20 minutes from eureka springs. Its a beautiful little house with everything you will need. I would caution that there is a steep decline in the road right before the house which i could see being an issue in the ice

The cabin is cute and the location was beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and surrounding homes could not be seen. It is walking distance to the lake. There were no exterior lights which made it difficult to open the "realtor lockbox" (suggest lighted digital access lock) since we arrived after dark. We called the owner for assistance and never received a call back. The cabin was furnished nicely, mattresses were decent, and the kitchen was well equipped. The carpet and rugs did not appear to be vacuumed, there were fingerprints all over the TV in the living room, the exterior door in the living room was not well-secured even when locked, and the sliding door in the master bedroom didn't lock at all so we disassembled the Swiffer handle and placed it in the tracks. The TV in the living room had no sound. We were visiting for a wedding but I had to work on Friday and was disappointed to not have wifi but I thought I would be able to connect to my hotspot. I have TMobile and had no signal. My husband has Verizon and he had no signal. This cabin is a nice option, just be aware of the technical issues.

Very beautiful and scenic, peaceful! Home is comfortable, temp control, water temp and pressure in shower excellent. Beds very comfy. I never seem to have enough hangers, there were more than enough in my closet. Lots of windows and natural light, a beautiful view out of every window and door! A couple minor issues that did not significantly impact our stay were attended to promptly, excellent communication from staff! Very close to Eureka Springs, excellent directions to property, we drove straight there. Would love to stay there again!

We really enjoyed the house and beautiful outdoors. We saw 6-7 deer in the woods below the deck. We couldn't get the t.v. to work. Very nice stay. Very clean.

Great experience, nice quiet area but still close enough to town. Enjoyed being outdoors, cabin was nice and clean and big enough for our family to spread out and enjoy our time in Eureka Springs. Would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was as advertised. The second bedroom could use a ceiling fan and better pillows. Maybe even new mattress, not very comfortable. Nice sitting area on the deck! Would recommend this house to others.

A simple walk to some great shady fishing! Plenty of comfortable seating for family visit! Beds that even kids want to get into! Plenty of high end amenities for a fabulous stay. Close access to Beaver Lake, Eureka Springs, Rogers, Springdale and War Eagle! We would definitely stay here in the future!

My two friends and I stayed at this property for the weekend. It's close to the lake but not right on it. It's about 15 min from the downtown Eureka Springs area which we went to check out one day. Eureka Springs was very busy and this cabin was a great, quiet place to be after the all the activity. It was perfect for three people and could fit more easily. The property was clean and had the basics needed. The view outside on the porch in the morning was serene and I always felt safe. If you're a caffeine addict like me, be sure to bring your own drip coffee because the closest place to get some is a convenience store and it's not walkable. The communication from the owner was great for check in and check out. We did have trouble connecting to the WiFi but were able to use data to do basic things. This is a lovely property in a nice, quiet area. I'll be back!

This VRBO doesn't have satellite, cable or local antenna channels, so guests can't watch the news, weather, or football after exploring Eureka Springs. There’s a dish on the roof, but the owner doesn’t have it connected. When asked how to access the basic broadcast channels, the management company replied that guests are "expected" to explore Eureka Springs.
DVD players were provided for entertainment, but when we looked through the DVDs provided, most of the children's ones were missing. The 15-year-old yard sale quality DVD player in the master bedroom doesn't have any sound or a remote control, and the Wii video game system upstairs cannot play DVDs.
This VRBO is in a no cell service location, so you don't have data or voice service. The VRBO does not offer a landline phone for police or medical emergencies, meaning you're on your own with no way to call for help.
The WiFi provided is cell tower based, which is problematic, since there is little to no cell service so the Internet doesn’t work. The speed is worse than dial-up with high IP packet loss - you can’t even pull up weather or travel webpages to research restaurants or entertainment in the area.
If you live in the 21st century, check into other VRBOs in the area that actually offer basic modern technology.

My family & I had a wonderful stay. It was so peaceful and serene! My only criticism would be that there isn’t a washer & dryer. It would have been really helpful to be able to wash kids clothes.

A three night getaway with family. Was awesome. Went to the DixieStamped one night, sightseeing and did the best thing for me was canoeing. That was the most peaceful, amazing time in nature and to see gods handy work . This was our second time to go canoeing and I hope to do it again soon.
