This updated condo comes with TV's in each room, internet, a washer & dryer, and is just steps away from a swimming pool! Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the unit sits on the first floor, which will keep things cooler and comfortable during the warmer summer nights!

Clean inside and out. Everything worked like it should. Close to all Rehoboth has to offer. Found Deauville Beach 1 mile away which is not as crowded as Rehoboth and no traffic there!

Only thing wish it had something on deck that gave u more privacy when sitting out there. I seen different decks with some cool items to give u that comfort and privacy. Overall we were very pleased. Thank you Matt

The owner got back to me almost immediately every time I contacted him even to change dates. Lockbox makes check in easy. Do recommend

This condo is surprisingly spacious. Full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, lots of sleeping arrangement options. Bring your own sheets and towels but that's pretty standard. We stayed 3 nights, walked to popular restaurants and the boardwalk, groceries a quick drive away. We didn't use the pool but it sounded fun. Thankful for the washer/dryer. Enjoyed a nice cross breeze from the slider to the front door while it rained. The neighborhood was quiet, and the few people we ran into were friendly. This is a wonderful little hideaway. Parking is wonky, spots are numbered in a way that didn't make sense but the owner provided pics which was helpful as they aren't right in front of the unit nor are they next to each other. Owner is available and responsive. I'd absolutely stay here again and again.

Our first time in Rehoboth. This location was really nice. Accessible to both main roads in town. We had a nice time on the beach and enjoying some good food destinations. The property was clean and Matt did a nice job with communication.

Had a great stay at the condo. The place was clean, comfortable and the amenities were as described. Location is great. We walked to the beach and restaurants most of the time. Highly recommend the Stop and Go taco place right near the condo.

The pluses: location, swimming pool, washer and dryer, parking, and price. Owner is very responsive, and the unit is easy to find and access. Minuses: needs a deep clean and new mattresses. It seems like it’s been neglected a bit, unfortunately.

Highly recommend staying here! Very nice place and comfortable! The A/C worked great also we all loved the pool! Beach is not a far drive! A great location all together! Lovely place!

Really lovely place, a nice walk to the beach. Great little getaway with easy parking and an added bonus for having a laundry machine!
Just make sure to bring your own sponges and cleaning stuff!

Loved the property! Only thing I would change is to provide blankets for guests or quilts/comforters on the beds and to get the locks changed. Very difficult to unlock the doors. Other then that everything we needed was provided! Would rent again!

The place was fantastic,host super easy to get in touch with. The only issues I had was no curtains in the main bedroom and the bed was very uncomfortable. But was a small fee to pay since the place was so nice. The pool was super close to the place as well. Highly recommend stop and go taco down the road!!

Lovely Condo!
Such a great space for our girls trip! We walked to the beach several days and enjoyed the back porch/deck area. Super convenient to the outlets and main road in Rehoboth. Highly recommend!

Great location, close too downtown Rehoboth, dewey and rt 1 so we weren't far from anything. Home was spacious and clean. Almost a shame we were too busy to spend more time in the home to enjoy it more. Owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again in the future.

Just a bit dirty/dusty! Stove was really dirty, fridge was dirty as well. Primary bathroom he mold in shower and shower kept falling off the track.

This property is in an amazing location (near outlets and the beach), is easily accessible to parking and on the first floor, and is a short walk to the pool! The owner/property manager was very responsive and gracious regarding both early check-ins and late check-outs. Thanks!

We stayed here with our 3 children, ages 4,7, and 11. The location is perfect if you want to spend time in Rehoboth without fighting the traffic on Route 1.
The place was perfectly setup for us. Matt was great and texted us that we were able to check in early, which is always nice.
Communication couldn’t have been better.
My only comment is that there were very limited pots/pans and a Keurig as opposed to a regular coffee maker. We didn’t cook at home really anyway.

It’s straight down the main road so safe and well lit. Owner was great to deal with-very responsive. Complex is quiet and peaceful; everyone we encountered was friendly. Would rent again-only suggestion would be more guidance on the remotes. We had difficulty accessing channels. Overall, a safe, clean condo in a great location!

We really enjoyed staying at the condo and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! It was a 5 min drive to the beach and the kids loved having a pool in walking distance too. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids 10 and under), thank goodness for the pullout sofa! Matt was very easy to work with and quick at responding to questions. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!
