out in the water. The cabin is comfy and had everything I needed for a seamless stay. Good communication with the host. Thanks!

We booked the house for the outdoor space and we loved it! It was perfect for our family bbq. Lots of seating and even a fire pit for S’mores! The cabin was cozy and exactly as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The only problem we had was the pull out bed had stains in it so we had to go get a mattress to sleep on,Very well stocked and clean,We will definitely be going back,Rib and family were very nice and on call if we needed them

We could not ask for better inside accommodations. I was disappointed that I needed to spend an hour plus cleaning the deck and furniture. It clearly had not been touched for some time. Was looking forward to fire pit…..full of dead leaves ,branches and old rain water.

At first when I realized the whole family would be sharing the same space after I booked, I panicked. But fret not! The kids slept on the pullout couch and we slept on the super comfy bed with plenty of space on between. There is also a divider graciously provided for privacy. This cozy cabin has everything you need in one space. The hosts are super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The area itself is gorgeous and the cabin is far enough away to feel like you’re in the country without being too far from necessities. Lovely experience!

Stayed here while exploring the Bentonville/Rogers area. It is directly across the highway from Beaver Lake. The lake itself was very accessible. The house was very clean, well stocked and finding it/checking in was easy. We stayed with our three young boys. We slept them in the pullout and it worked great. I would absolutely repeat.

My wife and I went for a quiet weekend get away. We enjoyed our stay and spent time in Bentonville on Saturday. We visited the Crystal Bridge Museum. We did not bring a boat but the dock is right across the street just a short stroll from the cabin. We did take a walk along the shoreline. The cabin is clean and there is a nice porch to sit and enjoy the outdoors..

2 of us stayed for 11 nights and it suited us perfectly. Clean and comfortable. We had two motorcycle's and thankfully we were allowed to put up and canopy to park them under. Dock was added bonus so we also spent some time kayaking. Yes there is alittle more traffic then expected as the monte ne ruins are across the road but it wasn't a problem for us kind of enjoyed watching from the wonderful deck. Excellent communication. Only con we had was having to wait for the linens to get done as they ask you wash them before you leave. Small price to pay for a wonderful cabin. we will be back.

My daughter and I wanted a few days of relaxation before moving her back to college This property was perfect. A few days on the lake, close to all shopping but very private area. Quiet. The cabin is nicely decorated, clean and the owner has provided everything you would need. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy more of the local area.

Positives of this cabin is it's full of amenities, very clean, and close to the water. The size is fine but there is no privacy between adults and kids. It's one big room like a hotel. It would be perfect for a pair of fisherman or a couples getaway. The private boat dock access was a huge plus to park our boat when we weren't using it within a short walk to the cabin. Very affordable and clean with everything you need for a stay at Beaver lake!

This cabin was perfect for our family. It has everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed fishing/swimming off the dock, which is just across the road. The hosts were quick to respond and really do a good job of keeping the property in tip top shape. The location is close to everything the region has to offer. Highly recommend this place.

This cabin was super clean and nicely decorated. Jason was very attentive to our needs. We fished on the dock across the street and had a great time. Went to the marina restaurant, which unfortunately was closed at the time we were there, but saw a lot of deer on the way there. Would definitely stay again.
