My Townhouse has Wi-Fi and 4 Air conditioner units, one in the living room, one in each downstairs bedrooms and one in the loft.Come sit and relax in the living by the propane fireplace and watch a movie on the 60" 4K Smart Tv where you can stream your movie apps. A Blu-ray player and X-Box 360 is also connected to the living room Tv. The Kitchen has everything you would need to prepare basic meals, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, bowls and cups. There is also a 12 cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, dishwasher and microwave provided.The bar has wine glasses, margarita glasses and beer mugs. The house has 3 bedrooms Bedroom #1 - is the loft which has a Queen size bed, 32" Tv and a wireless Blu-ray player where you can stream your movie apps Bedroom #2 - has a full size bed, 32" Smart Tv where you can stream your movie apps Bedroom #3: has a Queen size bed and Twin size bunkbeds and a 48" Smart Tv where you can stream your movie apps A plush Queen size Air mattress is provided for the 9th and 10th guest. Washer and dryer are provided but you will need to provide your own laundry detergent I supply 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs and a few garbage bags. The back deck has a propane BBQ grill and table and chairs.There are 2 propane tanks provided but may need to be refilled so please check before you start grilling.
