Relaxing, economical, almost like being at home, come and go as you please!

I loved the quirkiness of the villa, family treasures and photos in the lounge and modern facilities in the bedrooms. I enjoyed sitting in the patio under the huge lemon tree. The location was good for me as it is in the same street as friends I was visiting. Sebastian, the owner, speaks excellent English and was very easy to talk to. I suggested a couple of improvements for when older guests like myself visit and he agreed and said he had taken note. There is a kitchen and all electric equipment at one’s disposal plus a large dining table although I imagine one could eat in one’s room or outside - there were a two or three places to relax al fresco.

Nothing to dislike! The only thing I would have liked was a comfortable chair. There was a chair, hard plastic.

Equipe simpática. Quarto grande e confortável. Boa localização. É uma casa adaptada estilo pousada. Simples porém atendeu bem.

Banheiro com as louças meio soltas. Ralo do chuveiro meio entupido.

Great villa near the center

We were staying at a separate small villa in the cosy yard - we really liked it. There was a bit of noice from the street during the night but overall it was a great stay. Close to the city center (15 min walk). There was free parking option on the street around. Very helpful host and you also have a shared kitchen with coffee machine and water dispenser.

Ubicación perfecta y habitación familiar excelente

La ubicación, a 10.minutos caminando del centro de Marbella. La habitación familiar para 4 personas era muy espaciosa y el baño también. El personal muy amable.

Aceptable para una noche solo pero no volveria ni lo recomendaria

La cama era comoda y tenia una buena tele. La ubicacion estaba bien, entre la estacion de autobus y el centro y con servicios alrededor

La falta de limpieza, encontramos pelos en la cocina, incluido el cajon de los cubiertos. En los azucarillos de la bandeja del cafe. La bandeja estaba sucia y todas las superficies tambien. Fuimos a coger platos y vasos y estaban todos sucios, algunos con restos de comida pegados. Tuvimos que fregar todos los utensilios de cocina antes de usarlos porque estaban asquerosos... El suelo de la ducha tenia muy mal aspecto tambien.

No hay ninguna pega, por resaltar algo quizás el aislamiento de puertas y ventanas que al hacer algo de aire silban un poco, aunque seguro que estando en proceso de mejora en mi próxima visita estará resuelto

Solo motorcycle traveller

Friendly welcome, let me park motorcycle in garden, just needed to remove panniers to fit through gate etc (might struggle if really big bike, but tiger 800 was no problem). Good facilities in communal area

Joli petit hôtel

La décoration très sympathique. Petit coin cuisine partagé. Netflix disponible sur la télé, douche spacieuse et salle de bain confortable.

Un peu loin de la plage (20 minutes à pied et 1,5km). Pas de climatisation, juste un grand ventilateur au plafond.

Номер с ванной комнатой вне номера был комфортный. Хозяин отличный, веселый и гостеприимный. Это его родовая вилла. Много места для общего пользования, вода в кулере, все для приготовления пищи. Близко к центру и автовокзалу.

В комнате сильная слышимость от проходящих людей, немного далековато от моря

Nice stay in Marbella, but a few things to improve.

We were just there for a night. The place was good for the money we paid. - Spotless, clean. - Nice and warm environment with great attention to details. - The staff was really nice and helpful. - Location is good, the town is easily accessible by walk. - Private terrace available to us, really nice. - Good for the price we paid and the price range of Marbella city.

We slept in something that looked like a separate "guest room", built in the garden of the Villa. We struggled to sleep, even with earplugs on. The structure seems to be a prefabricated one, there is no insulation, at all, from sounds coming from the streets. It's such a nice structure, but definitely the windows/doors in general should be improved, to have a better sound insulation. Great idea to make good use of the outside space of the Villa, but there is room for improvement.

Our one night stopover

We only had the chance to stay one night on a stop over on our walking holiday. Very helpful and friendly host who met us and showed us around. Fantastic, comfortable and clean accommodation which was beautifully decorated and a joy to stay in. Fabulous facilities with everything you could need. We would definitely return.

Beautiful place

The place was clean and spacious. I loved how everything was accessible, like the places to eat, the bus station, etc.. it had a beautiful verranda where I drank my morning coffee. We just stayed overnight but we dedinitely loved it.

Bed extremely comfortable, private garden was fabulous, security very good, access to kitchen in main house, excellent shower, tea and coffee making facility in room, Netflix availability, walking distance of main strip and beach, delighted with accommodation.

Parking on the street. Access to kitchen facilities. Close to bakery. Easy access to old town and tapas bars. Family room had 2 large beds. Kids loved it.
