The sunsets from this 4th floor gem are absolutely gorgeous! Enjoy lake and nature views from this unit. This building is one of the closest to the pools and clubhouse making this location convenient for easy access to the beach and amenities. Enjoy the completely stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook up the day’s catch. Or choose to hit up the many restaurants along A1A and take in the views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The master suite features a King bed and direct access to the balcony. The master suite also includes an enormous master bath complete with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom invites with a Queen Bed and full bath right across the hall. The 3rd bedroom showcases a Full Bed and also a Twin. Condo is spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood. Convenient parking and easy access to the beach and both pools (pools are heated and we swam in early January). Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, sheets and towels for 6 people. Publix is only 4-5 minute drive for groceries and the kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need to cook meals in the condo. Would give it a 5 star review with just a few minor improvements. 1. TVs in living room and bedrooms are not smart TVs so bring a Roku or Apple TV (unit does have cable). 2. Patio furniture is stained, worn and falling apart. 3. Unit was clean (we have high standards) but the air vents and ceiling fans were coated in dust. We will stay in this neighborhood when we return to Palm Coast in the future.

We came to cinnamon Beach because my sister has retired in the vicinity. The properties here are very nice and the community is lovely. The biggest issue is the geologic structure known as a "Coquina shelf" which can make going into the ocean kind of like storming the beach is at Normandy. If you want to be body surfing or out in the waves a lot, this is a major problem.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Plenty of room and the deck was a great spot to relax. Beach access is easy and the pools are both beautiful. Loved the master bedroom!

We enjoyed our stay at cinnamon beach. The condo, 944, is on the lake which makes your stay fun watching the alligators and turtles. There are some positives but more negatives with this condo. We had a few issues with the condo and management was quick to help resolve those. The owners need to do some major updating and cleaning on this unit. It seems that the condo itself has not had any changes made to it in years. Adding simple things like hooks in the bathrooms for toiletry bags. A table/cubby to put your shoes and beach items on when you walk in. New rug outside at the front door. New dining rug and Rugs in the kitchen. New mattresses. And washer and dishwasher, which both are super loud!!!. Did

Relaxing
The Cinnamon Beach Property managers were very friendly and courteous. The pictures were accurate and reflected the property well. Family oriented facility with many amenities that were fun and available. However, we were disappointed in the limited tennis facilities available. Either too pricy and exclusive or public courts were overrun with pickleballers.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the location. The sheets and towels had not been laundered. The washing machine did not work for cold water. It would just trickle water out so it took hours to do a load. I assume this is why the cleaning service never washed the sheets or towels.

We enjoyed the location and the size of the condo, but the condo was in need of a good deep clean and maintenance. Everything in the unit is probably original to when it was built. This unit would not be my first choice when looking for a condo in the area but was suitable for a long weekend.

We met all of our family at Cinnamon Beach for a long weekend. The unit was just as described and fit our family perfectly. The resort itself was also very nice. It is well maintained, secure and has lots to offer. The beach, pools, walking trails, and all with easy access. We will definitely come back!

we have stayed at Cinnamon beach many times before but not in this unit. we found light fixtures very dusty and when we moved the ottomans found game pieces indicating the pieces were not moved for vacuming. the kitchen and refrigerator were spotless. This is not really a complaint, just an FYI

This property was beautiful and clean, clean, clean! We did a long weekend with family and this condo was perfect for us. We used the kitchen and everything we needed was right there. The kids enjoyed the children’s pool area to the point of exhaustion so that was successful! Check in and check out we’re a breeze. A+ rating!

The property was in a quiet area and was exactly as advertised. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There were some lighting issues switches that didn’t seem to connect to anything and some lights which didn’t turn on. We had left a message for maintenance upon our arrival but had to do a follow up email to receive a response. The maintenance man was super courteous and tried to resolve, but one item needed to be replaced. The amenities were great, and none were a huge inconvenience. Daytona 500
The instructions and communication with the property management company was exceptional. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Security at the gate was always a friendly experience. Neighbors and guests were also kind. Only suggestion is to get new mattresses. Other than that great place to stay. Location was perfect for our needs of the Daytona 500 and St. Augustine. The grounds were perfectly manicured also. Loved it. Would stay again.

The condo was very large and upon entry appeared clean however the dishes, pots and pans were an unwelcome surprise. When we went to prepare dinner the second evening there we discovered that most of the dishes, pots and pans were filthy and growing God only knows what. Once we cleaned the dishes we enjoyed the stay. There were a few other maintenance issues and the maintenance team came by to try and remediate them, the are very nice. The management company needs to pay closer attention to the condition of lights, outlets and functionality of appliances.

Our family vacation was wonderful. This year was the second time our family has rented a condo in Cinnamon Beach and we loved it. The customer service is awesome. We had an issue with the coffee maker, fixed immediately. The AC unit needed freon and management moved my family and I to a different unit.

This place is incredibly spacious, well appointed, and a very lovely rental. The condo is massive, in a lovely secluded community area. The common spaces are beautifully tended, and the common area around both the beachside adult pool, and the main, bigger family pool are great. The pool and hot tub by the ocean were a daily treat for our group. Also, the balcony at the unit was perfect for evening meals and a nice drink and some cards. The community is a little secluded, but it's a short drive from anything you need.
