Located in Tuross Head, this lovely house for $160 per night is a great option for your next vacation. CONVENIENT LOCATION!!! Easy level walk to shops and beaches 3 bed room cottage with a fenced yard across the road from Tuross Shops (supermarket, butcher, bottleshop, chemist, medical centre, cafe (2), restaurant, bait & tackle (at Service Station), tavern. Polished floors, open plan lounge dining with two 3 seater lounges, and a 6 place dining setting. Huge covered deck (14m x 3m) offering alfresco living. The property has TV, fridge and microwave as well as the usual kitchen appliances. The property has a washing machine and outside clothes line. One Tree Cottage is a 200 metre level walk through the park to the closest beach of 5 nearby local beaches. Once you're at One Tree Cottage there is no need to use a car, or try to find a parking spot at the beach. It is a short level walk to these locations! One Tree Cottage Is close to One Tree Point and has one tree in its fully fenced yards. Sheets (double + 4 singles), pillow slips, towels, & duvets and pillows supplied. Bring your own toiletries. Just in case, bring a roll of toilet paper. Guests arriving in non-peak periods may be required to switch on the power to the house. If this is the case there will be a delay in the fridge and hot water operation. The property has a level driveway and large carport offering 2.5m high x 5.5m long x 3m wide roof, one side wall, and an end wall. Opposite Tuross Head bus stop! The cottage suits older guests, and is across the road from the bus stop (Canberra-Narooma services and Sydney-Bega services). Once you are at One Tree Cottage it is an easy walk to the shops and beaches. The friendly staff at The Lure Cafe just across the road does the best coffee in Tuross Head and does great breakfasts & lunches. Sails takeaway is also just across the road does great hamburgers and fish & chips. There is an excellent walking and cycling path along the foreshore with pleasant views over the 5 local beaches. For people able to walk, there is an interesting walk past the beaches to Tuross Lake, then along the lake shore to the Tuross Boatshed-cafe. During the Christmas holiday period Tuross Main Beach is patrolled. It is an easy walk to the beach, refreshing to have a swim, and when back at the house you can rinse off in the outdoor 'solar heated' shower.

Enjoyed the holiday - the house was very close to the shops and beach. New deck was great for the kids to run around outside. Tuross Head, a relatively quiet place with great beaches

We loved being across the road from the shops and the park and only a short walk to the beach. House was clean and tidy and there was room for the boat. Prompt communication from host. Great value especially for location! We will be back!

This place is in a nice location. Unfortunately the property is full of mould. I had to make a complaint and have the property cleaned 3 times. Also the bed sheets were blood stained. Simon was very apologetic and compensated on day of the 14 we were there for. It's not his fault, his cleaners are just no good and Simo had no idea how bad the place actually was. One thing g I will day is that Simon tried to make everything right, unfortunately the mould was on every window in the house l, on the walls and the balcony ballastrades were loose. Hopefully its all fixed up for the next guest.

Comfortable home with all essentials provided, nice open plan kitchen/lounge/dining. Lots of shops (grocery store, bottle shop, cafe, pub, to list a few) across the road.. beach nearby, and swimming beach a short walk.. beautiful neighbourhood.. great family get-away! Communication with owner was fast and was available straight-away!

Home stay close to so many amenities for a beach break. Bedrooms good size, functional room layout. Shops across the road and a short walk to the beach. Room for a boat was great. Would recommend to any age group. We will certainly book again.

The property is spotless and a short work to the nearby beaches. It also has commercial establishments just across the street like cafes, petrol station, shops and restaurants. Wish we could stay longer! It was a treat for my mum who celebrated her 70th birthday over the weekend. Thanks Simon!

We had a most enjoyable time at the neat and tidy "One Tree Cottage". Central to our visits to coastal areas up and down the coast. Friendly people in the area. The cottage had every thing needed . The owner was quick to reply to all questions.

Good accomodation. Excellent location. Shower could do with a good clean. Old soaps and a comb still in there. Also mouldy under shower door. Main bed could do with an upgrade to a queen size. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. Once new bed goes in we will be back.

A great place to enjoy life near the ocean. Well situated to the beach, shops, fishing spots, and great eating venues. The large sized bedrooms and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area were great. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the accommodation. Highly recommend this stay.

Has the essentials and walk across the road to the essential shops. Given its location it's not super quiet. Given its price, there are no frills. But it was good value for my stay. The owner was very helpful.
