The house was great. Warm and cozy, fun beach décor without being too kitschy. Beds were all pretty comfortable - not quite home comfort but much better than many previous stays, both hotels and house rentals. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pans, pretty much anything one would need. The wetland pond in the back was a treat.

Entertainment system, particularly audio, was complex with so many remotes (even more than one of the same remote). Not a big deal but could be clearer how to use the system or simplify. Also worth noting (because I didn't pay close enough attention when booking) but the map looks like beach access is really close. However, the path ends in a big cliff and you can't actually walk down to the beach easily from the location. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of when planning your stay.

We enjoyed the comforts of home away from home. Loved the beautiful beach and dunes.

For the most part the home was clean. There were stains in the carpet and on the ottoman so it felt dirty. Disappointed the fireplace was not in working order. We would have enjoyed the warmth on the cold evenings.
